Hp4500 all in one printer and digital phone (Voip)

Help.
I just changed phone service from analogue to digital and don't know and cannot find instructions on how to connect the hp4500 to the phone line to allow for faxing. I have the two wire telepone cord connected to line one on the printer but where does the other end go and do I need a splitter or something. I know about the fax speed and turning off the error correction mode.

Try deleting the printer, deleting the job queue and reinstalling the printer again.

HP 3210 All-in-One Printer and Vista

Having trouble with HP 3210 All-in-One Printer/Scanner. Purchased printer late 2006. Upgraded to Vista in February 2008. All functions of the Printer/Scanner have been working just fine with Vista until this month. Error message says 'Unable to Scan or Copy'. Scanned from computer on 12/01/2008 and a week later the error message appeared. Print function from the computer works fine. Buttons on front of the printer for both scan and copy will not work and scanning from the computer will not work. Have tried suggestions from different websites to work-around using a program like Microsoft's Paint but still nothing. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Resizing and cropping are not the same process.
Image>resize>image size brings up a dialog where you can resize, and if the image is resampled, distortion may ensue.
The crop tool is said, by some, to resample as well, although in many instances minor distortion is not noticed by the uninitiated..
The preferred way (for me) to crop is Image>crop.
If you have a 4x6" picture of a tree, landscape mode, and wish to display the tree in portrait mode, the sure way to avoid the issue is to select the tree with one of the selection tools, then copy/paste it on a canvas which is sized 4x6" portrait mode.

First, select your operating system Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit).
Click Submit.
Click the blue Download button.
Click Next, then follow the prompts for the HP Download and Install Assistant.

HT2693 Kodak All-in-One printer and Airprint?

Can a Kodak All-in-One printer run with Airprint? Is there a device that adds Airprint and Airplay to devices that do not have that feature?

With that said, there are several alternatives both software and hardware based to give non Airprint compatible printers the ability to be used by iPads, iPhones and other iDevices.

i have a hp 7250 all in one printer it just stopped printing my compute says its offline but when i go to pinter and try set up it says cannoct connect then review says raido not working

If that reset did not resolve the issue, and the printout indicates that the wireless radio is not working then there are a few options that we can go through.
First, make sure that through the Setup Menu that the wireless has been enabled and turned on. If these options are not available, you may have to try a differnet reset that I will PM to you.
Also, if the wireless radio is not functional then you might consider connecting the printer directly to the router using an Ethernet cord and reinstalling the printer on your computer using that method of communication.

HP C4440 ALL -IN- ONE PRINTING AND INK ISSUES

I have an HP C4440 ALL-IN-ONE that seems to be having some printing and ink issues.
Ink keeps saying it is in backup mode
and its also saying it is not detected or intalled
this is not a new cartridge and has been used before without any problems.
i tried using all of the solutions hp gives you with no help.
all ink levels are detected and i am also using color ink cartridge.

Hi! I have same problem too. After printer (HP B110b) turn on and then off, all my Wi-Fi devices lose network. I should reboot my router every time after use printer =(((This problem only with Wi-Fi. All ethernet-connected devices woks OK.
My network: D-Link DIR-320 with firmware 1.21
Wi-Fi: hidden network with WPA/WPA2 and PSK mode.
Wi-Fi devices: netbook with WinXP SP3, netbook with Win7 Home Premium x32, Sony-PRS-T2 reader and Galaxy S3 phone (last 2 based on android).

HP psc 1210 all-in-one printer and Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks)

I just installed the new OS X (Mavericks) on my mac yesterday, and now my printer, an old but reliable HP psc 1210 all-in-one, will not install. I was previously running OS 10.6 (Snow Leopord) and had no problems with the printer. Is there anything I can do to install my printer on the new OS? My computer doesn't even recognize that there is a printer connected via USB when I try to install it... is there anything I can do?

