How do I render to a DN xHD codec with a quicktime format?

  I am trying to deliver  my film to VOD distributor and they require it to be in a DNxHD codec with a quicktime format.
The only place that DNxHD is available is at the top of the export window under FORMAT......not codec.
How do I get this exported to their specs.

Hi,
That option is available if you have Avid codecs installed on your computer.
You can refer to this Forum link: Re: How do I install the DNxHD and Cineform codecs? (Missing from AME 6 )
Thank You

    How can I get <jbo:ShowValue> to work in UIX/XML, or is there another way?
    Bill G...

    It may seem strange, but the <contents> of <rawText> aren't actually
    raw - it's only the "text" attribute that's raw. (It seems strange because
    it is. Ah well.) This is different from UIX JSP.
    So, try something like the following:
    <bc4j:attrScope name="Notes">
    <contents>
    <rawText text="&lt;a href=&quot;"/>
    <rawText>
    <boundAttribute name="text">
    <bc4j:attrProperty name="value"/>
    </boundAttribute>
    </rawText text="&quot;&gt;"/>
    Some text in the link.
    <rawText text="&lt;/a&gt;"/>
    </contents>
    <bc4j:attrScope>
    Thankfully, this will be much simpler in 9.0.3, when the following
    will work:
    <link text="Whatever you want">
    <boundAttribute name="destination">
    <bc4j:attrValue name="Notes"/>
    </boundAttribute>
    </link>

  • How can i render a dynamic html file in jsp page

    Hi everybody,
    i am trying to render a dynamic html file in jsp page with the result of querying a database.
    The response of the query is a xml document. And i have a stylesheet to transfer it to html.
    How can i render the html in a jsp file?

    I am using below code for HTML files
    private var appFile:String="index.html";
    if (StageWebView.isSupported)
                        currentState = "normal";
                        webView.stage = stage;
                        webView.viewPort = new Rectangle( 10, 130, (stage.stageWidth)-20, 750 );
                        var fPath:String = new File(new File("app:/assets/html/aboutus/"+ appFile).nativePath).url;
                        webView.loadURL(fPath);
                        addEventListener(ViewNavigatorEvent.REMOVING,onRemove);
                    else {
                        currentState = "unsupported";
                        lblSupport.text = "StageWebView feature not supported";
    above code is working fine for me.

  • How does LabVIEW Render the data in 2D Intensity Graphs?

    Hello,
    I was hoping someone could explain to me how LabVIEW renders it's 2D intensity data. For instance, in the attachment I have included an image that I get from LabVIEW's intensity graph. The array that went into the intensity graph is 90000x896 and the width/height of the image in pixels is 1056x636.
    Something I know from zooming in on these images as well as viewing the data in other programs (e.g. Matlab) is that LabVIEW is not simply decimating the data, it is doing something more intelligent. Some of our 90000 lines have great signal to noise, but a lot of them do not. If LabVIEW was simply decimating then our image would be primarily black but instead there are very obvious features we can track.
    The reason I am asking is we are trying to do a "Live Acquistion" type program. I know that updating the intensity graph and forcing LabVIEW to choose how to render our data gives us a huge performance hit. We are already doing some processing of the data and if we can be intelligent and help LabVIEW out so that it doesn't have to figure out how to render everything and we still can get the gorgeous images that LabVIEW generates then that would be great!
    Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    Hi Cole,
    Thank you for your understanding.  I do have a few tips and tricks you may find helpful, though as I mentioned in my previous post - optimization for images or image-like data types (e.g. 2D array of numbers) may best be discussed in the Machine Vision Forum.  That forum is monitored by our vision team (this one is not) who may have more input.
    Here are some things to try:
    Try adjusting the VI's priority (File»VI Properties»Category: Execution»Change Priority to "time critical priority")
    Make sure Synchronous Display is diasbled on your indicators (right-click indicator»Advanced»Synchronous Display)
    Try some benchmarking to see where the most time is being taken in your code so you can focus on optimizing that (download evaluation of our Desktop Execution Trace Toolkit)
    Try putting an array constant into your graph and looping updates on your Front Panel as if you were viewing real-time data.  What is the performance of this?  Any better?
    The first few tips there come from some larger sets of general performance improvement tips that we have online, which are located at the following links:
    Tips and Tricks to Speed NI LabVIEW Performance
    How Can I Improve Performance in a Front Panel with Many Controls and Indicators?
    Beyond that, I'd need to take a look at your code to see if there's anything we can make changes to.  Are you able to post your VI here?

