How to screen 50,00,000 customers?

Hi Experts,
We have some issues, Could you please clarify ??
1. The name and country of the customer screening is happened from the KNA1 table consists of customers around 50,00,000.
2. So there is an RFC server configuration to the MS Access from the SAP.
3. We have 2,00,000 names in the MS Access data base.
4.There is one sap program 'XYZ 'is defined to screen the master data.
5.With this XYZ program,will take total 50,00,000 customer records at a time in to the buffer.
6.From the Buffer every 500 records are sent to MS access through RFC to screen these 500 records.
7.Now from these 500 records,every one record name is checked in the 2,00,000 names in the MS Access.
8.If any name matches in the MS Access data base,that customer is blocked.Like that these 500 records are screened over 2,00,000 MS Access data base 500 times.
This is the above process what we are following at present working now for 1,00,000 -2,00,000 customers.If we do the same for the above 50,00,000 customers,i think shortdump will occur.
I think I am clear abt this problem.There are lot technical issues,how to avoid those?How and what is the procedure should be followed?
How to do?where can i do correct?How the selection statement should be?How to access data base??
Kindly share your valuable ideas to modify the code.

Yes it is possible, Have a look at the ABAP Memory Descriptions by SAP,,,
ABAP Memory
The EXPORT ... TO MEMORY statement copies any number of ABAP data
objects with their current values to a data cluster in the ABAP memory. The ID
addition (maximum 60 characters long) enables you to identify different clusters.
If you use a new EXPORT TO MEMORY statement for an existing data cluster, the
new one overwrites the old one. The IMPORT ... FROM MEMORY ID ...
statement allows you to copy data from ABAP memory into the corresponding
fields of your ABAP program.
You can also restrict the selection to a part of the data cluster in the IMPORT
statement. The variables into which you want to read data from the cluster in
ABAP memory must have the same types in both the exporting and the importing
programs.
You use the FREE MEMORY ID ... statement to release a data cluster
explicitly.
Now you can free memory of a particular program by following this...

Export Report times out - how do I export all my customers?

We have about 35,000 customers in our BC database.
I'm trying to export them for use in a direct mailing campaign (and other reports for other reasons) but the export always times out.
The reports are very simple; ie.
Custom Report -> Add customer report
Select Customers (Contacts & Companies)
Select CRM ID, Customer Name, Default Address Type
Next
Generate report (no filters)
About 33,000 results are in the report.
I then select Export Report as CSV or Excel and it will sit there for up to an hour or more and do nothing.
Notes:
I keep the session live by having a login in another tab.
Have tried differenty browsers and internet connections.
I even filtered the results (based on create date) and same problem occurred with just 15,000.
How can I export this report and other simple reports I need?

After Sanjit took a look at this it turns out all I needed to do was to save the report before exporting the results. The export was much quicker and, now we have more cutomers in our database, it actually exports!

Thanks for replying. I am converting from MS Office Word document to Adobe Acrobat Document and opening with Reader XI - sorry my mistake.
I now notice another problem. On trying to open a specific hyperlink in the pdf version I get the message 'Acrobat does not allow connection to: www.biblegateway.com'. Why would there be a restriction?

You can refer Table KNKK with reference to Credit Control Area, you will get all the Customers maintained for Credit Management.
There is no such Accounting Entries especially for Credit Management.It would be the same as comes while creating Invoice.

I have a macbook pro Version 8.1.2 and I am using Iphoto 09
I rebuilt library because many pics were black and now they are in one folder labeled "Recovered"

Do you have the original iPhoto Library (before you rebuilt it)?
If so, I suggest you rebuild it using iPhoto Library Manager, a program you can download. It does a better job of rebuilding. It also leaves your original intact and makes the rebuilt Library a new file (package).
If you don't have the original (say, from a backup), then you should probably first back up the library that you have before trying anything.
After making a backup of it, look along the left side, you will see Events and Photos. Is there anything in either of those areas?
If not, it sounds like all your photos were recovered and put in Recovered during the rebuild. iPhoto Library Manager might do a better job with this. In any case, if there are no photos in Events or in Photos, try selecting ~ 5 photos in Recovered and drag them to Photos. Do they then show up there with the correct dates? Do they also show up in Events after doing that? I am suggesting just a few photos before you try it with 20,000.
If the photos inside your "recovered" area are also in Photos, then don't do the above steps. I'm not sure I can help you if your 20,000 photos are in Photos but not Events. I'd try iPhoto Library Manager instead with its better rebuild.
If the 5 photos experiment works, then I would try it with ~ 200 photos at a time, going through your entire collection. You'll need to do this about 10 times if you really have 20,000 photos. Remember, don't do this if the "recovered" photos are already in "Photos."

How do I treat returned from customers in SAP FICO? The example I have in mind is if company decides to break down raw materials from the finished goods and re-use it Maybe anyone of you have other examples. But in any case, what I want to know is how we treat it in Finance? What are the accounting entries upon return and upon re-use?

1. when you receive the returned goods,
           Stock Dr
              Change in Stock Cr
2. Assume your material returned is FG A and it has components B and C... Now you want to cannibalize A and retrieve B and C out of it
This process is more like a rework.. Process steps could be as below
a. Create a Production order for B - Planned Qty = 1 (Separate order type)
b. Component in the Production order will be FG A (1 Qty)
c. Add Component C as a By Product in the Production order BOM i.e. with Qty = - 1 (Negative)
d. If you wanna add any Labor or machine hrs, you can aadd manually in the Production order operations
Now, when FG is consumed in the Prod order,
    Consumption of FG   Dr
           Stock   Cr
When stock of B and C will be received,
     Stock of RM   Dr
             Change in stock / COGM Cr

You possibly have your email set up as a POP which syncs all emails to all devices for offline reading. If you completely remove the email address using Mail setup, then reactivate using IMAP, you should be better. IMAP will automatically sync changes to all devices.
