How to pass Serial No. (Condition.record no.) to BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE

Hi Experts,
I'm inserting new line items in Contract (Outline Agreement) using BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE,
my question is how to pass the value of Serial No. to BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE in my custom program. I cannot insert new line item if i cannot pass the serial number to the structures in the BAPI.

Hi Binu,
First of all, you could maintain pricing conditions in the following places:
1. In General Condition Maintenance (GCM)
2. At the product maintenance level
3. At the 'Price agreement' tab of Contracts
4. As manual conditions during order processing at item level
Now, if you want to maintain conditions using GCM, you first have to maintain a condition maintenance group in the customizing where in you can assign condition table and condition type for different counter values. I am assuming that you have done this activity successfully.
When you run the transaction '/SAPCND/GCM', for application 'CRM', your condition maintenance group name and context 'GCM', you will be initially taken to a screen where in you'll have an item area which would be blank and then condition fields would be displayed in a tree on the left.
Here, select the field 'Condition type' and click on icon 'Select records'. You would get a dialog prompting you to enter condition type. Here you can specifiy the condition type for which you want to maintain/view condition records.
If no condition records are available, item area would be left blank. Here, you can choose a condition type using the standard F4 help. Depending on condition types that are assigned to condition maintenance group, different condition types would be displayed in the F4-help using which you can maintain condition records.

I wonder how to pass serialized session/usertoken to BO webservice from xcelsius. Could anyone help me how to pass the serialized session/user token to BO web service from Xcelsius?
Xcelsius is working fine when i use the username/password. But i would like to pass serialized session/usertoken from jsp file to Xcelsius as flash variable , then i will use this variable to get the data from webservice.
Is that possible to send serialized session/usertoken using soap header?

Thank you for the reply. I have already created the CELogonToken Flash Variable and i am able get the logon token and map to the flash variable.
Now i would like to pass the same to biws as parameter. But the service has only 2 parameters as username and password.
Is there a way that i can create my custom parameters(CELogonToken/CESerializedSession) in BIWS service?

How to extract data for condition records with different valid periods

There was an error in the recent condition records price upload. Now, i want to extract the data into excel file depending on different valid dates. Please let me know how can i do this... in the extracted file i would like to have fields like, valid on and valid to dates, condition type, price list type, material, condition record no. , last changed date, last changed user id etc., please suggest...thanks in advance..

only thing you need to take care is table join for fields datab ( valid from) and tatbi (valid to) you need to take from right table which are present A-table,

i have small problem , in pricing procedure i see some leftside of condition type there is a zoom tab and it has a codition caculation formula , and same formula i can see in condition record ,

thanks for the inputs, but the requirment is how i can assighn calculation formula to Conditype or Condition record , might i am not able to expain my question in a proper way ,
but i got the answer , thsi requireemtn is use for IS OIL only and that formula is availble when u change your Calulation type in Condition type to "Q" , then if u check or creat condition , you will get a formula tab on you top righthand side where you can maitain the formula for calucutaion the complex pricing

How to pass serial number read from a PCB.

I have a question:
How do I pass serial number read from a PCB so it will be embedded in Test Report file name for that test sequence. I am running Sequence in “New Execution" - Single Pass.
My test report file after I run test does not have serial number: “TEST_Rev6_Report[NO_UUT_SERIAL_NUM0][2 32 24 PM][4 26 2013].xml” but my Report Header has serial number present.

The attached screenshot shows how to set your report options, make sure you have the <TestSocket> and <UUTStatus> macros included in the Report File Path otherwise the serial will not be filled in the filename (Generate path is called a second time from the Single Pass -- Test Socket Entry Point sequence).
I used the ParallelModel.seq to test it.
The attached sequence file shows how to set the serial number.
Search for "Specifying Report File Paths by Expression" in the help for more macros.

Hi ,
To creae the Target Group for that BPs . You need to make a selection with their common Attribute value .
For Example :
You have a requirement to Target the Indian Customers then you create a Target Group like this .
Attribute values :
BP Role : Customer
Country : India
Select Attribute List : GL-ORG Master and Relationship Data
Attributes : BP Role : Filter value 'Customer '
Country : Filter value 'India '.
Select : AND Across All Attribute as logical selection .
Press Cntrl Key and select both the Attribute Values and drag to the staging area then you get the Customers in India .
This way you find out the Common Attribute values to the BPs you need to Target and create a Target Group and Use the TG for the report .

I'm using L_IDOC_INPUT_WMMBXY to post goods movement during PGI. I wanted to pass serial numbers in this idoc for the materials. There is a user exit in this Idoc, EXIT_SAPLLMDE_002 which I guess could be used to pass the serial numbers but I don't know to pass them. Did any one worked on this kind of req. or any other solution would be highly appreciated.

I have an application which listens on a port and I usually read string lines from it. Now I want to pass serialised object through it , plus I should indicate (using some string like "object coming") tht the following packet is a serialized object.

Since Strings are serializable you could just send a stream of serialized objects then you don't have to know anything about the format.

Decimal places in condition records

I know that is cross client thats why i am asking any other solution, I also know that per field i can use but the limitation of per Qty is also till 10,000 units only so if it is desimal to 4 digits then ok but for 7 to 8 decimals again not possible.
Please suggest what we can do?

whenever po is created or changed idoc should get triggered, as it is done already,now the issue is the condition records also be included in idoc whenever po is created or changed.
can anyone explain me how to do that?
and what is idoc view and how it is related to condition records.

IDOC Views are used for IDoc outbound processing where you dont want to send an entire IDOC out when all you need is just some of the segments.
To improve performance when generating IDocs, you can use views to ensure that only the segments relevant to the current business process are filled with data. Views are therefore only important for IDoc outbound processing

Delete condition records in VA01

I am trying to write a BDC for VA01. There are SOME(not all) unwanted condtion records comming. how can i remove those condition records (Goto - > Header - > Conditions) thru BDC.

HI NAVEEN,
goto vk12,choose the condition types which you dont want to be in the sales order,select the line and delete the condition record and save.
you have to delete all the access sequence condition record for that condition types.
then it will not appear in the sales order,
but the best way is to do it in the configaration settings in v/08

Find condition record for outline agreement

I want to know how I can find the condition record for an outline agreement. The condition number is not stored in EKKO and within the ME33K transaction I can view the condition by drilling into the item level (EKPO), but I canot find anyway of linking the agreemtn to the condition table KONP.
The reason for the qeustion is we want to outpu all agreements that have a certain condition. Any ideas.
