  • How to find table having relation between opportunity and activity

    Hi All,
I need to develop an ABAP report where when the user logged in runs the report. The report finds all opportunities to which the logged in user is the sales representative and find out the number of activities attached to the opportunity.
Only completed activities should be counted. Show the count of the activities based on their category.
The output should be in form of an ALV where the columns are:
    1) Sales representative
    2) opportunity number
    3) count of call tasks
    4) count of quote tasks etc.
I need to cross check as to what categories are available to follow up tasks(BUS2000125) to an opportunity(BUS2000111) and based on that add or remove the columns specifying the count.
    Here
    1. How can I find out opportunity data associated to logged in user?
    2. How to get activity data related to opportunity?
    Thanks,

    vc

    Hi Libin,
As for finding your needed idoc.
       1. Choose the transaction WE09 (SAP Menu ® Tools ® IDoc Interface/ALE ® Administration ® Services ® IDoc Search by Contents ® WE09).
       2. Choose the Data Source button to specify whether you want to search for IDocs from the database or the archive (or both) .
       3. If you have set the u201AArchiveu2019 flag, you can select files in the archive information system, or  manually.
Regarding to the steps to trigger an idoc , search SDN. But before that you will need to do ALE settings.

  • How to create Inbound Idoc from XML file-Need help urgently

    Hi,
can any one tell how to create inbound Idoc from XML file.
we have xml file in application server Ex. /usr/INT/SMS/PAYTEXT.xml'  we want to generate inbound idoc from this file.we are successfully able to generate outbound XML file from outbound Idoc by using the XML port. But not able to generate idoc from XML file by using we19 or we16.
Please let me know the process to trigger inbound Idoc with out using  XI and any other components.
    Thanks in advance
    Dora Reddy

Hi .. Did either of you get a result on this?
My question is the same really .. I am testing with WE19 and it seems SAP cannot accept an XML inbound file as standard.
I see lots of mention of using a Function Module.
Am I correct in saying therefore that ABAP development is required to create a program to run the FM and process the idoc?
Or is there something tht can be done with Standard SAP?
    Thanks
    Lee

  • How to import the IDOC into Seeburger BIC mapping designer

    Hi All,
Can u please tell me how to import the IDOC into Seeburger BIC mapping desginer.
I have scenario My scenario is SAP GTS 7.0.....>Seeburger BIS.....>Atlas customs system for Germany
Idoc coming from SAP GTS to Seeburger BIS and then convert to EDIFACT send
    to Atlas systeam.
    Regards,
    Ramesh.

    Hi Ramesh
BIC is a tool from Seeburger to transmit the XML data to EDI and EDI to XML.
Seeburger mapping programs for transferring the XML data to EDI data and EDI data to XML data, but not for the structure changing, in the IR your mapping program is same.
Receiver side you need AS2 Adapter for converting data to EDI target structure. we have many EDI versions are available, for converting the EDI to XML or vice versa AS2 gives some default mapping programs, xml to EDI or EDI to XML convertion done through this mapping programs.
Seeburger AS adapter provider provides some mapping programs(for example EDI4010 version or other), if you are using the same EDI version(4010) then you can use that mapping programs, if the version is different then we can manually generate the Seeburger X2E and E2X mappings for the corresponding version and signal(850 or 810 or ..), for this seeburger provides the mapping designer tool (BIC), there we can develope the X2E and E2X mapping programs and configure this in the Seeburger work bench.
    Regards

  • How to develop Dreameaver CC2014 CEP 5 extensions?

    Hi,
I am reading about the new CEP for CC 2014, and oh it's very exciting. To think that i can write extensions in InDesign and Photoshop using the most up to date HTML5 methods...that's crazy. angular, jQuery...all the goodies.
I'm struggling with understanding how to make this work for DreamWeaver 2014 CEP. seems like anything that i place under %AppData%\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions
does not become visible in DW. what's more, it seems like the customizations available for DW - changing menus, adding items, inspectors, don't have all these gold, still using the old engine.
Anyone can tell how to develop CEP 5 extensions for DW? is html5/node available? where do i place them? can i affect the DW menus/items/inspectors using this method?
    pointers?
    Thanks,
    Gal.

    Hi Preran,
Thanks for the info, however it is not exactly what i am looking for. I would like to know how to develop using CEP5 (with nodeJS and HTML5).
The CS5/CS5.5 help file is very good on extending DW, however it does not refer to the CEP additions...and just placing html5 or node js instructs in the various customization options does not seem to work.
The CC_Extension_SDK provides info on extending via CEP, only it's CEP4. It includes DreamWeaver, however it refers only to flash extensions (when it comes to DW) which are about to be deprecated and in their DW CC method.
The info that i don't have here is how to create extensions in HTML5/NodeJS for Dreamweaver CC 2014. namely - where to place the exertions code (placing in the common CEP does not seem to work). or how does this relate to the move from extensions to add-ons in DW, etc.
    Thanks,
    Gal.

  • How to findout whether IDOC is about to enter XI- Pipeline

    Hi Experts,
Can anyone of you brief me on how to findout whether IDOC is about to enter XI- Pipeline.
In other words, after IDOC enters into XI server. How we will come to know IDOC is entering the XI pipe-line.
Please help in this issue asap.
      Thanks in advance

    Dear All,
For file to idoc scenario is there any possibility to get line items details or xml details i.e the segments and its related field details using reference id, transaction id or interface name or message id in SAP PI 7.0. I know we need to click each and every message in sxi_monitor and look for details.
For SAP(R3 System) I can create a report and set the job for specific time period so automatically it throws the details(like reference no, document date, invoice no from) in ftp path as .csv file. The same ftp path is maintained in program.
I wanted to check FTP--->PI postings and I have set the job at r3 system it is working fine and Im monitoring it too.
Now the end to end scenario is FTP--->PI--->ECC(R3 system). Please help. Many Thanks.

  • How to mark an IDOC for deletion?

    Hello,
How can I mark an IDOC for deletion?
Thank you for sharing your experience.
    Kind regards,
    Linda

    1st way:-
    IDOC Related programs
    1. Archive RSEXARCA and RSEXARCB
    2. Delete RSEXARCD
    3. Read archiveRSEXARCR
    4. Restore RSEXARCL
    2nd way:-
    use FM EDI_DOCUMENT_DELETE .
pass the IDoc Number to it and delete the one which you want.
    3rd way:-
use the tcode WE11 or program RSETESTD to delete an IDOC
but iDocs don't actually get deleted, just flagged with a deleted status (68). Transaction BD87 can do it, it does depend though on the existing Status of the iDoc though.
