How to compile swf with ANT en ASC 2.0?

He All,
I used to compile a swf in Flash builder with this antscript below. But mxmlc in not supported anymore. Any idea how to compile the swf with ASC 2.0?
<target name="compile.apple" depends="clean.apple">
  <echo message="Compiling swf"/>
  <mxmlc file="${app.projectfile}" output="${app.rootfile}" optimize="true" configname="airmobile" debug="false">
  <load-config filename="${app.rootdir}/resources/ant/build.config"/>
  <source-path path-element="${flex.sdkPath}/frameworks"/>
  <source-path path-element="${app.sourcedir}"/>
  <source-path path-element="${app.rootdir}/libs"/>
  <static-link-runtime-shared-libraries/>
  <compiler.library-path dir="${flex.sdkPath}/frameworks" append="true">
  <include name="libs/*" />
  </compiler.library-path>
  <arg line="-swf-version=17" />
  <arg line="-define=CONFIG::debug,false" />
  <arg line="-define=CONFIG::device,true" />
  <arg line="-define=CONFIG::local.false" />
  <compiler.library-path dir="${app.rootdir}" append="true">
  <include name="libs/*" />
  </compiler.library-path>
  </mxmlc>
  </target>

He Peter,
Thanks for your reply. I've made some steps, but still no perfect solution. I've managed to compile a swf with ant using only the AIR SDK.
But, check these results
- Compiled using Flash Builder release : 455 kb
- Compiled with ant using mxmlc : 104 kb
- Compiled with ant using compc : 139 kb
Can you provide us an example, how to compile a swf using ant. For example, with an AIR mobile project.
Thanks Peter.
Tim.

  • How to compile forms with JDAPI ?

    Hi everyone:
    I have more than 200 forms need to compile. All the forms have libraries, object groups attached, they also call stored procedures in the database.
    When I run this code :
    FormModule frm= (FormModule) JdapiModule.openModule("/tmp/"+fileName);
    frm.compile();It reports error like this :
    Exception in thread "main" oracle.forms.jdapi.JdapiStatusException: _jni_compile_form failed
         at oracle.forms.jdapi.BaseAPI._jni_compile_form(Native Method)
         at oracle.forms.jdapi.FormModule.compile(Unknown Source)
         at oracle.forms.developer.JDAPIFormsApi.attachObject(JDAPIFormsApi.java:54)
         at oracle.forms.developer.JDAPIFormsApi.main(JDAPIFormsApi.java:71)Through forms builder, I need to connect to database, put all libraries and resources in the folder included in FORMS_PATH, to get them compiled.
    But how to compile them with all prerequisite conditions set up in my java code ?

    An easier way would be to compile the forms via script, there are several examples on the forum.

  • How to compile mplayer with giflib support?

    Hey all,
    i am trying to compile mplayer (or mplayer2, i have tried several pkgbuilds from aur), as the package from extra doesn't have support for the the gif89a video_out driver. I have giflib package installed, so i have the /usr/lib/include/gif_lib.h in my filesystem. If i try to compile mplayer with the ./configure --enable-gif option, it fails with the following error message:
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_close_gif':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x39): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_open_gif':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x293): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_gif_fill_buffer':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x95b): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0xb1a): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    ...among others, because some other libraries (cdio_paranoia, theora and caca) have undefined references too. If i check the source of giflib, i see the missing function 'PrintGifError' in 'lib/gif_err.c', but i don't have this file on my filesystem. My question is from where should i obtain these sources, and where i need to place them to compile mplayer successfully?
    Update: here is the whole list of errors, all of them are undefined references to various functions: http://pastebin.com/LttqXy5J

    sl1pkn07 wrote:why this downgrade
    Because there's lotsa compilation fails caused by the giflib API changing.

  • HowTo: Compilie JavaFX with Ant (without netbeans build-impl.xml)?

    Howdy, see subject :)
    Cheers!

