Hi Friend,
Creating Infoobjects
1. Go to RSA1 -> Modelling tab.
2. Click on Infobjects.
3. Create a new Infoarea.
4. Now create Infoobject Catalog for Characterstics and Key Figures.
5. Now create Char Infoobject under Char Catalog and Key figure Infoobject under Key Figure catalog.
Creating Cubes:
1. Right click the info area and choose create info cube.
2. Select the type of cube you wish to create and comnfirm your selections.
3. The next screen is where you actually define the cube.
4. Now you will notice the difference.
5. Place your cursur on key fig and right click and chose infio object direct input; chose your key fig for the cube.
6. Similarly for the dimension; right click the dimension and chose inbfo object direct input, chose your chars and out them in dimension.
7. Activate the cube.
Creating a ODS is also the same.(in step 1 choose create ODS)
Creating Multicube/Multiprovider
1. Right click the info area - chose create multi provider.
2. select the cubes , DSOs, info objects that you need for the multi provider.
3. On the right side of the screen, you will see all the objects that you selected and open the key fig and dimension and drag the ones you need to define the multi provider.
4. Identify the chars and key figs.
5. Acvitate the mullti provider.
Why we create them ?
Infobjects : They are fields in R/3. As we require fields in R/3 tables we require infoobjects in BI.
ODS : This actually is like a table in R/3.
Cube : This contain the Key figures.(e.g Sales quantity, Amount etc)

Garage Band Not Running, freezing, and driving me nuts in the process.

I have never had an issue with Garageband until now. It is locking up almost immediately when I try to use chord trainer, and all lessons. I recently bought a new amp, Fender Mustang III, and installed the Fuse software. I havent been able to find any compatibilty issues mentioned anywhere, so Im hoping that someone can give me an idea what I need to do to solve this. I am using a M-Audio fast track interface, and have made sure that all of the software in play is updated to its current version. Its completely and perpetually freezing at this point. I cant get the app to run long enough to troubleshoot. I just get the spinning wheel..HELP PLEASE.

you have not mentioned where do u want the " I " information button ,
1. If u want for a report , u can get the information button on selection-screen only .
if u goto se38 on the mail screen u will find a radio button for documentaion ,
when u select it and click 'create' or 'change' , an editor will open and u can document anything there ....

If you have access to the program of the tcode, then go to that tcode click on system->status, to get the program name, go to se38 give that program name and select variants radiobutton, create the variant.

I had an Aiport Base Station and extended using Airport Express, where I also connected my printers (network). Now using Airport Extreme off Mt Lion 10.8.4 and Utility 6.3.
I can't extend the network (express) or connect my printers (USB) nor will it find my one wifi printer.

For now, leave the AirPort Express powered off.
Power off the entire network....all devices.....in any order that you want
Wait a few minutes
Power up the modem first, and let it run 2-3 minutes by itself
Power up the AirPort Extreme next, and let it run a full minute
Keep powering up devices one at a time about a minute apart until everything is powered up (leave the Express off for now)
Open AirPort Utility and check to see if the AirPort Extreme is visible.
If it's not, click the AirPort Utility menu at the upper left of the screen, then click About AirPort Utility. Post back with the version number of AirPort Utility that you see there....which should be AirPort Utility 5.6.1.

In one case, when I opened a particular folder, the song was not listed, even tho' the song is there when using Windows Explorer. This happens with mp3 and mp4 and just wav files. Some audio are accepted, most are not. I get that codec is not installed error message, too.

Same thing for a movie file.. If you want to play back the movie via a DVD and a DVD player you must create a Movie DVD and not just burn files to a data DVD... as Data DVDs are just storage devices for files and therefore will only work with computers...
Movie DVDs are special formats that include things like menus and special file formats.. so they can playback via a DVD Player...
You will need a 3rd party DVD Burning app like Toast which is what i actually use.... or the more popular DVD Creator app...to create and then burn a Movie DVD that will playback on a DVD Player....

Base band core dumps

Hi,
i am using iOS 4.1 at them moment and i see sometimes up to 5 times and more a day a blue message box saying that a base band core dump is in progress and that it will take a few minutes. During this time i cant make calls, receive calls, send or receive data over 3G. It is annoying to be mild. :/
My phone did show this already with iOS 4.01 (factory installed). Are there any others seeing this? What can i do?

Hi,
from the beginning there was no beta on it - it was shipped with 4.01 - no beta. Now i am on iOS 4.1 GM which also is identical to the released version. I have rebooted my phone several times - but still no go. There good days and there bad days, But that shouldn't be with a phone.

9172 is a chassis so I would need to know the module you are using, too. You should try the example:

It shows you how to create a waveform to generate, you could use that piece and feed it into your daq assistant.

Can any one help me out in creating the bands in Webi (for example : Report of aging and its performance, so some measures need to be analysed against the age bands like 10-20,20-30,30-40....so on).
Is it possible to define certain bands in the BO XI 3.1 Webi.

You can define bands in Web-I with the help of If Else logic and Context operators (If required). Here is one of the formula
that I am using in my reports:
=If(([Measure] ForEach ([Dim]))>=80) Then ">80%" ElseIf(([Measure] ForEach ([Dim]) Between(70;80))) Then "70% - 80%" ElseIf
(([Measure] ForEach ([Dim]) Between(60;70))) Then "60% - 70%" ElseIf(([Measure] ForEach ([Dim]) Between(50;60)))
Then "50% - 60%" Else "<50%"
You can remove the For Each ([Dim]) from the formula if you want to work with default context. Else use "In", "For Each" and
"For All" depending on the requirement.
