How to find out the tablename and column name

Hi,
I have inserted a value (say 'I am here') in a table. but i don't know which is getting inserted this value.
Now i want to know which table and colums has this value (I am here). How to find out as without knowing the table name.
Is there any option to get the tablename and colum??.
Please help me.

Thanks for your support. From your code i got the filename(embedded) with pathname(if the embedded image in that location). If the embedded image not in that location at that time it throws error message. Is it possible to find out the name of the embedded image, if the corresponding image not in that location. Hi Sudheer,
On a Windows Operating Systems you can check the “Programs and Features” in control panel.You can see a list of both the Name and Version number of SAP BusinessObjects that is installed.
option 2:
Open CMC go to Settings. In the properties, you will find the Product Version.

I installed an Oracle application server a long long while ago and completely forgot the things about the installation, including the name of the instance (I installed single instance, not cluster). Now I am trying to create a connection to the application server and I am prompted to fill in the instance name. Where in the installation can I find out the instance name?
The version of the server as displayed when the server is started:
$ ./oc4j -start
Starting OC4J from /oraInventory/j2ee/home ...
09/10/08 16:04:39 Oracle Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.3.2.0) initializedThis 10.1.3.2.0 number is somewhat confusing. As I understand it, right now if you download a copy of the Application server from Oracle web site, the current version is 10.1.3.1.0.
I am also reading the installation guide now and when looking at the server starting messages on the screen, I realize that installing the server in the oraInventory directory is not quite right. Does that interfere with the correct functioning of the server? I installed it but have never tried to use it until now.

Regarding the version numbers, this fourth digit refers to the Component-specific release number. The OAS documentation says this about it.

NewmanI think Oracle software should always be installed in a separate directory. I think it may also generate errors in its functioning but it will certainly create a whole lot confusion and mess in later administration and configurations.

How to find out the primary key column of a database table?

Given the following scenario :
Given an inputfield, the user can enter a table name. The code behind will base on the table name given and extract out the fieldname of the primary key and concatenate the two field to become a unique string.
Eg. Order ID and Product ID make out a primary key.
How do i achieve that? Any code sample?

Requirement : Need to find out the latest record in per_all_people_f and per_all_assignments_f to update the attribute column with pre defined value . Its not possible to track only with person_id / assignment_id and effective end date

Hi,
Let your table control name in Screen painter be TC1.
READ TABLE TC1-COLS INTO WA_COLS (some wok area)
             WITH KEY SELECTED = 'X'.
        IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
          CLEAR: W_DUMMY, W_COL_NAME.
          SPLIT WA_COLS-SCREEN-NAME AT '-' INTO W_DUMMY
                                               W_COL_NAME.
        endif.
W_COL_NAME gives you the column name.

                  I want to know ,how to find out the target component and target view in WEB UI,when i click on a field which shows as a hyper link in WEB UI .At GUI level ,i know the how it will work.Any way to find out the component name and view name which is show the details of that field at GUI level .IF you go to transaction CRMD_ORDER then open the service contract id .then goto the item level value .there is 1 service data tab is available at item level.there is two button is available.first one is available time and second one is response time .if i click on any button then one popup is open which is shows the details of that button.I dont know how to find out the component name and view name from GUI level.

             The control would be something like this for navigation in Get_p_xxx method u mention as link and u mention a event name which gets triggered on the click of this hyperlink. So your GET_P_XXX method would have the following code:
CASE iv_property.
    WHEN if_bsp_wd_model_setter_getter=>fp_fieldtype.
      rv_value = cl_bsp_dlc_view_descriptor=>field_type_event_link.
    WHEN if_bsp_wd_model_setter_getter=>fp_onclick.
      rv_value = 'EXAMPLE'.
Now you have to create a method as EH_ONEXAMPLE at your IMPL class and within which you would give an outbound plug method. Within the outbound plug the target data would be filled in the collection and window outbound plug would be triggered.
This is a huge topic and i have just mentioned you basic things.

you can get the Minipack version of the products by querying fnd_product_installations or ad_patchdriver_minipks, for family packs you need to query through Metalink, OR if you have u driver file which resides on $AY_TOP/discoverer, looks for the minipacks/familypack version in the driver file.

I have a 32 bit 8 channel PXI-6602 counter module. PXI card is interfaced to PC with MXI-4 link. How can i find out the resolution and accuracy of this system.What is the maximum accuracy and resolution i will get from this system. Were you referring to the accuracy of the count register or the timing clock?
PXI-6602 specifications can be found in the NI 660x Specifications. The resolution of the count register is, as you’ve noted, 32 bits. This corresponds to a maximum count value of 4,294,967,295. As long as all of the edges are in accordance with TTL specifications, the accuracy of the count register is 100%.
On the other hand, the PXI-6602 baseclock accuracy takes on the baseclock accuracy of the PXI CLK 10 signal. Again, this is all found in the specifications.
You may also want to check out the NI 660x User Manual – it contains a lot of details on the operation of these counter/timer devices.