    Here's a cleaner solution....
    1. Download and install the SDK on your machine
    2. Copy the SDK installation files into your project (I copied c:\Program Files\JavaFX\javafx-sdk-1.0 to ./Resources/JavaFX/. in my project) - this is used for compilation only and not packaged with distro.
    You might want to now uninstall the SDK for accurate testing
    3. Configure Ant (as below).....
    Since I put my JavaFX SDK in my project under ./Resources/JavaFX/javafx-sdk1.0 you will see this occur in the config below.
    <?xml version="1.0"?>
    <project name="MyJavaFXProject" default="compile" basedir=".">
      <path id="javafx.classpath">
            <fileset dir="./Resources/JavaFX/javafx-sdk1.0/lib">
                <include name="**/*.jar" />
            </fileset>
      </path>
      <taskdef classname="com.sun.tools.javafx.ant.JavaFxAntTask" name="javafxc">
            <classpath refid="javafx.classpath" />
      </taskdef>
      <target name="compile" depends="prepare" description="compile java and fx source">
            <javac srcdir="./Source/Java" destdir="./build/classes" includes="**/*.java"/>
            <javafxc srcdir="./Source/Java" destdir="./build/classes" includes="**/*.fx" executable="./Resources/JavaFX/javafx-sdk1.0/bin/javafxc.exe">
                <classpath refid="javafx.classpath" />
            </javafxc>
      </target>
      <target name="prepare" description="create build directory for compiler output">
        <mkdir dir="./build"/>
        <mkdir dir="./build/classes"/>
      </target>
      <target name="clean">
        <delete includeemptydirs="true">
          <fileset dir="build" includes="**/*"/>
        </delete>
      </target>
    </project>Hope this helps someone, and p.s.... if you are a maven user.. perhaps you can repackage the JavaFX SDK and install it in a Maven repository.

  • How to show values with initial sort asc/desc in 11.5.10 iProcurement page?

    (Logged Bug 12902576 with OAFramework DEV, but OAF DEV closed the bug and advised to log the issue here in the forum)
    How to have values sorted in ascending order when user first navigates to the page?
    Currently the values are unsorted, and are only sorted after the user clicks the column heading to sort the values. We expect the users should not have to click the column heading, but instead that the values should be sorted in ascending order when the user navigates to the page. This issue occurs on an OAFramework based page in iProcurement application.
    PROBLEM STATEMENT
    =================
    Receipts and Invoices are not sorted in iProcurement Lifecycle page even after implementing personalization to sort ascending on Receipt Number and Invoice Number. Users expect the receipts and invoices to be sorted but they are not sorted.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE
    1. Navigate to iProcurement
    2. Click the Requisitions tab
    3. Search and find a requisition line that is associated to a Purchase Order having multiple receipts and multiple invoices.
    4. Click the Details icon to view the lifecycle page where the receipts and invoices are listed
    - see that the receipts are not sorted, and the invoices are not sorted
    5. Implement personalization to sort in ascending order for Receipt Number and for Invoice Number. Apply the personalization and return to page.
    - the receipts and invoices are still not sorted.
    IMPACT
    Users need the receipts and invoices sorted to make it easier to review the data. As a workaround, click the column heading to sort the results
    Tried workaround suggested by OAFramework DEV in Bug 12902576 but this did not help.
    TESTCASE of suggested workaround
    NAVIGATION in visprc01
    1. Login: dfelton / welcome
    2. iProcurement responsibility / iProcurement Home Page / Requisitions tab
    3. Click the Search button in the upper right
    4. Specify search criteria
    - Remove the 'Created by' value
    - Change 'Last 7 Days' to 'Anytime'
    - Type Requisition = 2206
    5. Click Go to execute the search
    6. Click the Requisition 2206 number link
    7. Click the Details icon
    8. In the Receipt section, click the link 'Personalize Table: (ReceivingTableRN)'
    9. Click the Personalize (pencil) icon
    10. Click the Query icon for Site level (looks different than the screenshots from OAFramework team, because this is 11.5.10 rather than R12
    - Compare this to the Table personalization page show in the reference provided by OAFramework team -
    http://www-apps.us.oracle.com/fwk/fwksite/jdev/doc/devguide/persguide/T401443T401450.htm#cust_persadmin_editperprop
    11. See on the Create Query page
    Sorting
    No sorting is allowed
    The Query Row option becomes available in personalize after setting the Receipt Number row to Searchable. However, even after clicking the Query icon to personalize, it is not possible to specify sorting. There is a Sorting heading section on the personalization page, but there is also a statement: No sorting is allowed
    The workaround mentioned by OAFramework team in Bug 12902576 does not work for this case
    - maybe because this is 11.5.10 rather than R12?
    - maybe similar to Bug 8351696, this requires extension implementation?
    What is the purpose of offering ascending/descending for Sort Allowed if it does not work?
    Please advise if there is a way to have the initial sort in ascending order for this page.

