How do the Environmental Com. 3.0 system get the data

Hi,
What is the scenario of transactional data input into the EC 3.0 in real time. Is it manual or with integration to the external systems ? If it is external, how to integrate.

Hello Srinivasa,
In real conditions - transactional data is gathered automatically by means of Data Historians, automatic analyzers or manually by means of Task Management - Measurement Task, Standard task etc. To integrated transactional data like consumptions, measurements or Emissions you need to set up web services or use MI.
You can access the Transactional data integration tab from Emission Manager -
Select Facility object -
navigate to Integration. You can find more information in SAP Customization document for Environmental Compliance 3.0 in SAP market place.

Once you gain experience, you will not look at any table any field or any view...You will do it just like how you use keyboard once you pass type writing....
That is why every area of work, including master data is handed over to specialized teams...that will be their work day in and out....for some one newly entering, it will be little bit tough...once you practice, you will not be worried any more. Of course, basic data at client level, purchasing data plant level etc...some thumb rules are there...still, you will take big blow by following such thumb rules because if you verify storage condition assigned in the storage location is not storage location level!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is the date value derive from during delivery propose during VA01

Hi,
Please enlighten me on the following question considering that I am not in this area.
Every time when I have create a sales order and hits enter, system will bring me to availability check screen called "Availability Control"
In this screen, there are three section, and I have the following qeustions:
Question u2013 How does the system come out with the date shown on the section 2 and section 3, even though I donu2019t have the stock quantity in the system at the first place.:
Section 2: Complete Delivery
Section 3: Delivery Proposal
Does the calculation in config or master data setup or both, please guide me.

Dear tuffy ,
This is due to the configuration settings in the availability check and the master data what you are using for saless order processing.
Fallowing lines will resolve your issues, please find.............
1. In material master you must have maintained in house production days in Mrp-2 view.
2. In OVZ9 you migh not have flagged the Check with out RLT(if you activated RLT will not be done ,if you deactivate it will consider RLT).
3. Even though the stock is not available in the plant system will confirm the quantities in end of replenishment date.
If you don't maintain the in house production and RLT system will not confirm the quantities.
Please check it revert if you have any further clarifications

How change the Date parameter based on server date

We are using Query browser to connect to Bex Query.In BEx Query we have a date prompt which is mandatory.So by using Query prompt selector the dashboard has been created.But in our scenario the date has to be picked up from current system date/Server date and it has to change automatically when ever the dashboard has been opened.How to achieve this.

Using the query prompt selector, the date will be listed in the drop down box. Here you can see only the date available in the server. Use the "Insert selected items" option you can pass the current date using =today() function.
But the pain behind using the query prompt selector on date you have scroll a lot to search for a specific date, on this case i would suggest you to take the calender component to trigger the query. You have the same flexibility to pass the current date in this component.

My JDBC program basically needs two command line args. Rabge_Start_Dt and Range_End_Dt. for ex:
2001-05-31 and 2001-06-01 . And my porgram should run every day. Next day the date range will be 2001-06-01 to some date. It means I have to store some how the range_end_dt and pass it as range_start_dt when my program runs the next day.
Problem:
How can I store the Data variable and pass it as an argument to my porgram when It runs next time. Every time my pogram runs It should pick the range start_dt (==range_end_dt of the previuos run) and end_dt I have to go and query some other data base and pass that value to it.

Till now I have only worked with Flat files. I want to create an R/3 source system and extract data from there on to my Info Providers.

2. Type Transaction SM59. Maintain RFC destinations
a.) Open the RFC Destinations. b.) Find your Source System and double click on it. c.) Technical setting should contain information regarding yoursource system d.) Logon Information should contain source system client and name & password for you remote logon. We use RFC_SAB for BW logon to R/3 and RFC_AAE for R/3 logon to BW. Password for both is always xxxxxxx. e.) Execute your 'Test Connection' & 'Remote Logon'. You should NOT be prompted for a password, if you are then the logon info is incorrect. f.) Repeat above to verify RFCs for other systems (CRM etc)
3. Type Transaction WE21. iDoc Processing Ports.
a.) Select 'Ports' and then 'Transactional RFC'. b.) Click on the Port # for you source system. c.) Verify description & SAP R/3 version.(BW 2.1C should be release 4.x) d.) RFC Destination should be one created in SM59. If non-existent then create one
4. Type Transaction SE16. Data browser (for R/3  BW Connections)
5. Type Transaction SM30. Msg Types & Assignment to iDocs
Enter 'EDIMSG' in the Table/View field. Click on the 'Enter Conditions' option for Restrict Data Range. Click 'Maintain'. Select Message Type. Then enter 'RSSEND' in "From' field. Verify that the Basic Type matches what is in your RSBASIDOCtable for each of your connections. If any are missing any entries you must create them as follows: Create another session and type Transaction WE30. Enter IDoc Type (ZSBAXXX) in Obj. Name field (Suggestion: Start new type with 'ZS' + Transfer Structure Prefix + (3)#'s) Select Create. Select "Create from Copy'. Enter 'RSSEND" in 'Copy From' field Enter Description (i.e. IDoc Type for BW Development) Execute (Green Check). Repeat for other missingentries.

How to print html file on client system without viewing data on client syst

How is the data usage charged?

I went over my 25MB this month and I am not sure what I did differently to make it increase another 25MB. Is there somewhere to get a breakdown? If you go to a website and get a call, you take the phone call and forgot to close out of the web browser, do you get charged?
Sorry if this question has already been posted. I scanned through the first 3 pages. Got tired of reading the complaints about the data packages.

As long as you are not browsing from page to page you will not use megabytes.

How does the data inserted after a delete command

I have a question regarding a scenario. I deleted some data from a table ( i use the where clause to delete a portion of rows from the table). So after the rows are deleted the space is free but below the high water mark. When i insert new rows in the same table, then where from oracle fetches the space:
A. Will it use the space that is freed up by deleted the rows
B. Use the space above the high water mark. ( If it uses this space then Lets say all the extents are completed and we dont have any extents above the high water mark, then will it use the space freed by the deleted rows or will it complain for the addiditional space)
Please advice.
Also I would appriciate if you could give me a link for a documentation for the above scenerio.

the rows That depends, it's controled by PCTUSED and PCTFREE parameter as described below. Also the free space need to be big enought to hold the new row.
The PCTUSED Parameter
The PCTUSED parameter sets the minimum percentage of a block that can be used for row data plus overhead before new rows are added to the block. After a data block is filled to the limit determined by PCTFREE, Oracle considers the block unavailable for the insertion of new rows until the percentage of that block falls beneath the parameter PCTUSED. Until this value is achieved, Oracle uses the free space of the data block only for updates to rows already contained in the data block.
B. Use the space above the high water mark. ( If it

When Extents Are Allocated
When you create a table, Oracle allocates to the table's data segment an initial extent of a specified number of data blocks. Although no rows have been inserted yet, the Oracle data blocks that correspond to the initial extent are reserved for that table's rows.
If the data blocks of a segment's initial extent become full and more space is required to hold new data, Oracle automatically allocates an incremental extent for that segment. An incremental extent is a subsequent extent of the same or greater size than the previously allocated extent in that segment.

Have you tried a manual backup to iCloud? Settings>iCloud>Storage&Backup. Click the Back Up Now button.
If on the other hand, you are asking how to store various files to iCloud (like iDisk used to do in MobileMe), then ICloud cannot help - it does not offer a service similar to iDisk.
