How to copy screen layout of Info Record

I need to copy the screen layout:info records from standard ME12 to ZME12.
Please let me know how can i do the same.

I really do not understand your Requirement for new screen layout create ZME12.
I really want to ask you how it would be usefull to you.
Normally, the screen Layout would be Created on Based of the below
1     Document Type
2     Transaction Code
3     Release Indicator
so if any of the above is applicable then there is Chance of Creation of Screen layout
For the info record,i believe there is only the T code that is Applicable and nothing comes into the affect

If you have to determine a vendor, the minimum requirement is Info record. Beyond that, you can ofcourse maintain Source Lists, Quota Arrangements but Info record is bare minimum for automatic determination of vendor.
Otherwise, you have to maintain the vendor manually in th Purchasing docs.
Tcodes for Info record are ME11, ME12, and ME13.

How do I get ALL the info records for a materials plants using an SAP FM?

I need to get all of the info records from the EINE table for a material - all of its sites (plants, we are using SAP retail).
The problem is this: I call the FM MD_INFORECORDS_READ - here is the code for my call:

lv_eina_key is taken from this call:

        AND bukrs = t_output_data-company_code.
The probelm is it only returns the first record it finds for each site. There could be multiple info records, each one based a a different Valid From date for each site. I need either ALL of the EINE records for each site OR the most current one
I know I am not using ALl of the parms in the FM - but are there maybe there are other ones should I be using.
Perhaps there is there another FM I should be using - cause I do not have the info record number to pass.

How to deactivate/ignore R/3 info records when creating Shopping Cart?

We have the requirement of ignoring/deactivating R/3 info records when creating Shopping Carts SRM , so that no Vendor is proposed in transactions BBPSC01/BBPSC02.
At the moment, when info records exist in backed, system is proposing vendor and other data and we want them to be completely ignored, both in classic and extended classic scenarios.
How can we accomplish that? Is it possible to use BBP_SOS_BADI or is this BADI only valid for SRM local sources of supply?
Has anybody had the same problem and solved it before?

Inforecord is only source of supply for classic scenario only.
Find and Check Sources of Supply
Use
With the Business Add-In BBP_SOS_BADI, you can search for and check sources of supply according to your own rules. These sources of supply include contracts, vendor list entries and product linkages. For this, the customer fields of the shopping cart or purchase order are transferred to the BAdI.
Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods:
1. BBP_SOS_INDEX_UPDATE_CHECK
Use: Check and update contract items in the source of supply table.
2. BBP_SOS_SEARCH
Use: Search for sources of supply according to your own rules.
3. BBP_SOS_CHECK
Use: Check and filter the sources of supply found by the standard search according to your own rules.
4. BBP_SOS_PD_CHECK
Use: Carrying out your own additional checks when creating a shopping cart document item with an assigned contract.
Activities
Implement the BAdI if you wish to determine or check sources of supply according to your own rules.

How to view Conversion factor in info records conditions

The Buyer define a conversion factor for a box. 1 box = 500 pce.
When I was trying to see the conversion factor of the pricing in the info records conditions (Menu in conditions Extras->Conversion Factors, it shows inactive...
I ask to the basis team to check my rol for authorizations and that not depend of autorizations.
They also use an ID with SAP_ALL authorizations and they get the same inactive (grayed out) item in the menu when I tried to look at a pricing condition.
Do you know in Configuration where I can modify it in order to can display the conversion factors?

In the Purchase info record General data screen, at the bottom of the page ,there is Purcahse order unit of measure under that heading you have the Conversion factors.
If you specify the order unit you will be able to maintain the conversions there

Copy Screen Layouts across users?

Hello All,
Is it possible to copy the screen layouts designed for one user to be copied to another user? We have made lot changes in the way the Purchase module screen looks through Form Settings for one user and we would like to know if the final layout is copied to other users so that the work is not duplicated.

Hi Bharath,
It is possible. you can use SAP B1 2007A SP01 PL12. The functionality is available in the module administration --> setup --> general --> users setup --> copy form settings. you can open one user setup that you want its layout designed by open it user setup form and then click copy form settings. The window copy form settings to users window appears and you can select the user you would like to have the same layout designed.
you can also user query as follows:
CODE SNIPPET REMOVED AS IT CONTAINS UPDATE/INSERT STATEMENTS-
but the query only apply to copy to one user. You must do the copy either using user setup window or query after all users log out from B1.

How to adjust screen layout

When I first open Sg on my Macbook Pro, the screen layout is a mess. I can't find the similar tab that's in Pr that I can drag and move panels and windows around. Is there any way that I can adjust my screen layout? Thanks!

With a multiple monitor it is really fine but all I run on the second monitor is the "monitors".
There is a preference to use the 2nd monitor for only that. Its not a rearrangement of the existing panel.
A single monitor is fine for the GUI control windows, timeline and scopes and I cant see a need to spread them off anywhere if one has the 2nd.
Rant: Big PIA is that SG wont work with my Broadcast monitor via BM cards! (Premiere and AEFX do.)
But...Resolve loves it and it works like a dream.

How to copy screen selections?

Is there native facility in Mac OS X for selecting and copying screen shots or must a third party application be used? I need to do this to copy and save graphics and photos from the web but also to send screen shots of error mesages and dialogs to tech support. Thanks in advance for any insights.

How do I get "Group Account Number" to display on GL Master Record in "Consolidation data in chart of accounts" group box?

Hello,
First of all you should have group chart of account in place.
Then go to OB13 - Edit chart of account.
For your operating chart of account assign your group chart of account.
Then whenyou go to FS00, in your company for your operating chart of account, you will see the Group chart of Account GL Account.

How to copy Advanced Layout Designer report to another company?

With copy express i cant copy any report that is done with the advanced layout designer (i think in copy express only appear SAP BO standard things). Exist any way to pass those reports to other company? In advance layout designer i cant save the report in a directory that i choose (only appear 'save' and not 'save as').
Where SAP save those reports,in what directory of server?

You can export your layouts from SBO - Administration>Add-ons>ALD>Export Layouts. That will bring up a window where you can select the folder where you want to export to. All layouts will be exported.You can delete the layouts you don't want to import into the new company. From within the new company - Administration>Add-ons>ALD>Import Layouts.

Info record price picking.

Currently I blocked manual entry of price in PO. The price should pick only from info record, if info record is not there for the material then it should through an error message.
I have already made Message No: 06 136 No info record exists for item & as an error message, but still it is showing error messge saying "Net price should be greater than 0"

It is from SCM team they will create info record.
Purchase dept will raise PO.
While creating PO by purchase dept & if Info record is not created then it should throw an error message saying info record is not existing for the item so that they can tell to SCM to create info record.
But currently sytem is saying an error saying that NET PRICE IS GREATER THAN 0 ONLY, as I told earlier in PO they can't enter price manually.
Hence error message during creation of PO should come as NO INFO RECORD EXIST.
I have made following settings: IN SPRO SETTINGS FOR SCREEN LAYOUT MADE INFO RECORD AS MANDATORY.
MADE 06 136 AS AN ERROR MESSAGE.
After all this process still it is showing as NET PRICE IS GREATER THAN 0 ONLY