    I´m sorry that you couldn´t reproduce the problem.
    To be clear:
    It´s not about which symbol should seperate the integer part from the fraction.
    The problem is, that i can´t hide the fraction in bargraph.
    The data im showing are integers but the adf bar graph component wants to show at least 4 digits.
    As I´m from germany my locale should be "de" but it should matter in the test case.
    You can download my test case from google drive:
    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B5xsRfHLScFEMWhUNTJsMzNNUDQ]
    If there are problems with the download please send me an e-mail: [email protected]
    I uploaded another screenshot to show the problem more clear:

  • How to compile servlet with Edit Plus?

    Hi
    I am writing a Java servlet in EditPlus and am wondering how to include the servlet.jar file so that EditPlus knows where the javax.servlet.*, etc classes are. I suppose this is an EditPlus specific question so sorry about that but I didn't know who else to ask other than EditPlus themselves of course and I think I have tried that once.
    I have read replies on this forum about changing the classpath but I dont think that that is what I need to do here and if it is I dont know what I should be writing as I am not using the jdk.
    If anyone can help me at all I would be very grateful.
    Thanks

    Yes, I have also compiled Java files from EditPlus. Using the facilities for configuring 'User Tools' in EditPlus.
    EditPlus runts programs(javac in the current context) in a separate environment(separate DOS command).
    I just compiled, from EditPlus, some Java file of mine that uses something from the servlet API. It compiled just fine. I did not do any classpath or other setup on classpath lines inside EditPlus. I guess, EditPlus inherits the existing CLASSPATH(all environment settings in fact) setting from your environment and thereafter aslo passes it along to the separate command prompt it opens to run user configured tools to run.

  • How to compiling package with j2sdk

    can I just use one command line to compilng a package under J2SDK?

    I'm sure I'm not really doing you any favours here since wherever you would go otherwise (like a tutorial) would teach you much more than the simple answer to your question but, if you'll promise (no crossed fingers) to go and look at the tutorial mentioned by jesperdj then I'll tell you...
    javac dir1\*.java dir1\dir1a\*.java dir2\*.javai.e. list all the directories you want compiled, with spaces in between.

  • How to compile swf from fla files and folders?

    Hey,
    I have decompiled a swf file and got a fla file and also all kind of folders including action scripts.
    How do I run this? I mean if I make some changes how do I convert it back to a swf file?
    I created a swf file from one fla file but I got a file that was like 20x less in size then the original. I think it was not using the files in the folders.
    Thanks!

    open the fla and publish.  if that doesn't work, you have errors in your decompile.

  • How to play SWF with AxShockwaveFlash control using a stream rather than a file path?

    My WinForm app downloads and plays SWF files from my server. Currently, I have an object of type AxShockwaveFlash called "flash" display the movie. The code I use to load the SWF is:
    flash.Movie = "http://example.com/file.swf"
    The URL is generated dynamically by the module based on what the user wants to watch.  I'd like to know how can I load the SWF using a memory stream rather than a file path? I have already configured my server to process the url and return the contents
    of the file. What I don't know is how to read those contents within my WinForm application as a stream instead of the default which is to just provide a URL path to the movie.
    For instance I think I can use the Net.HttpWebRequest object to make an HTTP request, and read the response contained in the resulting Net.HttpWebResponse into a stream, but I have no idea what I could do to that stream to feed it to AxShockwaveFlash
    A very similar question was posed on
    stackOverflow but I cannot make sense of the answer (I'm quite inexperienced).
    I'd appreciate your help,
    -Patrick

  • How to create swf with transparent backgound

    I have a web site project created in Dreamweaver. On the home page I need a swf file that is transparent and will animate over the dreamweaver backgound. Does the wmode need to be coded in actionscript or is there another way of solving this.
    KatyDad

    The wmode parameter is set in the html code of the web page.  Setting it to a value of "transparent" should make the background invisible for most browsers.
