How do I remove a malware app that says it is needed for OSx and can't be removed?

Some how I got an app named console on my computer yesterday. When I try to uninstall it or drag it out of the Application folder or the utilities folder (it is in both of them) it says "“Console” can’t be modified or deleted because it’s required by OS X.

I have called the Apple Service number and they tell me to do everything that the the Tech's at the Apple Service center stores tried to do but DID NOT work.
After I spend a lot of time on the phone, I get told to make an appointment at a Apple Service center store so they can physically have hands on assistance. Come on folks I have already done that and they were of no help. When I say that, I get told that may be the only way I can get the problem resolved.
Surely there is someone out there that knows something about what is happening OR not happening with my iPod and provide a solution.

How to see services/processes (not Apps) that are currently running?
For those unfamiliar with the terminology, a service is the same as an application,
only it doesn't have a user interface. Process, the same.
Even when you kill all your applications, many processes are necessarily kept
running, such as those for the phone UI or telephony. I want to see which.
For example, I am suspecting that Battery Monitor application installs a service
to log usage data and that this service runs constantly.
I'd like to see some advanced task manager or something similar, that would
allow me to see all running processes.
I had such apps on Android. Are they available fro Symbian?

Be Sure the External drive is Formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled)
After you are satisfied they are Safely on the External... You could even Select a Couple on the External and check that they Open and Run...
Then... Discounect the External and Delete the particular Applications from your Internal.
Then... if you like... Reconnect the External and Select a Couple of the Applications and check that they Open and Run...

If the apps are downloaded from the App Store, connect to WIFI network and click on the app, make sure your iPhone is charging and keep moving the screen so it wont go on stand by.
When it says loading and you see the bar loading you can just leave your iPhone alone and wait until it's downloaded.

This is normal under iOS 7. The App Store app shows all apps you have updated and are displayed in an "updated" list. The apps will drop off of the list in a few weeks or so. If they show as being updated, then they have in fact been updated. They will remain in the "updated" list until they are dropped off after a time.

Normally they're restored to your iPad right after the upgrade.
If that didn't happen, you should find them in the App Store under Purchases. Restore them, but do that one at a time.
Or you can sync with iTunes on your computer, and they should be there.

You don't need to.
The "task bar" that Demo mentions above is not, in fact, a task bar at all - it is the Recently Used Apps list. Not all of the apps in this list are open, running or in memory.
iOS automatically handles closing apps that are not in use, so you don't have to manually manage them.

You press on any app and hold for about 3 seconds. Then the apps will start to shake. Click on the little 'x' on the apps you want to delete.
To close apps, hold down the home button until a black bar rises. Again, hold an app for about 3 seconds and it'll start to shake again. This time, it'll be a '-' sign. Click on that to close the app.