If you have any antivirus or firewall programs on your computer, please temporarily disable them and then try to scan again. Sometimes these programs can block the scanning process of the printer. If you are still unable to scan, we can try scanning using the Microsoft Paint program to see if the scanner function of the printer is working. To attempt to scan using Microsoft Paint, please follow these steps:
1. Launch Windows Paint by pressing the Windows Key+ R, then typing mspaint, then clicking OK.
2. Once inside of Paint, in the upper left corner you will see a blue square; please click on that and select FROM SCANNER OR CAMERA. A window will appear asking you what device you want to use. Please select the PIXMA MX360, then press the OK button.
3. In the next window, you should have the option of selecting a document type; please select one, then press the SCAN button in the window.
Are you able to scan using Microsoft Paint?

Hey , Welcome to the HP forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here. I see that you are trying to enlarge the size of a document you are trying to print. While the specific directions will change depending on your operating system, the program you are using, and the type of document you want to print, I can certainly make sure you get pointed in the right direction. Assuming you are trying to print a text document (and please let me know if you are not) then first you will want to highlight the text you are trying to change the text of. Once highlighted you are looking for an option found at the top of most windows. The option usually has a font name to its left such as Times New Roman. When you select a larger font size it will change the highlighted text so that it matches the size you selected. I've included an image of the option below. If you are trying to print something that is not a text document then please let me know what program you are trying to print from as well as what operating system you are using. If you are not sure what your operating system is you can click here to find it. If you have any other questions please let me know. HP B201a All in One Printer and iPad Issue

Okay. I bought a HP 210a air print printer. It was working great with my Linksys router and my iPad and iPhone worked with it perfectly. Since that time I have recently bought a new new 2TB Time Capsule and just recently set it up. The old router is no longer hooked up. Since switching over to the new router, nothing prints from the iPhone or iPad. So here are the details and I am hoping I am just missing a step:
1. I think it is important to point this part out. After setting up the new router, and before discovering any of this, I turned on the HP printer. Upon doing so, the printer informed me a software update was available from HP so I downloaded it and it appeared everything was fine.
2. After the update, I tried printing and nothing. Duh, the printer was still looking for the old router. I ran the built in HP wireless setup wizard on the printer and it pointed to the new router fine. I tested the connection using the test feature on the printer, and it printed a report that all was fine and that it was now pointed at the Time Capsule, great signal, etc...
3. I went to my iPhone and iPad, made sure they were pointed at the same network as the printer, and once again the printer appeared on each device as an AirPrint printer. Great I thought, so printed a test a page from each device. Both pages printed. Now here is where it gets weird.
4. I tried to print a second document from the iPad and iPhone, nothing. I tried a picture. Nothing. It still shows eveything setup correctly, the HP shows as the AirPrint printer and connected, but no matter what I do, it nothing is printing from either device. I've tried resetting my network settings on the iPhone and iPad and pointing to the network again, re-running the HP setup Wizard on the printer. They all show that everything is fine. The iPhone and iPad connect to the network fine, both show the printer when I go to print. However, after I hit the "print" button on either device, it shows like the document is being sent but NOTHING happens on the HP. It is very frustrating.
The WiFi is working fine, I can surf, email, etc... so the router is working properly. So what am I missing? Could the HP update somehow have caused the problem? I have to believe that between the update and the new router that somewhere I am missing a step. Any help is greatly appreciated.

8630 all-in-one prints wirelessly from phone but not from laptop

I just set up my new 8630 printer and it is connected wirelessly. I printed something from my phone on it. I downloaded the driver from HP to my laptop but it will not work with the printer. I cannot print wirelessly from the laptop. I have not tried from USB cable because I am determined to make this work! I am not sure the driver installed properly either. When I go to the control panel and click on printers and find the 8630 it says"empty." Feeling frustrated. I never have good luck installing stuff like this! I also downloaded the troubleshooting software and none of the solutions has worked either. Any help would be appreciated!
