How to exclude sales office for combination sales order type/division?

I would appreciate if you could advise: How to exclude sales office for combination sales order type/division in ECC 6.0 ?

Standard SAP functionality would not be able to cater to this. Ideally create a Z table with sales order type and sales office combination. Put in entries for combinations that are allowed. In Sales order program MV45AFZZ use the exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK. In this exit write down the logic passing the sales office determined and the order type and check if the entry is there or not. If the entry is there then it should go on to the next step. If it does not then pass an error message. You need to use the help of your ABAP er for this.

  • Not reflecting the sales offices for top down manual planning hierarchy

    Please help me on this issue.
    I hava an Hierarchy like from District to Offices
    for eg: for district-                'ZBHDEL' I have salesoffice like 100, 101, 102, 103,105.
    like wise for other district          'zbhyd' i have salesoffices like 200, 201, 202.
    I have created the Mannual layout with Hierachy datamodel with BPS characteristics, TOP-DOWN, AND enabled check entry.
    In the additional setting i have select All Possible combinations.
    District at Headerlevl, along with Product and Division
    and selected salesoffice at Leadcoloumn.
    My Planning levell and package contains : for sales office slected Hierarchy at planning level. 
    BRAND
    Base Unit
    Company code
    Country
    Currency
    Division
    Fiscal year/period
    Fiscal Year Variant
    PRODUCT
    SIZE
    Sales District
    Sales Office
    Segment
    Version   
    *The Prolem is when i input some plan for a district ZBHDEL from the other layout, WHEN I RUN THE sALES OFFICE hIERARCHY
    Mannual Layout its not reflecting the sales office where i have to plan for the salesoffices by seeing the values
    of planned District.
    where as for one district i can able to see the sales offices. even i have maintained the masterdata at Infoobject level.
    Can anybody please help me out.

    Create hierarchy for sales district info-object in following way.
    Sales District         Text Node                          Level 1
    Sales Distirct         Characteristics Node         Level 2         
                                  value 1 = ZBHDEL
                                  value 2 = ZBHYD
    sales Office          Characteristics Node         Level 3
                                  values will be according to district (include diff sales offices for diff districts in level 2)
    restrict district to this hierarchy in planning level and plan according by both approaches (create 2 seperate layouts):
    Top down  - to plan at main node i.e. sales district
    bottom up - to plan at sub node  i.e. sales office

    A variant is simply an SAP report where the parameters for running the report have been set by the user and then saved with unique name. This allows future retrieval and execution of the report faster without reentering the parameters. As a convention the variant name should start with with the digits 50 so searchs for LHU variants is easier and quicker.

  • Sales office for an employee is displayed wrong for an activity.

    Hello,
    I am facing problem in Activity Moniter.
      An activity is maintained in the Tcode CRM_BUS2000126.So while monitering that activity through Activity moniter ,the Sales office for that particular employee is shown wrong and this sales office is not at all needed .
    So can i delete it.
    If I delete it will there be any problem .
    OR
    where can I make changes for Sales office if the sales of is wrong.
    Hint:In our Org structure the one userid is assigned to more than 2 Sales office.
    So please say whether this may be the problem or not.

    As said in the preceding reply, if the status of the document is in simulation then you can delete else if it has been created, then document reversal needs to be done by selecting that particular document ID.

    We have a scenario where we need to Assign single sales office to multiple sales organizations in CRM. When i am trying to assign sales office to more than one sales organization 1st assignment between Sales office and Sales Org is getting deleted, and only the 2nd assignment is available.

    1. There are 2 version in CRM Org Model.
    a) SBIV (Standard Backend Integration Version)
    b) EBIV (Enhanced Backend Integration Version)
    2. EBIV is used to handle multiple assignments in CRM system.
    3. As you know we have 3 Org Units as far as Sales is concerned i.e. Sales Org, Sales Office, Sales Group.
    4. In R/3 there is a standard way to maintain multiple assignments among these org units.
    Ex: Sales Group 'X' works (assigned) for 2 Sales Offices 'North' and 'South' simultaneously.
    5. But in CRM this assignment is not as common as in R/3 and is not supported thru SBIV.
    6. If you would like to have these multiple assignments made in R/3 available in CRM as well you may want to go thru EBIV.
    7. Once you run EBIV you cannot go back to SBIV.
    8. In EBIV divisions and distribution channels can only be assigned to sales units (sales organizations, sales offices, and sales groups). If they are assigned to any other neutral Org Units (Org Units without any Org Attributes), those assignments would be deleted once you shift from SBIV to EBIV.

    You have four options that I know of.
    1) Use an external DVD drive that will work on the MBA. (Apple's external Superdrive for MBA)

    3) Download Office from Microsoft's website, and then use only the registration code that came with your DVD purchase to authorize the registration.
    4) Copy the contents of the Office DVD to a USB flash drive, using another computer. Then install from that flash drive.
    Maybe someone else has an idea, if none of the above will woek for you.

    Say for example :
    I am maintaining two sales order types respectively A and B. I want to newly add texts at header level and also at item level.
    I found that header level we can maintain Based on Sales order types ( Like A, B etc) and successfully completed the task.
    Now come to item level, text procedure assignment is based on "item category", and also i have maintained TAN item category for both order types, at the same time i want to make this new item level text only for Order type A and not B.

    As you planning for Stock Items, by running MRP, system will create single PR only. If it is non stock items, then it would be possible to create different PR based on Orders.

    I am an ABAper working on PO creation with respect to PR( PR with account assignment N)  for Z order type . The requirement includes to update item category of PO with B , But for this Z order type both PO transaction Create/Change(ME21/ME22) the field item category has been greyed out ( Non editable). I checked the SPRO setting for this order type ( SPRO-MM->Purchasing-PO->Define Screenlayout at document level .The field item category has been made as optional.
    Please let me know why this field ( item category still showing in display mode) and How to make it as editable .I need it as editable in ME22 to implement the new requirement of updating that field with item ategory B.

    Hi All,
    Since I was creating a PO with respect to PR - after running through all the screens the item category field was becoming non editable, But during the create in one of screen the field item category was still editable, so I updated the item category with B during the create and created the PO, I have used BDC to do the same and its working fine.     However, both options you mentioned talk about standard po. Is the difference in how they are generated? (One is manual and the other is autocreated?)
