How to get 3 line items of service tax into 1 line item?

Hi All,
I have a requirement in Service Tax calculation. As of now when an user post any Vendor invoice in Service tax it is posting 3 line items, i.e. Service tax, Edu cess and Higher Edu cess. But user want to post all 3 line item should come as 1 line item. Even I tried for changing GL Accounts in OB40 then it is posting to same GL account but 3 different line items. Can any give their inputs.

Hello,
tell the user if you make three line items into one then you will be running from pillar to post segregating the Basic Tax, Edu Cess & H Edu Cess at the time of monthly reporting to statutory authorities. Pls ask the user to show you the service tax reporting format, you will understand.
Pls explain user the advantage of having three separate line items so that user is able to appreciate working in SAP.
Otherwise, in OBQ3 (Tax Procedure) you can remove the settings of condition types for ECess & HEcess and also delete the tax % maintained in FV11. The service tax will work only with one condition types where you maintain the entire 12.36% which according to me is little incorrect. Pls take a call accordingly

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to get the full path of a document in a list workflow.
You can set the variable to the Enconded Absolute URL of the document. The screenshot is my testing. In my testing (in the red area), when the title of a document was equal to the tile of the current item, set a variable to the Enconded Absolute URL of the
document. I used ‘Log to history list’ to check the value of the variable in Workflow History .

NEWB HELP! How do I write Formula for Sales Tax and Gratuity items

Sorry for the bonehead question, but I'm not much good with spreadsheets and we're trying to find out if we can afford to get MARRIED. In numbers '08, I'm using the "new from template chooser" item called "event planner".
So far, it's adapting nicely to our needs, BUT some items incur sales tax, others do not. Some items involve a gratuity, others do not.
I understand the idea of adding an E column with the basic formula =D*7.25% or an F column with =D*20%
but that would add tax to EVERYTHING - question is this
If I add two columns of checkboxes, one for YES TAX, one for YES GRATUITY
how would I write the formula to say "If E is checked, then multiply D by 7.25%; if F is checked, then multiply D by 20%; add these two numbers together and put them in column G; if neither box is checked, put the value of D into G"
then I could SUM column G (???)

This formula will work (long form):

and can be simplified to:
=IF(AND(B2=TRUE,C2=TRUE),1.275A2,IF(B2=TRUE,1.0725*A2,IF(C2=TRUE,1.2A2,A2)))
I would point out, however, that tax rates and tip amounts tend to change. So instead of putting constant values in the formula, you may wish to replace them with cell references to the tax and tip rate values. Then should these values change, you need to change them in only one place rather than all your formulas.

Sorry, I am not able to understand the application you were developing exactly. From the orgnal post, you were developing an application level add-in, however based on the description above, it seems that you were building an console or Windows form application
to automate Office application.
If you were developing Office automation, the host item can't work for this secnario since it should run under the VSTO runtime.

Select radio button as Net amount instead of gross amount in mentioned customization.
SPRO > Financial accouting New > Withholding tax > Extended withholdign tax > Calcualtion > Withholding tax type > Define withholding tax type for invoice. Double click on relavent TDS type & change gross as net and check impact,which we are using since notification annouced by Income tax department.

I try it.The IFontNames interface's "FontsSupplied" Function can't got the name of fonts from PDF file. This PDF file was created by InDesign.
If the PDF file had be created by Adobe Acrobat and some fonts had be embedded,the "FontsSupplied" Function would have gotten the name of fonts.

How do I insert 'purecssmenu' made nav bar into dreamweaver? I have a zip file with just the interactive nav bar in it. There used to be an insert nav bar but that seems to have vanished in cs6 presumably because Adobe want you to use Spry!!!

I try to use SAPbouiCOM.BusinessObjectInfo.objectKey as in this code.

But this fields doesn't valid under this condition (form DI help file).
- The property returns an empty value in the before notification of the Load action (et_FORM_DATA_LOAD) triggered by a Find operation.
How can I get this value(key)?

I can't do a calculation after data is loaded because what I'm going to do is that if the opening entry match my condition , the system will not let that user see that entry (bubbleEvent = False).
I think when formDataEvent is triggered B1 know which entry are going to load because before this event is triggered we did one of following ways
1. choose from "choose from list windows"
2. enter docEntry or itemCode or cardCode and then press Find Button
3. press "next/previous record button"
4. press linked button (orange arrow)
Choice 3 and 4 can be done by retrieve data from BusinessObjectInfo.objectKey (I've tested and it return entry key that is going to open correctly).
but 1 and 2 can't (it return empty as I mention before).
