How to create this type of job ?

Hi ,
I need to create a particular job that runs only betwn 7 - 10 am and for every 10th minute i.e 7:10 , 7:20 ... 9:50 etc ..
how can i do that ?

i tried submit the following job to test out but it failed :

end;what the function is doing is to check if the time is now betwn 1pm to 2pm every 10 minutes it will run else next day's 1pm
