How to use PasswordDigest to pass credentials in client (Jdev)

Hi',
I have a secured web service in OSB, and to call it I have created a proxy client in Jdev,
I am able to call it by passing username/password using PasswordText, now I am not getting
how to use PasswordDigest to pass credentials, please give me some pointers or sample,
also do I need to perform some changes in the server before doing this.

How to use multiple tape drive from single client when I want to backup single filesystem?

Hello All.
I want to backup 1 filesystem using 4 tape drives for reducing backup time.
In case of symantec veritas netbackup, they can user "NEW_STREAM" for multi-streaming backup.
Please anybody let me know that how to do use multiple tape drive for single client.
1. Backup Source server : Linux (1 client)
2. Backup Soucre : /data1 (500GB)
-> Current directory structure doesn't have sub directory under /data1, just files present under /data1
If direcotry struceture has a sub-direcotry like( /data1/aaa, /data1/bbb ), Is it availble to use multiple tape drives?
3. Tape Drive with OSB : LTO6 * 4 drives

You would have to create a different dataset for each sub-folder. If you only have files at the top level folder then even the NEW_STREAM option couldn't be used to split the job.
Organise it into folders and then create datasets in a client folder such as :
/usr/local/oracle/backup/admin/config/dataset/Linux/data1_aaa
/usr/local/oracle/backup/admin/config/dataset/Linux/data1_bbb
Then in the schedule you just specify the Linux folder. In each dataset you list the hostname and the folder name, such as :
include host Linux
include path /data1/aaa
Now it will create a new job for each dataset and therefore each folder.

stored procedure and then use it in the where clause when

I need to have a read-only View from SQL with the following script Select * from XXXX_Table where ID is in (:ID_LIST)"
So for example, the script will be something like "Select * from XXXX_Table where ID is in ('d1','d2') "
How do I compose the parameter :ID_LIST from the frond end? I try to use
OperationBinding operationBinding = bindings.getOperationBinding("ExecuteWithParams");
operationBinding.getParamsMap().put("ID_LIST", " 'd1','d2' "); // ID_LIST is set to expression (string type) in the view object
It does not work. I also try to use operationBinding.getParamsMap().put("ID_LIST", an_arraylist); not working either.
It is working fine if I input only one ID, i.e operationBinding.getParamsMap().put("ID_LIST", " d1 "). But operationBinding.getParamsMap().put("ID_LIST", " d1, d2 ") doesn't.
I spend several hours in trying all kinds of combination in parameters types(String, Object, Array) and parameters composed, none of them work. I believe the problem is the single quoto...
Any one had soloved it before?

The first thing you need is a Nested Table type in the database. I created one with:

Hi,
Using the Parameters is the correct method to pass data into and out of a sub sequence. You assign your data to be passed into or out of a Sequence when you are in the Edit Sequence Call dialog and in the Sequence Parameter list.

I have got a simple example which submit two values to the page for itself, means a page has a form with submit botton, user input the form with values and then submit them by submit botton, then the page recevice those values and show it .

How to use parameter passed from standard page in VO query of custom page

Hi everyone,
I have a custom page which needs to be called from a standard page. Now this custom page is based on some parameters passed from standard page.
How do I catch those parameters i my custom page .
And how to use those parameters in the VO query of my custom page.
