My child's iPod touch is locked. No one knows the password. I have tried connecting to iTunes but since itouch is locked, iTunes will not recognize It. How do I unlock the itouch? The hard reset does not work either.

I upgraded from Iphone 3g to iphone 4. I had to update my macbook pro to Lepard just to sync. the **** thing with the new iphone 4. I bought and updated to lepard. I was so frustrated by this when I first bought the phone that I just pushed it out of my mind and NEVER synced it. Please help...Nope - you cannot restore a backup from a newer iOS version on to a device running an older iOS version. The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.

I recently updated to the new iOS through my computer with my iPhone 4 pluged in via USB. It has shut down my phone and just shows the iTunes icon with the USB cord to plug in. When I try to sync my phone with the computer iTunes does not recognize it!! So now my iPhone is useless and I really need it back to working order!! Please help......Hilda

I bought a new computer, tried to install itunes, after three different people tried to help me, i finally got itunes to install, but when I plug my iphone into my computer, itunes does not recognize the device. I am trying to 1. upgrade my iphone soft ware to 10.5.3, utilize icloud, and perform basic functions of syncing my phone with my computer. Any help, anyone could provide would be appreciated.

RoseIf your iTunes is the latest version, restart your computer and reboot your iPhone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPhone restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Forget iPhone password, when connect to computer "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a pass code. You must enter pass code on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
You have to restore it using a computer with iTunes per the knowledge base article above.
With iOS 7, if you have Find My Phone turned on you can login to iCloud from a computer and send an erase signal to the iPhone to clear it...that will erase all content and settings. -
i was able to print with my acrobat before, but I can no longer do it. the error message says "adobe creation cannot continue because acrobat is not activated" How do I activate it?
I have the exact same issue. I can print one document and then I get the error mentionned above ("adobe creation cannot continue because acrobat is not activated"). Then I need to reboot in order to be able to print a new document.
I have suite and went to Photoshop as suggested, but this program is already activated. I tried to launch Acrobat Pro but it won't.
I'm using the Design and Web Premium CS6 Suite on Windows Vista.

I am unable to access my LR5.7 Catalog of my recent holiday. I am running Windows 7 (64Bit) and recently installed and then uninstalled DxO Optics Pro. The error message says it "cannot be opened because another application already has it opened.Quit the other copy of Lightroom before trying to launch" The problem is, that I can only see one copy of LR5 open and cannot locate the ".lrcat.lock" file for the specific catalog I want to open. I have tried re-booting my computer, but this did not work.
Thanks Geoff. I was finally able to locate the ".lrcat.lock" file relevant to the catalog I want to open. Once I deleted it, LR5 was able to access my images. Problem solved. THANK YOU
