  • How to get Query response Time?

II am on BI 7.0. I ran some queries using RSRT command. I want to find how much time the queries took.
    I went to
st03 -> expert mode -> BI system load-> select today / week/month according to the query runtime day
I do not see any Info Providers. Query was on a cube so why no Info Providers.
Does something have to turned on InfoPorvider to show.
When I look  in RSDDSTAT_OLAP table, I do see many rows but cannot make any sense. Is there some documentation on how to get total  query time from this table?
Is there any other way to get query response time?
    Thanks a lot.

    HI,
why not use RSRT ? You can add database statistics option in "Execut & Debug" and you get all the runtime metrics of your query
In transaction RSRT, enter the query name and press u2018Execute +Debugu2019.
    Selecting u2018Display Statistics Datau2019 .
After executing the query will return a list of the measured metrics.
The event id / text describes the steps  (duration in seconds):
"OLAP: Read data" gives the SQL statements repsonse time (ok - because the SAP
application server acts as an Oracle client a little network traffic from the db server is included,
but as far as you not transferring zillions of rows it can be ignored)
But it gives you much more (i.e. if the OLAP cache gets used or not )...
In the "Aggreagate statistcs" you get all the infoproviders involved in that query.
    bye

  • How to get calendar travel time (set up in Mavericks) to show on iOS 7 calendar?

I was wondering how to get calendar travel time (set up in Mavericks) to show on iOS 7 calendar? If I change a location in mavericaks it is updated in my iOS 7 calendar, but if I add travel time to an appointment, that does not show up on my iphone. This seems like a big miss for apple if this is the case. I could maybe understand not adding the ability to add travel time in iOS 7, but not being able to see the travel times you set up seems very incomplete. Any ideas or insight?

    Hello Cheer,
I don't believe the table changed when migrating from Access.  I had two tables before the migration, one was for the SwitchBoard Manager and the other table was for the database table.  I used the Switchboard to navigate to different menus, such
as the Main Form, Power Form, Server Form, etc.  Let me know if I can provide any other information to help you narrow this down for me.
    Thank you for your assistance.

There is quite a bit of data that is stored in the System Properties. Run this little test app and it'll display all of the System Properties, what you are looking for may be contained in there:
    public class Test {
        public static void main(String[] args) {
            System.getProperties().list(System.out);

How to get the end time of an Interface?

    Hi,
As per your reuirement. I will suggest to use IKM SQL to SQL append. and Before Insert statement in IKM u need to add one more step i.e update. Your update should be like this
    command on sourse.
    <%for (int i=0; i < odiRef.getDataSetCount(); i++){%>
    <%=odiRef.getDataSet(i, "Operator")%>
    select      <%=odiRef.getPop("DISTINCT_ROWS")%>

    from     <%=odiRef.getFrom(i)%>
    where     <% if (odiRef.getDataSet(i, "HAS_JRN").equals("1")) { %>
         JRN_FLAG <> 'D'
         <%} else {%>
         (1=1)
         <% } %>
    <%=odiRef.getJoin(i)%>
    <%=odiRef.getFilter(i)%>
    <%=odiRef.getJrnFilter(i)%>
    <%=odiRef.getGrpBy(i)%>
    <%=odiRef.getHaving(i)%>
    <%}%>
    Command on target..
    UPDATE <%=odiRef.getTable("L", "TARG_NAME", "A")%> T

    where (<%=odiRef.getColList("","T.[COL_NAME]", ", ", "", "UK")%>)
    in(<%=snpRef.getColList("", ":[CX_COL_NAME]", ", ", "", "UK")%>) and <%=odiRef.getColList("", "T.[COL_NAME]", ",\n\t", "", "(UD2)")%> <> 'N'
    check UD1 and UD2 columns.

  • Function Module for getting the System time.

    Hello All,
Which is the Function Module used in APO to get the system time?
Thanks for your response in advance.
    Regards, Chirag

    Hi Chirag,
Please try the following function modules
    1) /SAPAPO/CRES_GET_TIMESTREAM_BT
    2) /SAPAPO/OM_TIME_GET
The field name for system time is UZEIT under
    structure SYST
    Also try
    3) CALENDAR_GET_TIMESTAMP
    4) SAL_CSM_RECEIVER
I guess the third one will have your required data

  • When plugging in an iPad in Apple Configurator, it is not being read under USB Connected so I can't update it.  Any ideas on how to get the system to read the iPad?

When plugging in an iPad in Apple Configurator, it is not being read under USB Connected so I can't update it.  The iPhoto window opens up and reads the photos on the iPad, so it is connecting to the computer.  Earlier today I wasn't having any problems.  I have shut down the iPad and the computer and started over, but that didn't help.  Any ideas on how to get the system to read the iPad so I can update the apps on it?

Hi, is the problem just to update your apps on your iPad? Here is what you should check. Is the iTunes on your computer updated to the latest version? Does your iPad needs to be updated? Do you have enough storage on your iPad to do the update? On your device is your iCloud back up checked?
Go to Settings - iCloud - Backup/Storage - see if its checked, and try unchecking it before connecting it to the computer.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

  • I need to get the system time in Micro second

    Hi,
In the java API there is a static method curentTimeMillis, but I need
to get the system time in Micro second there is a equivalent method? Or
    there exists any suggested solution?
    Thanks
    Dany

Why do you need such accurate timing ?
I'd be suprised if anyone seriously relies on millisecond timing in
Java, never mind calling through to JNI to get microsecond timing.
If that's even possible in native code.
The garbage collector can cause delays/pauses in a java program and
throw timings off by at least 500 milliseconds, probably more under big loads.
If you just want a more accuruate way to reset a random seed, there's probably other ways...
    regards,
    Owen

  • To get the system time in milliseconds

i want to get the system time in milliseconds
eventhough the MLS(milliseconds) is given in the select statement as follows,
    sql>select to_char(sysdate,'MON:DD:YYYY.HH:HH:MI:SS:MLS') "NOW" from dual;
    does not seem to work.
    it throws the error that
    ORA-01821: date format not recognized
    please give a solution
    thanks in advance

    Hi,
Yes, any of Oracle tools could not provide the milliseconds.
Then why cant not use external procedures (RPC) and get a time string from OS.
    These are steps:
    1. Create a C shared library.
(Some times U have to go for OCI programs.)
Milliseconds provision is there in C. ( use tm struct). Make a string as ur format by using any string functions in C or sprintf(). By using return, return this string.
Here error may come, if u are using pure C. Better to go for OCI call back methods.
    2. Create oracle library and attach this shared libary with it.
    3. Create external procedure/function and connect this.
If u want code, I can post it here.

  • How to get window system user?

    Hi,
How to get window system user use PL/SQL(form develope6i)?

If you don't use Oracle database then you will have to do one of two things:
    (1) Now I'm back in the office I can check D2KWUTIL. The version I have comes with Forms6.0, so it is somewhat out of date, but it has a method called WIN_API_ENVIRONMENT.Get_Windows_Username - which works for NT/95 only, although I'm sure a later version will support more recent OS.
    (2) If that's no good then you'll have to use whatever facilities your database offers: I only know Oracle.
I also repeat my suggestion that you try the Forms forum for additional help. This is the Database forum and so is focused on serverside Oracle PL/SQL. For your needs the Developer Suite forums are better.
