How to create a change document?

How to implement this:
When table IHPA is updated (fields: OBJNR, PARNR, PARVW)
A change document should be automaticly created in table CDHDR and CDPOS
I have gone to the T-code scdo to create a new change document object ZIHPA
and set the table = IHPA and marked Doc. for individal fields at delete
Then I generate the the fuction module ZIHPA_write_document.
I have create a program and call this fuction module.
But I'm confused by the import parameter.
And I have tried some parameter, the function run successful but no record has been created in table CDHDR and CDPOS.

I have set the the checkbox as on already. But if I don't create change document manual, it will not create change document automaticlly.
Another reason for my saddness is that I have read some other write document fuction in where they are used. Such as material_write_document, but in fact, I am confused by the code. I still don't know how to get the new workarea. Can you help me? Thanks god and you. _

I have done it follow the same process as for business process objects. But when i try to test it in BOBT, there is no records under "FIELD_CHANGE_WITH_FILTER". It seems the change hasn't been recorded.

I also have some doubts about the business object.In this case,one abstract BO hase a subnode wihich is root extended.I added the change document for this node under the category "root_extended" and then tested the function in BOBT.I got some error message "can't find the root key".Shall i redefine the method /BOFU/IF_CDO_CREATION~IS_CDO_CREATION_ACTIVE so as to solve the problem?

I have lot of sequences and I want to create Test Sequence Documentation in HTML format using Command Line automatically, is there a way to automate this task using .bat file or using C# .Net

If you aren't able to figure out how to call a C++ DLL in .net then there may be another option. Unfortunately I don't know how to do this off the top of my head and I don't have an example.
The other option would be to change docgen.seq a little bit to the dialog doesn't display and you just hardcode the options. Then you can use a command line to call testexec.exe: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370052K-01/tsfundamentals/infotopics/startup_opt/

     In the Microsoft XML Document DOM there is a load function load(string) which will create an XML document, but now we are switching to Java and I do not know how to create and XML document from a string, this string �xml document� is passed to my program from a webservice and I need to read several xml elements form it in a web server.
This string is a well formatted XML document:

Hi Kiran,
Normally a billing doc is created after a sales order-->delivery.
U can create a sales order w.r.t a Contract or another sales order.
In your case, its possible only for sales Returns.
pass billing doc number to ORDER_HEADER_IN-REF_DOC in BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

Hi Petr,
just to make it a bit more clear, the Change Advisory Board (CAB) is not a type of a business partner, but a partner function. So you just need to create a standard business partner, e.g. an organizational unit as Prakhar suggested. Later on in your change document you can assign this org unit to the CAB-function. In another document the same org unit can be another partner function.
If you want to enter a fix CAB-partner for a system you can do this in IBASE, transaction IB52. There are a lot of customizing possibilites for the determination of business partners.

I want to create wave pick document based on delivery and correspondingly want to create transfer order for that. My requirement is that if in 3 delivery i have to pick material M1 as 100, 50, 100 qty then when i create wave pick for these deliveries and create Transfer order by this wave pick doc it should pick from single bin of warehouse , currently it is picking from 3 different bins though qty in each bin is more than 250 in each bin. Also suggest me the configuration requred for this.

Both Rama & Stephen are correct.
You can take Single GR for Multiple PO either in MIGO or MB01 as long as that POs belongs to same vendor.
In MIGO, after putting the PO press,enter, again give the next PO of that vendor .
If this solve your problem, close the issue.

I have to do two distinct tasks here:
1) How can I create a PDF document using the Adobe SDK in my .NET Applications(C# - 2.0)?
I just need a basic sample to create a document with a simple text, for example. I did not find any useful information in the adobe documentation. I have the Acrobat Professional 8.0 in my computer, but it's very dificult to work whith de Acrobat.dll and .NET with a poor documentaion.
2)How can I apply digital signature in a existent pdf document?
I need to sign documents using the SDK, just a basic sample in c# would be helpful to start!

I will explain better my problem:
I have an ASP.NET WebPAge (C# - 2.0). In this page, the user make a request. The request should generate a PDF document with the informations of the request and with a field to add a digital signature. The document created will be send to a approver that will confirm the approval applying his digital signature (I need to do too, a webpage where the approver open the page, choose the pdf document, and sign, just selecting his own certificate and clicking in the button SIGN... but this is another problem).
That's the reason that I have to create a PDF document. If I create a WORD or HTML document, and then convert to PDF, how can I add a field to digital signature in this pdf document?
Is there any solution using Acrobat SDK?

in Adobe Acrobat you can set security settings which make documents unprintable, unchangeable etc.
What I want to do is: I want to set these security settings by creating the pdf-document, because I do not want to open every document and change the security settings. Is this possible at all???

How are you creating the documents? If using Adobe PDF printer, use the security options in Adobe PDF printer settings. If using PDFMakers (Acrobat buttons inside Office applications, open the Preferences menu item and set security there)

How to get the change document Number.

Hi,
We have a scenario where the any customer master changes need to be send to the agent. I thought of using CDHDR,CDPOS.I've checked the FMS CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ and position header FMS too.even for these we need to provide the object class.
But for them we need to have the document number and object class. They can be changed from any transactions. We have many Z transactions through which he can change the customer master data too,but finally master tables only get updated. Is there any FM to find the document numbers.

Hi Bharti,
In such situation, you can create the event based on the CDHDR table entries. In fact, based on the object ID and object class, the recent change document can be picked up. If standard change object does not work, a Z change document can be created. This practice can help in picking the change in selected fields as the master tables can be updated in many fields which are not relevant for the requirement.
