If you are not showing reception bars, then I don't know how the data is working? Have you tried doing a reset? Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, check to see if it works. If that doesn't help, then try removing the SIM card, then reinserting it. If that doesn't help, then contact your carrier for assistance in calling.

You need a third-party program to get non-iTunes purchased music off the iPod. Which have you tried? Th good ones cost like TouchCopy and PhoneView. Here are some others:

My Wifi doesn´t work. The Wifi icon on top menu bar states there is no hardware connected. How can I resolve this as previously Wifi connection worked perfectly. Is this something that to do with the computer hardware? Please advise.

I'm sorry, but we had made so many changes (the Advisor and I) and it was only after I shared y home screen with him that he had me disable my anti-virus firewall....and everything worked fine afterwards. We went through a number of steps including removing a number of neighbors wifi signals and most important was the changing of the wifi channels.If anyone is using an Anti-virus program, I would suggest that they disable the firewall and then see if their devices connect to the same wifi.

How do you change the address bar into showing the key symbol, when it only shows the lock symbol?
I want to save my user data to my google mail account.
The first time I typed them in, the password dialogue box appeard, but I clicked on something else so it disappeard and since then never showed again on the google mail paige. (It works perfectly normal on other paiges)
The mozilla support site said to click on the key symbol in the adress bar, but there is no key symbol only a lock symbol. On other websites both are shown but not on the google mail website.
What do I do to open the password dialogue box again? Is there another way than to click on the key symbol?
I use mozilla firefox 20.0 on windows 7.When you go to a website and enter a username and password that haven't been saved, Firefox will ask if you want them remembered. This question appears in an arrow panel connected to the key icon on the address bar.
If you click on other things, or switch tabs, then the question will disappear. But as long as you remain on the same web page, the key icon will remain visible so you can bring it up again manually.

I am currently using 16.0.2. I just did the update a day or two ago. Suddenly today, when I click anything on the page, it opens in a new tab. Just moving through the wizard options to get to this point in submitting this issue opened 7 tabs. How do I fix this? I only want new pages to open in new tabs. If I select 'Next Page' or perform a google search, I don't want a new tab to open. This is getting ridiculous. It's the third time this has happened.....always happens after an update from you guys.....and I can never find the fix in your support pages, and have to submit a question.
This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

I was trying to setup a new ipad. After resetting and erasing the content on the ipad, I would like to restore the ipad from the old backup. Unfortunately the device is not appearing in the list of devices. The sync option under devices is not also active. How else can I restore the ipad?
Sorry, you can't extract those photos from the old device unless you restore the new phone from that backup.
You could of course use a third party software to extract those pics but it will cost you.
If you still have the old phone import those pics to your computer and then sync those photos to your new phone via itunes. -
The only way at this point I have found to open the files is the SilkyPix software that came with the camera. I have sent SilkyPix an email to see if they will offer a DNG conversion option. At this point only jpeg or tiff is the available option.
So I export all the files out (unaltered) from SilkyPix to tiff, then import into Lightroom 5.4 as DNGs.photogetgo wrote:

That would solve the issue if they could export the raw data as a DNG. But that's unlikely. They probably don't want to provide you the option of using another raw converter (for whatever silly reasons). It appears they offer the option of saving a DNG of the rendered not raw data but that doesn't buy you anything. Bottom line is, you have to wait on Adobe to update the proprietary raw format that has no reason to be proprietary in the first place. The optional JPEG most cameras provide isn't proprietary and everyone has access to that data the day the camera ships. But for some politically stupid reasons, the camera manufacturers don't do this with the raw data and we all get to wait on every other company who's raw converter we'd like to use to spend the time and money to update the format. It will eventually happen, begging the question why the camera manufacturer's do this in the first place. -
The cursor jumps to the address bar while typing within a web screen. How do I fix this?
I will be typing within a page and the cursor will jump to the address bar, sometimes after typing just 1 letter. I will go back to where I am typing and it jumps again, repeatedly! This happened before and I don't remember how we resolved the issue. I just fixed an issue wit Firefox being slow to start by resetting it (like they recommend) and this cursor problem started right away, so I assume this is related to Firefox.

You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

I cannot set my gmail to push, only fetch or manual. How can I resolve this?
On my iphone 4s, I went to settings-->fetch new data-->advanced. Icloud has push, fetch or manual, but gmail only has fetch or manual. Am i doing something very stupid? I would like to receive notification of my emails immediately. Thanks.

Starting computer only. Blue screen appears, how do I resolve this?
I recently had to upgrade my hard drive on my MacBook pro 13 inch 2010. I reinstalled my back up from time machine and performed an update. Aft that it has not worked and only displays a blue screen and nothing else. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

I believe you should reinstall the full three step way:
Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences), run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.

IPhone 4 freezes when I try to make or receive a call
When I try and call another person my iphone freezes. Sometimes its instant, sometimes the speaker is lit up and then it freezes.
It also freezes when somebody tries to call me.

It sounds like when you try and change your wallpaper the Settings app becomes unresponsive and you have to quit it. I want to recommend a few things here. First close all the running apps on the phone:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone and try again:
