? How to compare whats in my Micro to what's in my Rhapsody Libra

Hi, I just got my Micro Zen this weekend at Wallyworld. And I love it.
I am currently using the Rhapsody to go subscription and it says I have some 827 tracks in it right now. I wasn't thinking when I first started using my Micro (first time MP3 owner) and didn't transfer over everything at the same time.
So now- I have 827 in my Rhapsody library, and only about 400 in my Micro.
Is there any way other than going through the Micro's track menu and comparing it to my Rhapsody library to tell what I need to transfer still from Rhapsody?
I tried to search out this information using the search feature, but I guess I didn't phrase it well enough, or put in the right words, because I couldn't find any answers, that is, if there is one. Maybe I will just have to sit down and figure it out by comparing screens, but I really hope not!
Thank You very much for any help you can give- DeeDeesBubbles

Thank You! I actually read your response the same day, but didn't get logged in to respond. I ended up doing just that- transfering them all- but now am having new problems with the player that I guess I'll be making a new post about (

  • How to compare dates in Crystal Reports 2008

    Hello,
    I cannot figure out how to compare the dates in the Crystal reports.
    I need all dates that are in the future to be displayed with the green font.
    So in the formula for the font for this texbox I've tried to use different
    formulas like:
    If DateDiff("d", CurrentDate, {DevelopmentTracking_SELECT.Anticipated}) > 1
    Then
         crGreen
    or
    If {DevelopmentTracking_SELECT.Anticipated} > CurrentDate Then
         crGreen
    (where DevelopmentTracking_SELECT is the stored procedure, and Anticipated
    is a date field).
    None of them worked. All dates are treated like they were in the past
    comparing to the CurrentDate. If I reverse these formulas like:
    If {DevelopmentTracking_SELECT.Anticipated} < CurrentDate Then
         crGreen
    then all dates turn to green, otherwise they always stay black.
    What could be a problem here?
    I would appreciate your help.
    Thank you.

    OK, got it, thank you. It worked.
    However, I also need to use another field value which is not on the report, like this:
    If CurrentFieldValue < CurrentDate And {DevelopmentTracking_SELECT.Completed} = False Then
    crRed
    DevelopmentTracking_SELECT.Completed is not on the report.
    Is it possible to use it with the cross-tab?

    How to compare two rows in PL/SQL? Is there any method that I can use instead of comparing them column by column?

    If you're talking of rows within a PL/SQL associative array there are techniques as described in the documentation... e.g.

  • How to compare, current value in :block.text_item with the database value

    Hi
    Could you please tell me
    How to compare the current value in :block.text_item with the corresponding database column value.
    I am using forms 10g
    There is block and there is an text Item in that block.
    When I run the form and query the block (tabular), the :block.text_item shows me, whatever value there in the database.
    Now I add some value in the :block.text_item to the existing value.
    now
    the :block.text_item contains old+ new added value
    whereas
    the database table contains 'old' value
    Now on a button click , I want to find out what is the value that I have added
    Could you please tell me, is it possible without writing a select query?

    Hello,
    Now on a button click , I want to find out what is the value that I have addedSo you mean always user will add value in the existing value. Because this way will fail in one case. Let say
    Value in Database is = ABCD
    User opened the form and he removed the D and write E and now value is ABCE and length is still same 4. So, there is no addition.
    Anyway you can know the database value at runtime there is one property for item called DATABASE_VALUE. It gives the value which is in database while you are running the form before save. and you can use like this..
    Trigger = WHEN-MOUSE-DOUBLE-CLICK on item level
    DECLARE
      vItemValue DATATYPE; -- Set the data type according to your desired field.
      vValueAdded DATATYPE; -- Set the data type according to your desired field.
    BEGIN
      vItemValue:=GET_ITEM_PROPERTY('ITEM_NAME',DATABASE_VALUE);  -- It will return you the database value in vItemValue variable.
      IF LENGTH(vItemValue)>LENGTH(:FORM_ITEM_NAME) THEN  -- It mean something change or added
        vValueAdded:=SUBSTR(:FORM_ITEM_NAME,LENGTH(vItemValue)+1);
        MESSAGE('Added value is : '||vValueAdded);  -- It will show you the added value.
      END IF;
      -- now suppose you want to show the old and new value in message not the added one
      -- Then no need of IF condition. You can just use message like this
      -- And i would prefer to use like this way
      MESSAGE('Old Value : '||vItemValue||'  New Value - '||:FORM_ITEM_NAME);
      MESSAGE('Old Value : '||vItemValue||'  New Value - '||:FORM_ITEM_NAME);
    END;Hope it is clear.

