Uploading time excel should open in Client sysetm.
Downloading Time User will select the Excel file from Client system.

Hi,
You cannot just download and upload module pool programs .
There are 2 different ways.
1. Copy all the includes and and create the same in the target system. You can download and upload the the Screen.
But GUI status you have to manually create.
2. If you have completely saved the module-pool program in one Workbench request(including Z tables u have used) in the original system ,just release the workbench request and copy the data file and co file and upload to the target system ( use CG3Y & CG3Z).
If the workbench is a Local Request save it in a Transport of copies and then move.

No need to record again. You can save the recording session by generating the program in transaction SHDB. Then you can download the BDC program and upload to another SAP client using transaction SE38.

How to download and upload SPRO configuration to and from local disk?

I'm very new to SAP. Recently we had a problem while refreshing our QNA system from PRD. I knew there are some configurations, which do not have a transport and thus configured directly in QNA. These changes were not noted by mistake and after the refresh from PRD, we have lost these configurations.
Is there any way we can save the SPRO configurations to local disk and upload them again? Are there any custom programs available? Please advice?

The trouble with these kind of situations is that an applet runs on the client. If you want an applet to connect to a specific server (which means the client makes a connection to that server), you basically have to give the entire world access rights to that server. I don't think your friendly local administrator will be too happy with such a prospect.
What you could do is put a man in the middle. Don't upload to the file server directly, but to for example the web server where the applet was downloaded from, for example by making a servlet available that takes a HTTP file upload. When that upload is complete, send the file from your man in the middle server to the file server using whatever method you like/have available/know how to code. In this situation only your web server needs access to the file server, which is far easier to secure.

I do not have a sample flow... but if you refer to the samples where these web services are used then you'd be able to translate those code samples into BizTalk flows.. For e.g.:

call.
When dealing with lists, you will need the GUID of the list so you need to do a GetLists call first and then get the GUID for your specific list from that. You will also encounter CAML which is what is used to query and get List Data.

Download and upload variants from PRD to DEV

Unfortunately, most of the variants are being created directly in production system, but not in development. We would like to stop this process further more.
In future, we would like to follow the process from DEV & transport to QAS and PRD.
To match the variants of PRD and DEV, I would like to download the variants from PRD to DEV.
How can I download the variants from one system and upload to the other system.

1. You can include the variants into a transport request in se38.
SE38--> Variants --> Utilities --> Transport request
2. When you create your program use can use TVARV table for variants, and parameters. You can maintain it with STVARV transaction also. So if you create your program using TVARV in your program, then you can include the changes of the variables into a transport request (there is an option to do it in transaction STVARV).
If you use tvarv table, then you have to take care of when you saving a variant:

I think there is no other standard way to transport the variants from one system to another.

How can I read in columns of data from Excel into a TestStand array and write columns of data to Excel from TestStand without using LabVIEW VIs?
I don't think the Property Loader custom step type in TestStand will work because the data I would like to read in from Excel is in a column that is thousands of rows long and the data has to be in the proper format to use the Property Loader to load in an array from Excel.

That example does not use LabVIEW and it does about 40% of what you need to do by calling Excel through ActiveX. If you don't know how to use Excel through ActiveX then you'll need to brush up on that.