  • How to Conditionally Render Command link within af:forEach

    Hi,
    We have a requirement to conditionally Display/Hide CommandLink item in af:forEach Loop.And this customization is on the Fusion Compensation applications
    <af:forEach items="#{bindings.RegionalAreaPVO.rangeSet}" var="parent">
    <af:spacer height="10" id="s1"/>
    <af:commandLink inlineStyle="font-weight:bold;" text="#{parent.ItemName}" partialSubmit="true" actionListener="#{backingBeanScope.RegionalAreaBean.launchTaskflow}" id="cl1" rendered="#{backingBeanScope.XXWFCRegionalAreaBean.modelEligibleflag eq true}">
    <af:setActionListener from="#{parent.Code}" to="#{parentNode}"/>
    </af:commandLink>
    </af:forEach>
    I have added a Cutom Managed Bean Class and Returning boolean value to Control Render property which is working. But now i want to add business Logic based on 'parent.ItemName' or 'parentNode' Values in the bean method to return proper Boolean value.
    But i am unable to get the Current Iteration values in the bean method.
    I am using below EL expressions to get the values. But no luck.
    String nameel = (String)ADFUtil.evaluateEL("#{bindings.parent.ItemName}");
    String codeel = (String)ADFUtil.evaluateEL("#{parent.Code}");
    String nodeEl = (String)ADFUtil.evaluateEL("#{parentNode}");
    Also, i have tried getting the Row object like below but i am getting the First row details always. My intention is to get Current row values and use them for Business logic.
    ViewRowImpl row =
    (ViewRowImpl)ADFUtil.evaluateEL("#{bindings." + VoName +
    "Iterator.currentRow}");
    String code = (String)row.getAttribute("Code");
    Third option i have tried is to add a dummy Outputtext and have assigned #parent.Code as Value. Idea is to find Component of OutPut text in managed Bean and get the value of it. If Value is say "Model" i want to add more Logic and return true/false accordingly. In this also, i am getting all occurences of Output text in Managed bean and i a unable to identify Current Iterator Index.
    Any help is highly appreciated on how can i render Command link Conditionally based on forEach Loop values and Index.
    Thanks
    Kaja

    I have used Condition expression in Render Property to resolve this.

    If I set any request attribute in head.jsp or pageHeader.jsp, will it be available in topMenu.jsp or leftMenu.jsp?

    The test-frequency-seconds property specifies the number of seconds between tests of unused connections. WebLogic Server tests unused connection and reopens any faulty connections. You must also set the Test Table Name.
    The seconds-to-trust-an-idle-pool-connection property specifies the number of seconds within a connection use that WebLogic Server trusts that the connection is still viable and will skip the connection test during the periodic connection testing process.

    Ellen,
    I am not clear about your question.
    User A will only see the data which is retrieved based on it's principal
    name (I assume you use principal name as an argument to retrieve the data
    from DB).
    If you are using p13n cache make sure the principal name is part of the key.
    Please provide more details if you see that I did not understand your
    question.

    My application has multiple portlets which need to display very sensitiveuser

    These portlets read user principles from session (e.g. <weblogic:getproperty>)
    and make calls to an EJB to retrieve data from database and display theseuser
    specific data.
    I didn't specify any synchronize in my code. My concern is when two useraccess
    the portlet at the exact same time, will user A see user B's data?
    Any suggestions or general guide lines about synchronize in portal will bevery

  • How to see render/encode time for individual comps rendered in AME?

