so my iphone 5 kept crashing and i brought it to the apple store and got a new replacement phone. Unfortunately for me the next day it got stolen, i have the find my iphone app but it says my device is offline so i cant track it nor can i wipe the contents. I have blocked my sim, but someone told me that i could get the product itself blocked so that the horrible theif cannot use it at all. Since it was a replacement product and i lieterally just got it i dont have the serial or imei number to get it blocked. I also suggest, if you have enabled geo-localization and have associated an iCloud account to your iPhone, to localize your iPhone through a map on http://www.icloud.com. You may also block your iPhone, send a message to the iPhone and erase all your data.

You can't.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries. -
I purchased the multi-user iworks (yes back when it was new, 2009 or 2010 and recently had to replace my white imac's hard drive (but didn't pay to fix the CD drive). My iworks does not have a serial number on the box and now that my CD drive isn't working how can I reinstall this software?

Sometime ago I found a copy of Photoshop 5.5 (both the APPLICATION and TRAINING) CD's in trash. I finally am getting around to try to use this, but I do not have a serial number. I have the original CD's, not illegal copies - how can I get serial numbers to use to get this program working?
Sorry to say you are out of luck.
The serial numbers came on the cd case. If they are no longer there, you have no way of using the program except as a 30 day trial. Adobe does not sell CS5 licenses any more.

If you have an iCloud account the you can go to www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Appleid. Click on Find my iPhone and Find it's location, deactivate or Wipe it.
I would also call your Mobile service provider and have them cancel the service for that unit.
