How to make a link which open seperated page

I like to create a set of links in my list to a reference different sites, when user click it, the link open the sites on seperated browser windows, so the original link list is still avaialble to user.
Is there an attibute on list which allow me do so?

How can you make a Tab link to an external url or a static file (i.e. PDF document) that opens up in a separate window? I know how to do all this stuff in standard HTML. It's easy. The problem is that I am only given the option to specify a page within my application and not an actual URL for tabs.
I tried to hack around it by renaming my tab to something like <a href="#" onClick="location.href='http://www.mysite.com'" target="_blank">My Tab Label</a>. The problem is that HTML_DB replaces the spaces in my anchor tag with a bunch of &nbsp;'s so the link does not work.
Got any other ideas?

In the examples included with the weekly builds there is a CustomLinkEventHandler.as example. Passing parameters would be done in the CustomClickHandler function. You could attach the parameters to the LinkElement as user styles using the setStyle API.

Special > Hypertext > Command "open document" will do its best to open the target document inside FrameMaker, which may not be much help; Special > Hypertext > Command "message …" will use the application you specify. The user guide for 7.0 says this about absolute links, and I don't think anything has changed since:
For example, to start PaintBrush and open the Ship.pcx file on drive C you would use the command message system pbrush.exe C:/Ship.pcx
I've not often used a relative link, and not recently: the same source says
folder levels are separated by a slash / even in Windows and Mac
[relative links] FrameMaker searches for a relative pathname beginning in the folder that contains the current document
[absolute links] FrameMaker searches for an absolute pathname beginning at the top of the file system. In Windows, the absolute pathname begins with the drive specifier, a colon and a slash.

I have a small question:
I have a jsp-site with some beans.
On the jsp-site I have the following code which isnt functional:

</c:forEach>-> As you can see:
I want to make a Link, which is named like the String in the List and accessable by ${result.name} and on a click it should run "filter.selectedAoid()" with an int Parameter.
(So I can access the right object with my Aoid-identifier...)
The List comes from a DB and I am able to access the values of the Objects in the list.
Could someone please tell me how that is done?

One way of hacking this problem is by dynamically updating the job step which executes the stored procedure to include the parameters the user provided. You can do so by using
msdb.dbo.sp_update_jobstep.
So for example, you could create a job named "Test job" and in that job the first step would be to execute your stored procedure. You would then use the following code to update that step at run time:
execute msdb.dbo.sp_update_jobstep
@job_name = N'Test job',
@step_id = 1,
@command = 'execute my_proc @my_variable = ''my_value'''
You'd then use sp_start_job like so:
execute msdb.dbo.sp_start_job @job_name = 'Test job'
Your job would then execute using the value provided at run time for the @my_variable parameter.

I have a certain iView, let's call it "myiView" which sits inside a certain Role, let's call it "myRole".
At the Homepage of the users I have KM navigation iView which shows a certain folder. I would like to create inside this folder a link to "myiView", this way when users will click on this link at the Homepage they will be redirected automaticly to "myiView". I remember reading once something regarding internal links perhaps this is solution but I'm not sure. Can anyone please show me how to create such link which redirects to another iView at the portal.

I think that your method will open a whole new browser since it is an external link, I woulk like to keep the current navgation at the same page, simply navigate the user to a different place at the portal...

In fact this information is usefull for me. I was looking for a customer installation but he did not remember which version was installed. They are facing some problems. So I don't know if I have to update B1iSN or not to solve it.
B1iSN returns only the technical version number, but I would like to know which version was downloaded from the Market Place.

'getURL("putaddresshere")' and in AS 3 it's 'navigateToURL("")' ...
If it's a simple image, it's easier just to import it to the
stage, save it as a symbol, put it in a timeline frame and then
code your link so on click or rollover it goes

It looks like you have taken a behavior from the Library Palette and hard coded it to suit your needs. This was unnecessary. Instead try the following behaviors attached to buttons that take you between movies - assuming they are in the same directory:

Also, you should Shockwave-compress your files to DCR (see the Publish Settings) in order to make your movies as small as possible so they download quickly

Once the files are open in firefox, you will also get the option to save them permanently to a location on your computer. If you wish I suppose you could set the file type pdf to be associated with and be opened by firefox instead of with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, but that would just seem to be an additional complexity.
