How to cast an Object into a specific type (Integer/String) at runtime, where type is not known at compile time.
Example:
public class TestCode {

          //Performing some stuff

Description:
In example, func1() will be called first which will return an object. Returned object refer to an Integer object or an String object. Now at run time, I want to cast this object to the class its referring to (Integer or String).
For e.g., if returned object is referring to Integer then cast that object into Integer and call func2() by passing Integer object.

There is only one way to have an object of an unknown type at compile time. That is to create the object's class at runtime using a classloader. Typically a URLClassloader.

I wanted to know how is the data inserted into JTF_RS_SALESREPS.When we import the resources from CRM Foundation responsibilty the data will be inserted into jtf_rs_resource_extns.I think we need to run a concurrent program to transfer data from jtf_rs_resource_extns to JTF_RS_SALESREPS.
Which Concurrent program should be run?

How grant all the privilege of a specific schema to a user?
I already create a new schema and import the neccessary data for that schema.
Now I want to assign all the privilege for that schema to user HR (let user HR become the owner of that schema). How to deal with it?

but perhaps that is just semantics in the context of what you really want.

How to get mail address into a specific address group folder

I need to be able to copy an email address from Mail and when saving it into Address Book, have it automatically go into a specific folder.
Seems pretty obvious but I'm not seeing how to do this.
Or is my only option to save to Address Book then manually drag the address into the intended folder?

Mail will only add an address to the main Address Book list. You could write an Applescript to perform the operation or possibly an Automator script.

The Piecewise linear source (PWL) accepts data as voltage or current vs. time. You can find this part by selecting Place>>Component, go to the "Sources" group then select "Signal voltage sources". Place this part on the work area, double-click on it and there should be an option to open a .txt file.

iam reading date from xml using vb.net and inserting it into oracle table.
the date value in xml file is in the format of "01012003".
i want to insert into oracle table.but iam getting an error "ORA-1843: not a valid month".
how to solve this problem.
Any suggestions or examples...

That's not a date. It's just a string. Convert it to a date using,
DateTime d = DateTime.ParseExact("01022003", "MMddyyyy", null);
or
Dim d As DateTime = DateTime.ParseExact("01022003", "MMddyyyy", Nothing)
and then bind it to a parameter. ODP.NET will take it from there.
You should never be hard-coding the date literal into your SQL query.

One more issue, when i am fetching the data from sap table,but the date display with time and time zone.

How can I import photos into a specific album?

Wow, I have been using Applescript for 15 years but I can't get this to work. I just want to make a script that brings a JPG image into iPhoto '09 into a specific album, but it seems set against letting me, and I can't find specific examples of what I'm trying to do so far.

This doesn't give an error and it makes the album, but nothing else. Nothing is imported into iPhoto.
Eventually I want to add a title and keyword data to that picture also using Applescript (hopefully not UI scripting), but since I can't get the barest basics of importing to work properly, I thought I'd see if anyone here could help.

I’ve never seens an AS that can do this. Hazel can and it might be worth examining it to see what you can learn.
Automator can do this too, but there’s no way in that to add keywords or titles in that - though it is possible with Aperture and Automator.
Given that we can go months on here without mention of AppleScript I wouldn’t be surprised if you get a better response on the AppleScript forum.

I am fresher to Xcelsius. I need to know how to drill the date column into month, then further drilling down month to day.
I have 2 columns
Date                       Revenue
1/1/2010                 452553
2/2/2011                  97992
3/5/2011                  23526
4/3/2011                 63563
If i click " 1/1/2011" date column, i need to see the corresponding month data in seperate chart( i need to get the detailed data).
I need to know how the datas should be arranged in excel.

To filter out date, you can use calendar component in Xcelsius. This article explains how to use the calendar component in an interactive way.

See, by default a request that has been loaded to a cube will be available for reporting. Bow if you have an aggregate, the system needs this new request to be rolled up to the aggregate as well, before it is available for reporting...reason? Becasue we just write queries for the cube, and not for the aggregate, so you only know if a query will hit a particular aggregate at its runtime. Which means that if a query gets data from the aggregate or the cube, it should ultimately get the same data in both the cases. Now if a request is added to the cube, but not to the aggregate, then there will be different data in both these objects. The system takes the safer route of not making the 'unrolled' up data visible at all, rather than having inconsistent data.

I am trying to filter the amount of data loaded into my dimensions in AWM (e.g., I only want to load like 1-2 years worth of data for development purposes). I can't seem to find a place in AWM where you can specify a WHERE clause...is there something else I must do to filter data?

Which release of Oracle OLAP are you using? 10g? 11g?
You can use database views to filter your dimension and cube data and then map these in AWM
