How do I re-download CS 3.3 Design Standard when the correct download link associated w/ the order # in my Adobe account indicates that I have no downloads?

I need to re-download Adobe CS 3.3 Design Standard on a PC running Windows 7.  The program files were somehow corrupted after we had someone migrate select files from our PC to a new Mac computer (I want to continue to use CS 3.3 on our PC vs. buying new software for the Mac). I was unable to deactivate the program; I tried running the program (links not found), repairing & reinstalling the program (script error msg) and removing the program with Control Panel (removal of components failed), but was unsuccessful in all attempts.  I logged into my Adobe account, found my order with correct serial numbers, but upon hitting the 'Download' button, all I received was a notification that I had no available downloads (after repeated tries, using different browsers).  I had a similar problem about a 4-6 weeks ago, but did successfully re-download CS 3.3 from my account at that time.  Any ideas on how I get it back onto my computer now?
