A wet phone is out of warranty. This is considered user damage. Even if you were able to get it to start now, the chances of it working for long are slim. I suggest going to Apple and see about an OOW replacement. One for the iPhone 4 is only $149USD and it would come with a short warranty. It is a refurbished device and you would not be worried about encountering additional problems.

He awnsered his security questions but all it would let him do is reset his password, without finding out what his current one is. How do you find out your Apple ID password?

You can't recover a password, only change it. The reason for this is that Apple has changed their conditions for passwords. They now need to have one upper case letter, 1 number, and be at least 8 characters. Also you cannot use any password you have previously used in the last year.

I have tried over and over again to reset my email to my Apple ID but it keeps telling me the ID already exists. I have tried to reset the password for that particular email but I don't receive the verification email as it says. I looked at the articles as to why I may not be receiving the email but none pertain to me. this is all for the purpose of changing the ID on my icloud account. I just need to know how many ID's I have set up in this email and how I can delete them.

How do I find out what the correct tag information is for a TV series I purchased through the iTunes store?

Right now I have episodes that should be in their own grouping mixed up with others and I would like to get them seperated. It's the Doctor Who series if that makes a difference. Specifically the specials which don't quite fit into a season and were a seperate purchase from the series themselves.

I'm confused. Who told you that you need to deauthorize an Audible account to be able to play your music? Did you ever set up an account with Audible.com? What is happening when you try to play your music? And what exactly do you mean by "sync your iTunes account with your laptop"?
Please provide more details as to your situation and what it is you're trying to accomplish. I'm sure once we understand what it going on, someone can provide suggestions.

How do I find out if something is blocking my access to i-tunes. I have updated all of my information on their website, but am still unable to purchase music downloads.

I can connect to i-tunes website. when I go to store to browse, I need to click on the i-tunes task bar under view to show options for browsing. It does not show the grid anymore unless I do that first. once I make a selection and click "buy" it tells me that i need to update my credit card information. I have already done that. I don't believe this is possible, but you can deauthorize all your computers and start over if you are concerned.
