How do I get my entire site to come up when someone clicks search results of just one page of my sit

When someone searches for my site in google, sometimes only one page of my site comes up. If they click it, they may only get my menubar, or a page, such as my calendar page without a menubar or topbar. How can I make it so when they click the link my entire site comes up. even if the search they did just lists one of my pages? Help... Thanks

Third-party apps can't affect things like that, so you'd need to send a feature request to Apple:

on the Mac, in Address Book, there is a "Company" box I can check, and so I do have some company names showing up as the key info in contacts and on the call screen. But mostly I don't also have personal names for those numbers, so I don't know if even that works as you want--I suspect it would not show the personal name in such a case. And I can't find any equivalent of that box in the iPhone Contacts.

Iphone 3GS- How do you get the pictures to show up larger when someone calls? I know this seems trivial but I have difficulty seeing, so one of the reasons I actually purchased this phone was for this feature. When the photos do come up they come up in the top right corner in small boxes / windows. I already google'd this topic and they suggested importing the photos - to itunes and than directly on to the iphone, I did this and it didn't work. Additionally I took a few test photos from the iphone and tried setting them to contacts. This didnt work either. I looked in settings and could not find anything that discussed this issue. Although I do believe I have seen iphones that ring with large pictures. Am i Crazy?

You aren't crazy.
Adding the photo to contacts on the computer gets you the smaller pix when people call.
Assign the photo on the phone itself and you get full-size pix.
Additionally I took a few test photos from the iphone and tried setting them to contacts. This didnt work either.
So, that certainly should work. Try it again? Try it with a brand new contact, maybe it is not overwriting a previously existing picture.
I suppose there is a small possibility that Apple thought this differing behavior was a bug instead of a feature and "fixed" it with a recent update, but I doubt it.

How do I get firefox to open a new window when i click on a link in a webpage ?

When I click on a link in a webpage in Firefox, generally it opens the new page in the window i am in (though some times it does not). How do I get it to open a new window (or tab) each time I click a link.
For example, on www.bbc.co.uk if I click on a link, the new page opens in the same window, if I then click another link in the new window, again, it opens in the same window. To get back to the original window, I have to use the back button twice. Surely there is a setting so that all 3 windows can be open on separate tabs or separate windows.
I have been to the tabs window in options, but doesn't seem to make a difference.

How do I get the DVD menu to come on when the disc is inserted.

Each time I've burned a DVD with iDVD, instead of the menu coming up when the disc is inserted in the DVD player, the movie begins playing automatically. It should bring up the menu first. I have the chapter marker set at the beginning of the movie and when you go to the menu and select the start button it will go to the start of the movie. Am I missing something? How do I get it so that the movie does not start playing automatically?

- But Share to iDVD - I never do this
• Make's a One Step DVD or a Magical DVD - I never do - I select the top one options.
as these ways will end up Your Movie in the Auto-Start box in iDVD (turn on box-view under the Menu window)
• Move it from here to the next box to the Right
THEN
File to Save as a DiskImage - and test this to play OK (DVD-Player tool)
then burn this via Disk Util tool
And this Disk should start with Menu and let You select Movie or Sceen Selection.

How do i get the ipod icon to come up when itunes wont recognise it?

this has been happening repeatedly to me over the last 5 months since i first bought my ipod.. i thought it was something i was doing wrong but at this stage its taking the ****. whenever i try to put on a couple of albums onto it, itunes will freeze and perhaps shut its self down; the screen of the ipod will show that it is still connected to the computer and i either cannot, or i do not know how to eject the ipod in order to connect it again, as when i open up itunes again there is no icon for it and no matter what i do, nothing will bring up the icon for my ipod.
as i know too well if i disconnect my ipod all of my stuff will be deleted and as of this second i'm stuck in the dilemma of whether to disconnect it or not.. is there anything i can do? at this stage its becoming a bit soul destroying as i dont have all of my music on my itunes library.... pleeeeeeassse help... i'm using a pc by the way

How do I get a better dictionary to come up when I look up words?

On my iPhone 4 when I look up a word it only shows a bare minimum definition. Is there a way to get it to look up a more thorough defintion? Is there some app that will link the look up to a better dictioary?

I read books that I borrow from the library. The library told me to get an app called OverDrive that I read the books on. As I was fiddling with it just now I see it's better than I thought - it links directly to Wikipeadia with one click so that's not bad.
I use the notes app that came with the phone a lot and just for the heck of it I looked up a word on a note I'd written. The dictionary that comes up from that app is totally different than the dictionary that comes up from the OverDrive app.
I gues different apps access different dictionaries.

Here's an alternative. Click-and-hold on this link - http://icloud.com - and drag it to the Desktop. Rename the resultant file iCloud. Move it to anywhere convenient. Then drag it to the right-hand side of the Dock. Now you have one-click access to the iCloud website.
If you would like a pretty icon, then before you move it to the Dock, drag this image to the Desktop:
Open it in Preview and hit command-A then command-C
Now click on your 'iCloud' file and hit command-I. In the pane which opens click on the icon at top left once to select it:

You need to access the router and change the wifi network name from the default which right now is the router name (linksys, netgear ect).
You want to use WPA2 encryption and you want a password that for now is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. (no , in there). Put the same on the guest network.
Don't setup the "N" network yet, just use the b,g,,n for now just to get it working.
Save those settings on the left pane on the router page on the bottom.
Go find the wireless with the name you put in, whatever you used.
Settings, wifi
Under choose a network the wifi you have just setup should be listed.
If its not there do this
Settings, cellular data.....is this an tion, is it on? Turn cellular data off if it's on. Then go back to settings, wifi and try that again.

Can You Lock Just One Page but not whole site?

I'm sure this was answered -- but now I cannot find it in the topic list.
I want a particular site to be open to one and all. But I want to lock just one page on that site -- which would require a user name and password. My attempts so far end up locking the entire site.
Any suggestions?

if you search this forum for "password one page" you will find some previous posts.
There is one that mentions creating a second one page site and passwording it with a hyperlink in the first site. Might be the way to go. I don't believe you can currently password just one page.
