How To Control system Tool Bar

Hi,
I have got an form which has 300 fields , and we are using the system toolbar to save the form (we are not using customized button). during save i want to check whether all the fields have been entered or not how do i
do this????. we have set REQUIRED - PROPERTY to NO .

By system toolbar I assume that you are talking about the default toolbar that forms automatically attaches if you do not have a customised toolbar. If you want to trap the event generated by the save button, you have to write a key-commit trigger at the form level. Here you can check do all validations.
A better and more foolproof way of doing it is to write when-validate-item triggers for all the items.

Create a local variable of the tab control and wire a constant into it. Run this code when your button is pressed.
The downside of this is that if you are reading the value of the tab control as well, it will break dataflow and cause a race condition.

Is this some third-party executable? If so, Windows will typically control this unless the application was written in such a way that it stored its last position and then places itself into that same position. You can use the Windows API to set the position of windows. The Windows API Function Utilities (32-bit) for LabVIEW contains a "Move Window" VI that you can use.
Note: Obviously I'm assuming you're using Windows. If you're using another operating system, there should be equivalent functions available.

Are you talking about at the bottom? Where by default it had safari, mail etc? You can hold your finger down on the icon till they wiggle, then drag them out of there and to another page. I don't know why you would want to? I don't think you can delete it.
