    I am importing opening balances for Customers via DTW.  My client wants to import all the open Invoices at their original amount, and then import the incoming payments against them to have them net out to the correct remaining balance.  I already know how to import the invoices.  I'm looking at using the PaymentDrafts template in DTW for the Incoming payments but I could use some guidance.  Can anyone provide and example of the data required to both import the incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate AR Invoice?

    Hi,
    For Creating MIRO Document,
    We have to create PO Me21n,
    then Do GR - MIGO using PO Reference,
    then we have to do MIRO Using then same PO. so the link is basically the PO. Then the Payment for the MIRO document is done in F-53/F-58 refering the MIRO  document. the check number will be generated once we do the Check  Print in
    FBZ5.
    You can  assign the check number to the F-53 document either in Assignment Field or the Reference field Using FCHU.
    Once you do this you can view all the Vendor Bill using Doc Type RE, KR & Vendor Payments Doc Type KZ.
    You can use the Std Report FBL1N / FK110N

    Before creating the relationship between SITE1 & SITE2,
    The payment for Invoice 'Tst_Inv_1' created under SITE 1 is made to SITE 1 as expected.
    The payment for Invoice 'Tst_Inv_2' created under SITE 2 is made to SITE 2 as expected.
    After creating the relationship between SITE1 & SITE2,
    The payment for Invoice 'Tst_Inv_3' created under SITE 1 is made to SITE 1 as expected.
    The payment for Invoice 'Tst_Inv_4' created under SITE 2 is made to SITE 1 as expected as the Remit-To Supplier name and Remit-To Supplier Site is set 'Supplier A' and SITE 1.
    Is there anyway to achieve this scenario via API.
    I found one API (IBY_EXT_PAYEE_RELSHIPS_PKG) which will just tell whether any relationship is existing between those two suppliers, But not to create new relationships.

    Hi Rahul,
    I am running some very similar code as listed in this posting, however, I get an error stating the Base Document Card does not match the Target Document Card.
    I am creating a Reserved Invoice...Invoice adds correctly, then I create a Payment for the Invoice and get the error.  I am setting the DocEntry. 
    All I want is to link the payment to the reserved invoice.  Is there something I am missing?
    Any ideas would be helpful.

    I know how to link to a Portal. But I need to link to a Document (Word or PPT) which is located in Shared Servers.

    I am not sure whether I understood your requirement clearly.
    If you just want to link a document to your service desk message, you can easily attach the document to the "attchmnt" tab of the "notif_create" transaction, if you are using "notif_create" to create your service desk message.
    (ii) If you are using "crm_dno_monitor" transaction, then you can upload the document in the "documents" tab of this transaction.
    (iii) But, if your requirement is that that you have to upload the document in the Solar01/Solar02 transaction and only have to link to your service desk message, then you can generate the URL of the uploaded document and attach it using the "My Network Places" button of the "Open File" dialog (that comes up by clicking the "export" button of the "attchmnt" tab of the "notif_create" transaction) and specifying the URL in the "File Name" field.
    (iv) If the requirement is the same as in (iii), but if you use "crm_dno_monitor" transaction, the same procedure can be followed in the "documents" tab of this transaction or else we can also use the "create URL" button of the documents tab.
    Hope you know the procedure for generating the URL of the uploaded document.

    lets say that I have 10 files (File1, File2, File3 etc......) and each file have the same  COMBO BOX that display 5 options (option 1. option 2, option 3, option 4 and option 5), all 10 files have the same combo box with the same options, but i want to DELETE option 3 from each file.
    So, how can I do it, beacuse right now I have to do it manually each file at the time, and in real I dont have 10 files I have 500.
    Please I would appreciate any help.

    I am not so sure yet but in the PLD properties window on general tab of SBO 2005A there is field name link to. its description is :
    Creates a link between several fields, to determine if the system collectively displays or hides them. If a field is blank or hidden, its linked fields are not printed either.
    To create the link, choose the Unique ID of the field to which you want to link the selected field.
    If the field Total Liable in the document is set to zero there is no need to print the Tax, Discount, and Total fields. It is possible to link these fields to the field Total Liable by selecting its unique ID in the field Link to, found in each one of their Properties windows. This will then hide the fields when Total Liable is zero.
    If a linked field is not yet calculated, the field is ignored.
    Another example:
    Steps for Version 2005A:
    Link every existing field in the Repetitive Area
           to itself (thisinlcudes hidden fields as well!)
    add the following fields to the Repetitive Area
    Field_1:
    General Tab
    untick visible
    Left = 0 / Width = 0 / Top = 0 / Height = 0
    Content/Variable Tab
    Variable No.: 157
    Field_2:
    General Tab
    untick visible
    Left = 0 / Width = 0 / Top = 0 / Height = 0
    Content Tab
    Source Type: Formula
    Field_1 ==' '
    Increasethe Height of the Repetitive Area to allow placing the following field vertically below the exisiting fields of the Repetitive Area - tick Height Adjustment for the Area!
