How to config the user cannot post the document which he parked .

Hello , SAP gurus .
Did SAP contain this configuration and would you please show me some details .
We need that the user who parked the document will now have the authorization to post it.

I am using transaction FV50,
In this transaction SAVE button and SAVE AS COMPLETE both parks the document and will be posted by clicking on POST,
but I need to just save the document when I click SAVE button, and when I click on SAVE AS COMLPETE then only it should be ready for posting while posting will be done using FBV0.
Please let me know the best way to acheive this.

Not to display the document which are not due at the time of making the pay

Hi,
My user dont want to display the document which are not in due at the time of making the payment through F-53.
For example:
Vendor Code: 1001 has the open item as below:
Due Date - 29.09.2009 Amount 50000
Due Date - 30.09.2009 Amount 10000
Due Date - 15.10.2009 Amount 40000 (due date is in future)
Now my user want to make the payment for the above vendor through T-Code: F-53 / F-58, while clicking the process Open item the syste, shows all the document (which inclues the future due date document).
My user dont want to display the document which is in future due date because by wrongly he should not make the payment for the future due dated document.
Kindly provide me the solution how to disable the document which are not in due.

You can try the following -
Execute transaction code O7F4, and maintain the field FAEDT. Then execute F-53 and check if the option to enter net due date appears in the additional selection or not.

I am learning GP(Guided processor)according the document

I meet two question when I learn the GP.
The first:
This document don't tell me how to config the member framework of the company. After I design the GP, I have to config the user and role in the runtime for executing. I hope I can use the WDA(webdynpro for java or webdynpro for java) to implement to config the user for executing in the runtime. Thus, the customer don't config the user when runing the GP. But I don't know how to do this.
I need a document guide step by step to tell me how to do this.
The second:
If I use the workflow in the GP, I have to install and config the NWDI(Netweaver Development Infrastructure). Now I have installed the NWDI, but I don't know config it so that I can download it to my machine for develop the workfolw in the GP.
Do you give me some hints? Thanks a lot.

Now, I think I have to set the processor of every actions in every process if I use the GP for processing the workflow.
I am better to hope that I can set the processor to the role for every actions in every process in the runtime through get the organizational structure in the WDA(webdynpro for java or webdynpro for java). Thus, the customer don't set the processor to the role for every action in every process when runing in the GP. I don't know how to do this.
Whether the function is not supported in the GP? If so, I have to config two organizational structure: in the R/3 and in the Portal. I don't think our customer don't receipt this solution.

I am using the OS: Win2000 Server.I need to connect to some remote DataBase,but I
don't know how to config the driver in the CLASSPATH environment variable, my Problem is: when I import the oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver ,and run the program, it warns to me that it cannot find the class,and i know i didnot config the CLASSPATH in environment variables, so I want someone to tell me how to config it ,and where should the file "class12.zip" be placed !

You need do the following for oracle type4 driver:
1) register the driver:
$IAS_HOME/bin/jdbcsetup
Driver Identifier: Oracle_Type4_816 (whatever name you like)
Driver Classname: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Driver Classpath: .../classes12.zip (install this this zip file somewhere
and add this zip into the Classpath later).
2) DataSource Setup:
start iAS Administration Tool (iASAT)
Choose Database, unfold iAS1 (your app server instance),
choose External JDBC Datasource -> add: DataSource Registration
JNDI Name: yourPoolName
Driver Type: Oracle_Type4_816 (select what you just register)
DataSource Url: jdbc:oracle:thin:@hostName:portName:dbName
Username: your_user_name
Password: your_passwd
(Datasource Pool: using defaults for now): you can also customrize the
parameters for the pool.
3. Add classes12.zip into CLASSPATH.
In your application, you can use JNDI lookup to get the DataSource from
which you get the connection from the pool.

How to config the proxy of Bpel process manager(with password)

HI, i met the quetion as below
The The Oracle BPEL Process Designer & Manager server is installed on my computer in domin of my company, so if One of the BPEL processes deployed on the BPEL server needs to access a synchronous Web service hosted outside the firewall .i need to config the proxy, but the proxy of my company needs my ID and password to access outside . after I congfig the proxy
option of designer and build the Process, there will be pop-up a dialog box and ask for my ID & password .But how i config the proxy of Bpel process manager?? I read the tecnote about HTTP Proxy Configuration and config the proxy in the obsetenv.bat ,but it seems has no information about my ID&password in obsetenv.bat.
The question is How can i let the Bpel process manager know my proxy and ID&password ?? pls help me ,thx!

I have set these value in obsetenv.bat as follows, and I restart the Bpel manager server and designer.
but the same issue still occur:

I have 2 groups of PR's, for group one the document type is picked as NB and PO is created and for the group 2 it should pick as XYZ and PO should be created using ME59N tcode.
How to change the document type for group 2 in ME59N? Which user exists to use to change the document type while creating PO in ME59N?

There a config area, where you can define default PO doc types for a particular Pr doc type. If you maintain the settings properly there, then your requirement can be fulfilled.
SPRO->IMG->MM->Purchasing->Purchase requisation->Define doc types.
This will serve your purpose.

How to encrypt the document number in URL

Hi All,
I am working on a project where I need to send a URL to the user in his email, the URL contains the document number in it. when the user clicks on that URL a webdynpro application will open with data prepopulated based on the document number, now what I want his how can encrypt the document number in the URL when sending it to the user. so basically the user who gets the URL should not be able to see the document number in the URL.

Thanks again for the reply and now I am able to encrypt and decrypt my document number... one more question please : will it be possible to chnage the whole URL to some basic message type URL for eg:
let's say our URL is "http://testdoc/post?mssg" and I want to change this to as "OPEN DOCUMENT" and when user clicks on ""OPEN DOCUMENT" it will still direct to the original destination that is our original URL.
I have been told that we don;t want to maintain custom table until and unless it's our last choice.
