How to LMDB configuration Java system to Solman

Dear Gurus,
We have already installed a java instance system. We want to define and connect to it to our solman (LMDB). We have already defined many ABAP systems in the solman, but we dont know how to do it for JAVA instance system. Which guide should we follow for it ? Could you please help us ?

Please check below SAP notes to register Java system to SLD based upon the Java system version :
For As Java NW 7.1X and higher
1786493 - Setting Up the SLD Data Supplier for AS Java Based Systems (NW 7.1X and higher)
Setting Up the SLD Data Supplier for AS Java Based Systems lower than NW 7.1X:
SAP Note 673144 (J2EE Engine registration in the System Landscape Directory).
Kindly check that the SLD and LMDB sync job is running correctly;
So that the system will be automatically added in LMDB after it has been registered in Solution Manager SLD.

1. On System JAVA is installed, start sapccmsr agent
2. Before that you need to copy csmreg file to your java system.

I have ubuntu installed on my system. I wanted to install the Sun Java System Application Server PE 9 on it. I didn't see any debian package for it on Sun's downloads. I downloaded the linux version and tried to install it. I got the following result...

Adding a JAVA system into Solman

Hi All,
I've recently added a standalone JAVA instance (No ABAP) into our Test setup. I can see the JAVA system (EDJ) in the SLD and I can see it in SMSY under System Components > Java-System, but this doesn't help me when I need to see it under Systems.
My main issue here is that I'd like to download Support Stacks for EDJ and when going via DSWP I can't select EDJ from the list because it's not listed under Systems in SMSY.
Hope this makes sense and someone can help me out :-p

No - not ADD it but ASSIGN it.

- open the relevant ABAP system under SYSTEMS
- change to "change" mode
- select for the relevant Java system (e. g. Enterprise Portal core) "Relevant" and "System component assignment"
- select the system component
- select "Java"
Then you can download both SPs for ABAP + Java at the same time.

some Supply Chain , has 1 server oralce 8 , 50 Distributors having Win98 running Personal Orale , each Distributor have many sales persons visiting retails and at the end of the day they manually enter their invoices in the Win98 Personal Oracle ,
Personal Oralce replicates with the server every 24 hour using dial up connection ,
they wanted to accelerate system by using Pocket PC 2002 with the sales persons ,
how can we use oralce lite and Mobile Server in such a configuration ?

How to start Sun Java System Application Server 9.0

yesterday morning i downloaded the software from sun.java.com and installed it .but i failed in starting the application server on my system(windows). i read the quick start guide and followed the steps : <From the Start menu, choose Programs => Sun Microsystems => Application Server PE 9 => Start Default Server. > the first try the message appeared in the command window is <domain listens on at least following ports for connections:[8080 8181 4848 3700 3820 3920 8686 ]> . i tried it later for several times ,but i got a same answer [b]<the domain (domain1) is already running .cli156 could not start the domain domain1> . both of the two answers are different from the message shows in the Guide . finally i failed . i hope someone can help me , i will really appreciate it .

I have scripts which is used to drop the tables,indexes,packages,views,triggers and sequence of a particular user.
Unfortunated, I ran the script when i was logged in as "SYSTEM". So the table, views , indexes, packages and triggers were dropped .
Is there any way or script to recover the objects which are belogs to SYSTEM user.

Unfortunately I am on 9i.
Does anyone know I could create the login in the production DB, script the SYSTEM schema tables (structure only) and objects from another 9i DB and then run them into the newly created schema if that would work or is there data placed in those tables on install that I would be missing if I did that?

What is your OS? You can use SAPCCMSR.exe to monitoring IT Reporting Java system on Solman.
Go to solman rz21 create a csmreg user. and configuration fil for agent. copy configuration fil on usr/sap/ccms/..
Go to comman line cd ../user/sap/xxx/sys/exe/.../ wite SAPCCMSR.00 -R pf=< ...../sys/profile/instans profile> .
You can se agent on rz10 and use this connaction on rz20 to monitoring and IT Reporting Java system on Solman.

here i installed one system in AIX and named it as DEV system in that system i need to perform post-installaion Activities
and i started some activities also
presently my doubt is in STMS configuration
here i have only one system (DOMINE CONTROLLER) and we need to other systems while configuration but we dont have other systems like quality and production how can i configure that systems in my landscape
this is my first implementation Experience please suggest me with some valuable suggestions
my doubts:
while creating systems we need to take for virtual systems or Extended systems
which transport routes can i prefer for Dev to Qly systemand also Qly to Prd

Hi,
If you have decided the SID's of the QUA and PRD systems then you can configure TMS with the virtual systems. Here are the steps to do so.
Login to the domain controller
Execute tcode STMS
Goto the menu overvie --> systems (Shift+F6)
SAP SYStems --> Create --> Virtual system
Enter the SID and description and then save ur entries.
Now the new virtual system will be created. Do the above for the others systems in the landscape.
Again execute STMS and then click SHIFT+F7. You will goto the transport route window. Now you can configure TMS for the systems in the list as usual.