    After rendering a number of comps in AME, following the new recommended workflow for H.264, I don't see any display of how long each render was. I do see a total for all the encodes at the top of the AME window. In the AE Render Queue, I can see when each render was started, and how long it took to complete.
    Where can I get that information in AME?

    Hi Experts,
    Request your valuable inputs and support on achieving the above requirements.
    Looking forward for your responses.

  • How to display/render JTable?

    Can anyone show me how to display/render a JTable with most compact codes.
    Just set size, Scrollable. No need for manipulation, or others.
    JTable has been created:
    JTable table = new JTable(rows, columns);
    I have read the tutorial: http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/components/table.html#editrender
    But they are still really complex. I do not need many functions, just display.
    Thx

    xcomme wrote:
    I have tried for hours:
    table.setPreferredScrollableViewportSize(new Dimension(300, 80));
    table.setGridColor(Color.black);
    table.setVisible(true);
    None of them works.
    A JTable is a Swing component. Swing components have to be displayed as children of a frame object, typically JFrame, JDialog or the like. JTable, in particular, really expects to be part of a JScrollPane component. If you try and display it without you won't get a header.
    The minimal steps to see a JTable:
    Create a JFrame object set it's size and position with setBounds(). Get it's content pane with getContentPane()
    Set a layout manager, I suggest a BorderLayoutManager to start with, it's about the simplest to use.
    Create your JTable
    Wrap it in a JScrollPane.
    Add the JScrollPane to the content pane. Use BorderLayout.CENTER as the second argument of the add.
    Call setVisible(true) on the JFrame.
    The standard way to organise this is to create a subclass of JFrame and set up the content in the constructor or an initGui method.

  • Flex Mobile 4.6 introduces Stage Text - how do you render HTML text with it?

    I have a little chat component in a Flex Mobile app that I just upgraded to SDK 4.6.  The chat component has a text area displaying messages and they are HTML formatted via the following:
    StyleableTextField(textArea).htmlText += myHTMLText;
    Worked in SDK 4.5 but StyleableTextField is not a part of the new Stage Text framework introduced in SDK 4.6.
    How do I HTML format the messages in my chat text area now?

    Thanks much for your response.
    Hmmm...  That appears to work but also causes a runtime exception where there was none before the 4.6 upgrade.  It occurs when I autoscroll on receiving a new message in the chat, something that worked fine in 4.5.
    I guess I'm kind of wondering what the best practice is here.  Maybe I'm just doing this wrong altogether.  I'm finding it very difficult to implement probably one of the most basic features one would find in any collaborative app - something that was very easy in Flex 3 - the chat pane.  I've had one functioning fine for about 3 years.  Not so much in Flex mobile.
    Chat is very simple functionality.  When you receive a new message from afar...
    1.  add it to a TextArea with some nice formatting
    2.  auto scroll far enough so the user can see the new message in its entirety.
    Nothing difficult at all.
    Why are these two things difficult to find in the TextArea in Flex mobile?  It almost seems as though it's something we're not supposed to be doing?
    The answer here seems to be don't use Stage Text.  Revert to an older TextArea skin.  Why?  What text area doesn't need formatting as an option?  What text area doesn't need to be auto scrolled here and there?  Or am I just going about this wrong?  Maybe using the wrong components?
    I guess for now I can revert to 4.5 skin, but now the code I used to auto scroll on receiving a new message throws a null pointer exception.  I've been using the valueCommit property to auto scroll, as follows:
    valueCommit="textArea.scroller.verticalScrollBar.value = textArea.scroller.verticalScrollBar.maximum"
    Haven't had a problem prevously.  But this now throws:
    TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
              at com.components::ChatWindow/__textArea_valueCommit()
    What's the best practice to accomplish this and also to be able to take advantage of the latest and greatest?
