    Workflow is the best approach for any issue related to business objects.
    Since you want call FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, it will change SO. It means everytime any SO is changed there will an event being triggered.
    object type: BUS2032
    event: Changed
    simple solution:
    1. Please create object type (SWO1) and its super type should be BUS2032.
    2. Add your own method and attach your custom FM which actually updates the qty & PR)
    3. Create Task (PFTC_INS)
    in basic data:
    - provide object type which you have created
    - provide method which you have added
    goto triggering events tab
    - Choose Object Category as BOR object type
    - provide object type (better give BUS2032)
    - provide event as CHANGED

    Here is the solution that I received from the chat line.
    When you update applications like Pages it usually keeps both versions on the computer. So what most likely happened is it didn’t put the new version on your dock. So to fix this, open a finder window. And go into applications which should be listed on the left. Scroll down and you will see Pages listed in here. And the icon should look different. You can drag that icon down onto your dock.Open that and you then can access your documents

    Hi Anish,
    This can be achieved through the roles and authorization.
    This can be done through the basis team. they can create user profiles and roles.
    For the roles they assign some transaction codes so that they can view the only assigned tr. codes.
    Like that ur requirement can be done.
    Also u can prevent the user to change any fields in the sales order screen (VA02). for that please modify the authorisations.

    The above recommendation are only o.k., if you use sorted tables. However, maybe people don't mention because you should always use sorted tables. I am joking, but the recommendation is true!
    Otherwise use binary search, but better use sorted tables!
    And for the loop you should use ASSIGNING which speeds up the modify.

    A project which was working with CVI 9.0 on XP does not compile with CVI 2010.
     I get the following errors with CVI 2010. "sal.h"(1706,15)   Redefinition of macro '__null'.  
    doesnt work with CVI 2010 on on win 7 too.  
    Could some one provide some insight into this please?

    You wild guess is correct.
    The version of the Microsoft SDK that shipped with CVI 9.0 included a definition of __null that matched the definition that is in sal.h. You can find this definition in line 448 of CVI90\sdk\include\specstrings.h.
    The version of the Microsoft SDK that shipped with CVI 2010 included a definition of __null that no longer matches the definition that is in sal.h. You can find this definition in line 575 of CVI2010\sdk\include\spectstrings_strict.h. This is why the CVI compiler complains when it finds the sal.h definition.
    The SDK that ships with CVI has been customized to make sure that it works with the CVI compiler. But this does not include making sure that it also works with VC headers. In general, there's no way to guarantee that VC headers can be compiled in CVI, since these headers don't ship with CVI and cannot be customized.
    In this particular case, you might get it work if you include sal.h before you include windows.h. But there are no guarantees.

    I have one requirement that there is one property table named 'Store Master' in DW,and it contains a lot of attribute, such as Open Date, Close Date, IS 24 Hour etc.
    But another data source is essbase and based on this source, I create all reports.
    In ESSBASE, it has one dimension and hierarchy Location, and it has four level, Country(L1),Region (L2),Province(L3),Store(L4)
    So I want to know how to create the relationship between Location (ESSBASE) and Store Master (DM).
    I try to create one relationship in physical layer between Gen4,Location and Store, then drag the open date and close date into Location Dimension in BMM,then Presentation Layer.
    When I drag column 'Open Date' ,'Gen4,Location ' and 'Sales' into reports, it will generate the following error message:
    State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: [nQSError: 14020] None of the fact tables are compatible with the query request Dim Region.Store Open Date. (HY000)
    However, when I remove the column 'Open Date'. it will be ok.
    So what I missing the steps? Please help me. Thanks.

So, it needs that the same dimension information is present in both the sources and then only, you know we can analyze the numbers based on this dimension. So, either the dimension being different in both sources, or the members not present in both the dimensions might lead to incorrect numbers.
    So I select Store Attributes in relation DB and Location in ESSBASE in physical layer, then create the physical join, such as right("Hour Sales"."H_Sales".""."H_Sales"."Gen6,Location",4) = "Authorization".""."EDW"."T_EDW_MDM_STORE"."US_CODE", then drag the OPEN_DATE and CLOSE_DATE in relation DB to Location in ESSBASE in BMM,finially drag them into presentation layer.We create physical layer relationships, to send over the same relation to the underlying database during querying.     When you set up this federation, BI Server sends individual queries to each source and maps the conforming dimension members internally.

    I want to how to set the correct size for shared_pool_size and db_cache_size using shared pool advisory and buffer pool advisory of awr report. I have paste the shared and buffer pool advisory of awr report.
