How to display the values from the table in the screen

Hi,
I have created a screen where i will enter the values for the field treshold amount and desc and if i press update button .it will update the new values by overriting the existing values .
Now i have got requirement i need to create a button show which will display the existing value from the table. always there will be only one entry...in this table
Please can one give me idea...to do this
or sample code...thanks in advance

Define a function code 'SHOW' for your button. In your PAI module, when you check for various sy-ucomms, check for 'SHOW' also.
Your code will be like this:
Case sy-ucomm.
when 'SHOW'.
perform show_details.
endcase.
In the perform, you can fetch the data from the table and put it in global variables. In the PBO, move the data from the global variables to the screen fields so that they get displayed on the screen.

Dears,
How can i convert the data from mutiple-table to the other database such as MS-SQL?
I have a third party system based on MS-SQL 2000.
Now we want to make a integration between SAP R/3(Oracle) and SQL server.
When my user releases the purchase order in R/3, the application we coded will convert the releated data to the temp database on the SQL server.
But i don't know which tools will help me reach the purpose. BAPI, LSMW, IDoc... ???
Would anybody tell me which way is better and how to do?

The question to use which method depend on your detail requirements. If you use BAPI, you need to find which Bapi can provide the data you want. Bapi normally use as a function called by external system. So you need to develop an external program like VB/Java to call this Bapi and move it to SQL. LSMW is use when you want to upload data from an external system to SAP. So it does not serve your requirement. Idoc can be use to export data to an external system. Again like Bapi, you need to find what Idoc can provide the data you want. However, it does not any programming from the external system. If I were you, based on your requirements, I think writing an Abap program that read the data you want and download it to NT/SQL server will be faster and easier.

I am using sbRIO 9633. How do you log values from RT target to the computer?
I created a shared variable on the RT target and used them on the log VI created under "My Computer", but I get error.
I get this error..

What are your data rates? If you are producing data "continuously", you might find that Network Streams are easier and more reliable than Network Shared Variables. In any case, you need an "engine" on one side (Host or Target) or the other. I'm streaming 24 channels of 16-bit data from a PXI controller to a PC this way, with three other streams handling two-way messaging and transmission of "occasional" time-stamped data to the PC.

Why do you try to get capacity utilization level from WBPB. Even if there is split in payroll capacity utilizatian level in WPBP shows the value in IT0008 basic pay.
So instead you can get the required information from table PA0008 Field for capacity utilization level is BSGRD

Getting filter condition values from a table within the mapping

I have a table say mytable with columns as name, age and maritalstatus. I have another table paramtable with the following structure parametername, parametervalue. The data in this would be like say
Age >= 24
Maritalstatus F
Now from the table mytable I want to apply a filter which uses the values from the paramtable. Basically the filter condition should be something like
mytable.age >= 24 and maritalstatus = F
Any help on how this can be done within OWB?

Appreciate all the help i can getoption 1. take table 1 and tabl2 into a joiner and apply this filter on the joiner.
2. If table 1 has age and marital status then you can straightaway apply a filter with the condition without using table 2.
if you are always going to link tabl1 and tab2 then perhaps using a joiner is the best way.

i have created a jspx page and manages bean with page flow scope..
in my jspx page i am searching a employee record from the data base . and getting entire employee details including 'status' as a search result.
here i want to pass the value of 'status ' field to the managed bean variable called 'stval'.

As per the details provided in the post above, when the user clicks on the search in the af:query, the results are populated in the table. And you are interested in getting the value of particular column. This could be done by having the custom row selection listener to get the value of the current row (selected row in the table).

Hi Monica,
This would be a tough job if you know the structure of the historical record tables. You need to familiar with all those A tables first. Any changes to one of the record would create a instance of the record before change. AITM is for OITM, AIT1 is for ITM1 etc. Which tables are you looking for?

How to retrieve 2 values from a table in a LOV

I'm pretty new to APEX. I try to retrieve two values from a table using a LOV. I have a table named DEBIT with then columns SITE, NAME and KEY
I want to display NAME to the user in a list. When the user select an item from the list, I want to retrieve the data of the SITE and KEY column of this item in order to launch an SQL command based on this two values.
How to retrieve thes two values whant the user chooses an item from the list ?

From what I understood about your requirement, you want a 'select list with submit' which displays "NAME" and based on the value selected, you want to get the corresponding values for "SITE" and "KEY" from the table.
Step 1: Create a select list with submit, say P1_MYSELECT 
Use something like this in the dynamic list of values for the select list: 
SELECT NAME display_value, NAME return_value
FROM DEBIT 
Step 2: Create a page process of type PL/SQL block. Also create 2 hidden items P1_KEY and P1_SITE. 
In the PL/sQL, write something like:
DECLARE
v_key DEBIT.KEY%TYPE;
v_site DEBIT.SITE%TYPE;
CURSOR v_cur_myvals IS
 SELECT KEY, SITE
 FROM DEBIT
 WHERE NAME = :P1_MYSELECT;
BEGIN
OPEN v_cur_myvals;
LOOP
 FETCH v_cur_myvals
 INTO v_key,v_site;
 EXIT WHEN v_cur_myvals%NOTFOUND;
:P1_KEY := v_key;
:P1_SITE := v_site;
END LOOP;
CLOSE v_cur_myvals;
END; 
Then you can use these values for whatever purpose you need to.

I got sun java studio creator 2(the separate installation not the one in the net beans)....
My question is about displaying data that have been taken from the database.... I know how to display data in a table(just click on the table "bind data" )... but my question is that:
when i want to use a sql statement that taken the data from different table...
how can i display that data in the table(that will be shown in the web) ??? when i click bind data on the table i can only select one table i can't select more than one....
Note:
1) i'm using the rowset for displaying the data in the table, since the sql statement is depending on a condition(i.e. select a from b where c= ? )...
2) i mean by different table is that( i.e. select a from table1,table2 )..

Copying the value from a cell in the SQL results?

I run an sql query. The results are returned in a results window. I would like to copy the value from this cell
and paste it into an sql query. How can I do this? I can copy and paste a value from a cell in the view of the data in
a table, but not from the test results. How do I do this? Is there a setting I need to change?

I usually do this kind of operations and I've never had any issues, the procedure is as simple as CTRL-C in the results grid, with the required column/columns selected and CTRL-V in the worksheet or anywhere else.
