OK, well, seems like you need to lose the attitude if you really want help.
There are several ways to get music from iTunes on your computer to your device.
The easiest is to sync directly with iTunes by connecting your device to your computer, selecting the device, setting up your Profile pages, and then clicking the Sync button to sync.
First you want to open iTunes and under Preferences>Devices, make sure that you are not syncing automatically:
Make sure that box is checked.
Then follow the instructions in the article below for either your computer or your Mac to set up your Profile pages and to sync your music via iTunes:

You can also directly download music from iTunes to your device by going to the iTunes icon, going to "Purchased", and selecting the items that are not on your device that show a little cloud next to them. Click on the cloud and the music will download.
You might also want to familiarize yourself with your iPhone 5 manual. It has all the answers you cannot find on Google or by trying to just do it by brute force. If you would take a little time to read about your device and how to use it, you might not be so frustruated and unnecessarily snarky to people who are trying to help:

Use the Organizer backup & restore method, starting the restore from the TLY file. Probably best to use a custom location as the XP file structure will be different. See this link for further help:

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. The reason you may not be able to sync is because although you can see the music and stream it, it may not actually be located locally on your computer. The iCloud data will be on the new computer as soon as you download the iCloud control panel and sign into iCloud with your iCloud ID. What you see in iCloud is stored in iCloud, so it really doesn't matter what computer you are on. Once that computer is signed onto iCloud and the iCloud options are selected, you have full access to all of that information, and much of it is pushed back to your computer.
If you are referring to the data in an iCloud backup created by an iOS device, then that is not something that would be on a computer at all.

Save all the photos from your Droid into a folder on your computer.
Connect your device to your computer. On iTunes left Pane, select iPhone under 'Devices'; then on the right Pane, select PHOTO tab. Make sure Sync Photo box is checked, and "from" box selected the folder that has Droid's photos. Then click the SYNC or APPLY button on the lower right window.

If the music was purchased from iTunes and if you are in a country where music can be redownloaded and it's still available in the store, then you should be able to redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your device, or turn on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'Show All' heading) 'on' on the device and it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against them for redownloading
