How to display the subtotals (BPC NW 7.5)

We are on BPC-NW 7.5
I have to develop a schedule where I have to show totals at each parent node based on what they enter for the base members. (Is it possible to show totals before they save, as they enter data?)
If my dimension is as below
Parent1
 Parent11
 Base111
 Base112
 Parent12
 Base121
 Base122
 Parent13
 Base131
 Base132
My report should look like below when i do a row expansion on Parent1
Base111 --- --- ---
Base112 --- --- ---
Parent11 
Base121 --- --- ---
Base122 --- --- ---
Parent12 
I know when we use AfterRange we can use the EVSUM to get the total when you have a nested expansion on the row.
I am not sure how you do this when you are not doing nested expansion.
One more thing is I need to insert a blank line after each subtotal.
Can someone share their thoughts on how to achieve this?

Hi Shilpa,
You can do one thing for getting a blank space before your parent(Sub-Total), I think you are taking Accounts in Rows
and Time in Col., assuming that go to your account dimension and add a member before your parent member. Example you may
be having members 001,002,003,004 (in your account dimension )etc., if you check your report before Parent/subtotal the member 004 will be displayed, so you add one member 005 description some dot(.) and process the account dimensiont. when you go for reports in BPC Excel, please remove Y from "Surpress" in control panel. So that you will get a blank line before sub-total.
I hope you understand what i mean.

For TOTAL
For the amount field / quantity field in the field catalog give DO_SUM = 'X' for WHOLE total
For SUBTOTAL
For subtotal you will have to create an internal table sort..Let's say you want to do subtotal for each customer..
DATA: lt_sort type SLIS_T_SORTINFO_ALV,
ls_sort type slis_sortinfo_alv.
CLEAR ls_sort.
ls_sort-spos = 1.
ls_sort-fieldname = 'Give the field name that you do the sum'.
ls_sort-up = 'X'.
ls_sort-subtot = 'X'.
APPEND ls_sort TO lt_sort.
fieldcatalog-do_dum = 'X'.
for subtotals
WA_SORT-FIELDNAME = 'ERSDA'.
WA_SORT-SPOS = '2'.
WA_SORT-UP = 'X'.
WA_SORT-SUBTOTAL = 'X'.
APPEND WA_SORT TO IT_SORT.

Hi,
As per the standard SAP, it is not possible to display the subtotal in a different field. The solution is remove the subtotal field from the internal table.
In the slis_t_sortinfo_alv table pass the kunnr field with subtot = 'X'.

Hi,
For doing subtotal calculation in SMARTFORMS, do like this.
Create one "Program Lines" to your main window table row.
Already you are maintaing "Internal table" for you table in main window.
Before that, sort the particular internal table with key fields through which you want to find out the sub total, now within the program lines code, first identify how many quantity and currency fields are there.
Declare respective temporary variables for each and every quantity and currency field.
then write logic like this.
at new matnr.
v_menge = wa_out-menge + v_menge.
v_netwr = wa_out-netwr + v_netwr
end at.
Also dont forget to declare character variables for quantity and currency fields. We cannot directly display them in smartforms. we need to pass them to the respective quantity and currency fields.
After end at statement write like this,
write: / v_menge decimals 2 to v_mengetext,
v_netwr decimals 2 to v_netwrtext.
after this dont forget to clear,
clear: v_menge, v_netwr.
no populate v_mengetext and v_netwrtext in your text elements.

Try this.
1, Set one dynamic parameter,
2, Drag and drop that parameter into your report title.
3, Pass the value(sort value) dynamically from your application,
4, Cheers..
Other wise Try with Dataset, create a dataset and fill thev alue into that.. Then set the data source from CR designer. and darg and drop that data column into the report.

I was able to display the signature on XMLP AP Check Print Report by went through the follwoing Tim's blog http://blogs.oracle.com/xmlpublisher/2006/04/13#a12
But in Purchase Order report requirement is different. We need to display the Buyer's signature on XMLP PO Report. So, where is the best place to store the buyers signatures.(For example if we have 10 buyers with 10 signatures respectively then after approving the PO, we should display that particular buyer's signature in PO XML Publisher report).We observed that in byuers & User's form there is no attachment feature enabled.
This is an urgent requiremnt. Please help/guide/suggest to resolve this issue.

How to display the text as a Bold in the Text Element of a Smart Form

Hi,
I created one Smart Form.
In that i created the Text element.
I provide some data also in that.
It is coming as a MS WORD.
I executed my smart form.
Customer Number: &WA_KNA1-KUNNR&
it display the data of the particular customer.
But i need to display the Customer Number as BOLD or else Increase the Size.
For this also I created one SMARTSTYLE.
In that I created the Paragraph and Character Formats also.
Now i assignee that SMARTSTYLE in the Output Option Tab of the Text Element also.
But i unable to get the CUSTOMER NUMBER in Bold.
In MS WORD we have BOLD button.
I selected the Text and Press the BOLD button. At that time it is Highlighted.
Whenever i press the SAVE Button.
Then it is not saved with BOLD.
It is coming in Normal Format.
In the ECC 6.0. I am unable to get the Text as a BOLD.
This text Element is like a MS WORD.
Can you please tell me how to display the Data with BOLD. please tell me. I am unable to get that one.

Check where u have given BOLD. In character Format or in Paragraph format.
In SMART FORM,
1. Change to OLD EDITOR if u are confused with the new one.
 (This can be done by clicking the button left to new editor ).
2. If it is PARAGRAPH FORMAT,
 Give the name of paragraph format in the editor.
 P1 &WA_KNA1-KUNNR&
 If it is CHARACTER FORMAT,
 <C1> &WA_KNA1-KUNNR&

I have created a new field GDF_9000_CREATED_AT in the normal screen (dynpro), the format is TIMS, however, when there is no value for it, is always display like "00:00:00" on the screen.
