How start a particular opmnctl

hello all,
i am currently working on business intelligence 11g, the main problem i am having are as follows
i) my bi publisher screen is always plain blue, i was able to get a write up on how to resolve the issue.
2) my obiee screen displays error 500 -- Interner server Error page, got to know dat i need to start the opmnctl.(KINDLY CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG)
3) the main issue i am looking for ways of resolving is dis: i have two opmnctl on my server one for forms and the other one for bi_publisher.whenever i start the opmnctl it is the forms own that gets started.i want to start the bi_publisher's opmnctl but i cant.HOW CAN I DO DAT.

opmnctl start
Starts OPMN only.
opmnctl startproc ias-component= <component_name>
Starts a particular system component. For example, where coreapplication_obips1 is Oracle BI Presentation Services:
opmnctl startproc ias-component=coreapplication_obips1
You view system component names in Fusion Middleware Control by displaying the system components Availability region of the Availability tab in the Capacity Management page, and expanding the required entry in the Name column. For more information, see Section 2.2.3, "Using Fusion Middleware Control to Manage Oracle Business Intelligence System Components." System component names are displayed in the format coreapplication_<component_name> (for example coreapplication_obips1 is the name of the Oracle BI Presentation Services component).
opmnctl stopall
Stops all managed system components.
opmnctl stopproc ias-component= <component_name>
Stops a particular system component.
opmnctl restartproc ias-component= <component_name>
Restarts a particular system component.
opmnctl shutdown
Stops opmn and all managed system components.

There is something very wrong in basic understanding of Oracle RDBMS architecture, when running 10 Oracle instances on a single server.
10x temp space. 10x redo space. 10x SGA. 10x system processes footprint. This is NOT how one scales Oracle and NOT how one uses Oracle optimally.

I know in the 9 versions of discoverer is there is a Discoverer v5 Business Area that is included out of the box. You have to have the stats turned on inside of the pref.txt. But that BA has all of the information to create queries about who, what, parameters, etc. You'll have to check and see if its part of 4i.

execute rstxdbug to activate script debugger...once the driver program reaches open_form, a popup box will come where u can mention the name of a command, call functinon, text element, etc to place a break point...once it gets into the debugging mode, double click on any line to set a break point, after that pressing f8 will get you to that line

After I apply patch 4505133 on win32
10.1.0.5 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER
I can not start HTTP_Server using opmnctl startall, got following error in apache log file:

resolved this issue
oracle/middleware/oracle_idm1/bin
oidldapd folder is missing. so we copied the folder from trail environment and placed in above directory and started opmnctl services.
it worked.

Hi Friends..
Do you know how to read particular Sector and Block in Mifare 1K through Java?..
I've created the simple application that read data from Mifare 1K, but i've problem when i want to read the other sectors and blocks..
i tried to read the blocks by using this APDU command :
FF B0 00 00 10 //read data in Sector 0 and Block 0
FF B0 00 01 10 //read data in Sector 0 and Block 1
FF B0 00 02 10 //read data in Sector 0 and Block 2
FF B0 00 03 10 //read data in Sector 0 and Block 1How to read the other sectors and blocks?..
I've tried to read data in Sector 1 and Block 5, so i tried to send this APDU command : FF B0 01 05 10, but i got this error : *6986*
Actually, it doesn't matter if i use MifareWnd, but i want to create my own application that Read/Write From/into Mifare 1K..
Please help me regarding this..

How to fetch particular segment of records?

Hi all,
My last question is how to limit the rows returned. This time my question is how to fetch particular segment of records from DB table?
In detail, if one table has 95 records, which method can be used to fetch #71-80 record only, not fetch #1-80 first and abandon the preceeding 70 ones?

There are a few methods:
- Set firstResult and maxResult on the JPA Query, this is normally the best option. Depending on your database this will best optimized to only select these rows.
- Use a Cursor, in EclipseLink 1.1 there are QueryHints for doing this, see org.eclipse.persistence.config.QueryHints.
- Select all of the results, and store them in your app or http session, and scroll through them in memory on next/previous.
- Select just the ids, and store them in your app/page or http session, each page select the batch of object with the ids.
- Use an order-by and critieria to limit your results to a specific amount.

What's your oracle version?
If you are in 11g you can use adrci tool
1- set homes diag/rdbms/orawiss/ORAWISS/ : the rdbms home
2- show alert -P "MESSAGE_TEXT LIKE '%ORA-%'" -term : to find all the ORA-% errors in the alert file
3- show alert -P "MESSAGE_TEXT LIKE '%ORA-%' and originating_timestamp > systimestamp-51 " -term : to find all the ORA-% errors in the alert file during the last 51 days,
4- show alert -P "MESSAGE_TEXT LIKE '%ORA-%' and originating_timestamp > systimestamp-1/24 " -term : to find all the ORA-% errors in the alert file during the last hour,
5- show alert -P "MESSAGE_TEXT LIKE '%ORA-12012%' and originating_timestamp > systimestamp-1/24 " -term : to find the particular ORA-12012 error in the alert file during the last hour,