  • How to compare 2 columns in a cross tab

    Hi,
    I need some idea on how to compare 2 columns in a cross tab in Deski.
    Original Table is like this:
    Type..............ID...........Name
    Type1............1............BO1
    Type1............2............BO1
    Type1............3............BO2
    Type2............1............BO7
    Type2............2............ --
    Type2............3............BO5
    I did Slice and dice to the original table and now it looks like a cross tab
    ......................1..............2............3
    Type1.........BO1....... BO1.......BO2
    Type2.........BO7........--     ...........BO5
    Now I want to compare column 1&2, 1&3 and put these values in new columns after column 3 for Type1 & Type2
    Does anyone has any idea on this?
    Thanks,

    1. Right click your table
    2. Select Calculations -> Count
    3. It will insert a new column. Edit this new column formula and substitute it with thos other formula:
    =If ( <Name> Where (<ID>=1)  = <Name> Where (<ID>=2)  ) Then "Column 1 equal to column 2" Else "They're not Equal"
    4.Put this title in that column's header:
    Column 1 vs Column 2
    5. Repeat steps for comparison between 1 and 3, just that this is the formula you have to use:
    =If ( <Name> Where (<ID>=1)  = <Name> Where (<ID>=3)  ) Then "Column 2 equal to column 3" Else "They're not Equal"
    Note: Apply necessary changes depending on what you need.

  • How to compare table data and table field

    Hi buddy,
        I have some question about how to compare table data and table field.
       1. I know there is one method:   CL_ABAP_UNIT_ASSERT=>ASSERT_TABLE_CONTAINS  , it use in unit test to compare the table data(A and B) , you can loop table A into structure A1, then use this mehtod it can compare whether table B contain structure A1.  but when I try to use this in main program it will dump.
              CL_ABAP_UNIT_ASSERT=>ASSERT_TABLE_CONTAINS(
                                                                                                        LINE    = A1
                                                                                                        TABLE = B ).
           Is there any method or FM can be used to compare the table data ?
        2. I also want to compare two table field , try to find out the different. How to realize this.
    Thank you for your sincerely answer.

    Hi Zongjie,
    What`s the difference, if you using loop A into wa_A, read table B into wa_B with all field, then compare with wa_A and wa_B.
    The question 2, seems no standard FM available here.
    Loop A into wa_A.
       Loop B into wa_B.
           if wa_A-field1 eq wa_B-field1.
           endif.
            if wa_A-field2 eq wa_B-field2.
           endif.
       endloop.
    endloop.

  • How to compare the same array?

    Hello,
    The question not how to compare arrays.
    I have a method that gives results of an array type int.
    for(......){
    int [] arrayFunc(int [] input)
    return arrayOut;
    }I want to compare those arrayOut arrays. I need to find a way to save the first output and then compare it with the newest output. Where do I have to put the temp array to temporary save the array? What should happen if I want to keep track of the results and get comparisons of first, second, third output?
    Thanks

    Still not 100% sure but I try and help. What you need to do is have two references. After you have generated a result compare it to the last result. After the comparison you need to assign the current result to the last result and then go around the loop again to generate a new current result. Below is some code that uses plain ints but I hope it illustrates what I am trying to explain.
    import java.util.Scanner;
    class ComparingNumbers {
      public static void main(String[] args) {
        Scanner scanner = new Scanner(System.in);
        int current;
        System.out.print("Number: ");
        int last = scanner.nextInt();
        scanner.nextLine();
        for(int index = 0; index < 10; index++) {
          System.out.print("Number: ");
          current = scanner.nextInt();
          scanner.nextLine();
          System.out.println("Difference is " + Math.abs(current - last));
          last = current;
    }

    minus
    select line, text

    Or: get the procedure text to a file using dbms_metadata.get_ddl (9i and higher) and run diff (Unix) or fc (Windhoze) on it.
    You are a bit scarce on details.
    Better still: implement source control.

          How to compare two IDoc's. If the both the IDocs are are of same type, i want to distinguish the data in those two IDocs.
    Thank you in Advance
    Regards
    Harsha

    Hi Harsha,
    Transaction WE05 will help you out.You should first know some details like the
    iDoc type, partner, the date/time and maybe the iDoc #. There can be many iDocs
    generated/processed per day and without having some info to start with,
    one will never find anything useful. Filter what you can, and then
    navigate in the left hand frame/double click on the results lines in the
    right hand frame to drill down. Eventually you will see the single iDoc
    with all the many 'segments' available. Expand the 'data records'
    branch (and sub-branches) to see each 'segment' and find the data fields
    & values (these will appear in the lower right hand frame).
    Reward points if helpful..

    Goutham.

  • How to determine what Index is required by a query ?

    Hi all,
    In our application, we create some complex View with complex query.
    The question is : How to determine what Index is required by the query ?
    I try using SQL Tuning Advisor, but it seems I can only use it After running TOP SQL.
    Is there aniway to determine the Index even Before the query under heavy load/ top sql ?
    Thank you very much,
    xtanto

    You can run your explain plan to check the table access path. You can create an index and see if the optimizer is using the index. Then compare the costs. Creating index will help only in some occassion and you need to provide complete details of the requirement to come to a conclusion of which type of INDEX as well. In some occassions, B*Tree index is useful, in few DW applications, bitmap will work efficiently with columns of low cardinality.
    So it is again the task for you to look into this.

  • How to compare LabVIEW executable file?

    I have a labview executable file that I build 2 years ago, and with the same source code, I build a new executable file. Does anybody know how to compare the 2 executables?

    Well if you built from the same source the functionality should be the same. But if you build the same source with different versions of LabVIEW then you never know. Maybe the new version exposes a hidden bug in your code or fixes one that you depended on.
    There is no way to do what you want by examining the bytes in the exe. You have to just do testing. You could either do this manually or automate it using the Unit Test Framework. There is also VI Tester by JKI.
