How to Flatten/Print to PDF Multiple PDF Forms at Once?

Hi all! I receive multiple PDF forms per day. I file these forms electronically by using "print to Adobe PDF" (which flattens all the form fields). Is there a way to "print to Adobe PDF" multiple files at one? OR is there some other way to flatten form fields on multiple files at once? If I "combine supported files in Acrobat" the answers in the form fields of the first file auto-populate through all the other form fields in the additional files I combine.
I'm on a PC.

There are much better ways of flattening a form than by printing it via the PDF printer. This utility for example can help you with that task:

If you have Acrobat Pro then you can use a simple Action to flatten multiple files. Just have it execute the following JavaScript code:

Sorry this is not supported at this time. You can only download the responses as PDF one at a time.
You can export the response table and print the whole table but if you want to print each response individually you have to do it manually. Sorry.

A variable in SAPscript is called a symbol. There are the following types.
System symbol (e.g. the number of the current page)
Standard symbol (usable in any document)
Program symbol (value from the print program)
Text symbol (local variable)

The value of a standard symbol has to be defined for each language used. This gives a way to make a single SAPscript form multi-lingual.
We can take advantage to an extent of the central maintenance, though there is no guarantee that the available standard symbols will used in every appropriate context.
Standard symbols complicate searching a SAPscript form, since text like Charity registration 211581 may be hiding in a standard symbol.
Text symbols
A text symbol is declared and assigned to within the SAPscript code, and so obviously applies only to the current document. The command DEFINE is used, requiring /: in the tag column, as in the following examples.
/: DEFINE &COMP_NAME& = University of Warwick
/: DEFINE &WS_RATE& = &TAX_SUMM_C&

How to make single file from multiple PDF image?

Hi, it's my first question in SCN.
I promise my efforts for developing this site.
Lately, I made multiple PDF image by function 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'.(each spool ID)
And I wanna make single .PDF file by merging these image in server directory(not local PC).
So I tried it following.
1. Each internal table resulted from CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF append one internal table.
   BL_PDF + MF_PDF → PDF
2. Excute following command.
OPEN DATASET P_FILE FOR OUTPUT MESSAGE LV_MSG IN BINARY MODE.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
    LOOP AT PDF.
      MOVE PDF TO FIELD.
      TRANSFER FIELD TO P_FILE.
      CLEAR PDF.
    ENDLOOP.
    CLOSE DATASET P_FILE.
ENDIF.
But files was not merged, only last image was made as .PDF file instead.
How can I do it?

Instead of preparing PDF multiple times, you can combine all the OTF data and then finally convert it into PDF. For saving the PDF onto application server, you can refer following report.

How do you print an email to PDF now?

Before the wonderous iOS 5 came out I used Save2PDF to print my emails to PDF.
Now that I upgraded to iPad2 I found Apple has taken that away.
Has anyone managed to print an email to PDF without going outside the iPad?
I don't know about anyone else but I'm pretty angry about this. This is the first time ever that I've thought about Jail Breaking or moving to a differnet platform. I've sent Apple feedback about it but I know it'll fall on deaf ears.

At first read I'm thinking "What, there's a print to PDF option in the Mail app?", which I figured I must have as I'm still running 4.3 on my iPad. But, of course, no .... Not anywhere I could find.
Then, on a more careful reading, I did figure out that
A. You were actually talking an app to do that, and
B. That it no longer worked now that you'd upgraded to iOS 5.
The part I still don't get is that you're mad at Apple about this. Is it your opinion that the cart should actually be put before the horse, that no changes to an OS be made unless and until they somehow ensure that every app developed by every TD&H out there at any time will work on our new offering? Seriously?
The App Store has been inundated with updates ever since iOS 5 came out as developers changed their product to either take advantage of new capabilities or, in some cases, to run at all. Perhaps you should redirect your displeasure to the folks who are actually supposed to do something about it.

2. Setup Print Server on all the machines.

The steps you have mentioned is correct.
When you set up the print service ,you will define the URL for Financial Reporting web application server in the .properties file and this will get registered in the HSS registry(This is the step where you run the FRprintserversetup.cmd).So when you run the setup from each print server there will entries created for the same in HSS registry.Then there will internal logic which will work on which server should take which process.

Basic, basic question - how to order prints from more than one album at onc

I am having two problems with iphoto - I would be most grateful for any help. First, when I go to upload my photos to a web-based printing company (like shutterfly or snapfish), and I click on the vendor's "browse" photos to find the album to upload, the way the photos come up does not correspond to my album titles in iphoto, so I can't find them. I have my photos sorted in labeled albums, and would like to upload them as such, but when I click on iphoto library, it brings up all kinds of other files that don't correspond to my current file labels. Can anyone help?
Equally irritating, when I use apple's "order print" features, it only lets me order from one album at a time. I'd like to order from multiple albums all at once, without paying shipping for each one. Any ideas? Again, most grateful for any advice.

Problem 1: Export the photos you want printed from iPhoto to a folder on the desktop. Use the printer's browser to navigate to that folder and upload them to the printing company from it. After uploading them, trash the folder that contains the exported copies. The pictures are still safe in your iPhoto library.
Problem 2: Create a new album and place all the pictures you want printed in it. (A photo can appear in any number of albums, so doing this won't remove any of the pictures from the other albums they're already in.) Then order that album printed. Delete the album after ordering, if you wish — the pictures will remain in whatever other albums you've placed them in.

1) create a new form, copy all the pages from your source pdfs into this one, use scripting to control the page appearance

How to properly print comments in a PDF Booklet

I am printing a PDF booklet. I am printing on 11 X17, and I am trying to print the comments on a separate page with lines. I can select this, and then press Summarize Comments. But here is where my problem lies. How do I not print comments from the first page, or how can I make sure the comments are all on the left side when I open each page in my booklet. Right now, each page of comments is on the backside of the page it is referring to. I'm assuming the issue is because clearly the cover page doesn't have a left side, so it is forced to do the following page, and so on and so forth. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I would recommend you to try again, here are the steps :
Open the document saved on the cloud on your mac
Make the desired comments
Click on 'Save to adobe Document Cloud'
Reopen that file(cloud version) on the mac and confirm if changes are saved.
Open the file on your ipad device and the changes in the pdf should be reflected on your ipad device too.
Do let me know if the issue persists. Moreover i would recommend you to turn on the Mobile Link on both your devices (mac and ipad).

I guess this is not possible to do by just showing JavaScript. You can show these things in a JavaScript debugger always but while printing seems not possible. How about making a hidden Text/TextField and put some conditions/directions on how the fields should be filled up and making this Text/TextField visible at the time of printing? Because if someone does not know JavaScript and he needs to access it he will be confused. Makes sense??
