How to reset historical record flag.

Hi all,
I Used T-code: RE_RHGRENZ4 (New end date) to set a new end date of Q object, accidently I had flaged "Historical record" option. The particular object has flaged as historcal record and I cannont create relation ship (impart of) to any D object (Business event type).
Is there any t-code to run for reset historical flage?

Historical Record flag set when creating business event type

Hi all
One of our users created a business event type using the master data catalogue. There was a pre-existing group and the event type was created one level down from the group.
Once the event type was created and he tried to edit it he got an error message that said that the object has a historical record flag. This is also indicated in the table (HRP1000-HISTO). He then tried to recreate the course again with the same result.
I have not been able to find where this is set (only found something under follow-up activities which is not relevant to this case). Can anyone help please - how is this setting made? Any ideas if it can be removed?

What is Historical Record Flag?

Hi,
Our team needs to record every time the candidate saves their profile (exactly the same way as the audit trail for the Administrator role). And I was wondering if 'Historical Record Flag' could be used to do this. I don't know what it does, and hoping we can use it to track changes. Any clarification on this would be great!!!!
Also, if you have any suggestions as to how we would save each time the candidate saves their profile (we need to see the content of each version, like the audit trail), it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

Historical records are permanently stored on the database, so that you can report on the information at a later point in time.
For example:
a) Perform action: TCODE: pa40
b) Use 'Org Reassignment' action type
c) Put in a new position number in IT0001, (any available one)
d) save IT0001, a pop-up window appears asking if we want to delimit vacancy.
e) click 'yes'
f) save till the end.
g) Go to tcode: PO13 to the position object. ( the new position assigned the employee to), I will see that the historic rec is ticked on the vacancy record - which you do not want to see.
h) checked SE16 HRP1007

If the historical-flag is missing the reporting about the positions and vacancies is not quite correct. Furthermore it is not possible to deactivate the historical flag ndicator in IMG .

First get the index number of the IT_data table and store it in one variable whose declaration like this.
data: tabix type sy-tabix.
while reading the internal table it_data set the tabix variable.
tabix = sy-tabix.
Instead of the above use below one.
Delete it_data-objek
Use the Below statement it will delete the row from the internal table.
Delete it_data-objek index tabix

Hi, I would like to know how I can customize SAP-MM in order to avoid that the info records flagged for deletion update the purchase orders.
When I create a PO from a Purchase requisition (which have data with texts like "Vendor material number"), the Info record flagged for deletion update this data.

I think inforecords flagged for deletion is not being considered for PO updation. Could you please check again.
It might be posible that 'Vendor material number' is spcified in Purchase requisition and when you create PO from Purchase requisition, it is copied from there to PO.

How to reset the military usage value in GTS Business partner

Hello Experts,
Does anyone know how to reset the Military usage value='2' to blank on the Business partner within GTS?
I tried putting a blank there, clicking on the accept entries button followed by saving the Business partner.
It does not seem to work this way.
Does anyone know if it's SAP bug for not having blank as one of the allowable values for the usage except when it's that way while newly created?

As I already informed you, it is not possible to re-set the indicator to <blank>.
From the program code, I can see that the usage indicator is only transferred from the feeder system during the creation of a customer partner. The value in GTS is set either to '1' or '2' during creation, and cannot be changed by any subsequent data transfer from the feeder system.
I think that logic is related to the fact that usage records may be created for multiple Legal Regulations, and those records may then be changed individually by the user in GTS. On that basis, it would not be reasonable to over-write the values by re-transferring the customer from the feeder system.

BCS Breakdown Check - how to adjust individual records?

Hi all,
I just arrived at a new client and have found several thousand inconsitent records.
Breakdown check shows us how many there are and also allows entry of a vlue for missing subassignments.
However, there is no option to adjust individual lines (not even to differentiate between totals records and journal entries), eg Item 800210 now requires breakdown by Partner Unit, however, there are 15 records with a blank value but only one line in breakdown check in which to enter a partner.
Obviously the user wants to enter different partners depending on further details (eg cons unit, amount, other breakdown values etc.),
where/how can such selections be made?

Here is a response from SAP developers themselves:
If a customer introduces a new breakdown later and adopts old data, it
is very appropriate a fair to fill the newly introduced breakdown by one fixed value in all old data records. Otherwise, we would project a
degree of detail into historic data records, which was not available at
the time when these records were created.
So, this requirement does not make really sense, and we cannot support
it. For historic records, we only support entering one fix breakdown
value for all affected records. From that time on, the customer can of
course maintain a higher degree of detail on new postings.

1 The program will ask for the Windows OS hard drive volume. Enter the ID number of the hard drive volume that Windows is installed.

Here's how to copy the voice memo to your laptop (and then email it if you need to):
With iTunes open on the Voice Memo folder of your device (an iPhone 4s in my case), simply drag the required file from iTunes and onto the desktop of your pc/laptop. It won't remove the file from your device but simply make a copy. Then you can play the file from your pc/laptop (through Quicktime) as the file is in AAC format. You can also attach the file to an email for sending.
Hope this helps someone else.
