HT1491 i cant buy any in-app purchase for global war game... help please?

as stated.. i cant buy anything from (Global war ) inapp purchase keeps failing...

Do you have Restrictions on? Tap Settings > General > Restrictions and look for In-App Purchases.
Try downloading something else from the App Store, to make sure there isn't a connection issue.
If it isn't restrictions or a connection issue, contact the iTunes Store people using Express Lane.

    For info we are fellow users here on these forums.
    The message that you've received from iTunes Support implies that you've violated the store's terms (terms that you agreed to abide by). What that violation is we won't know (and iTunes Support are probably unlikely to tell you, all they tend to do is refer you to the terms as you have been), but probably the most common reason is using a country's store when not in that country - are you in the country that you have listed on your account ?

    I just got a new iPod touch and transferred all my stuff onto it. But for some reason I can't get any in app purchases to work on any of my games. I've checked settings and there are no restrictions on so what could the problem be?     This is happening to me also but only with certain apps. The message I get with the apps that won't update is "Update Unavailable with This Apple ID. This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled".

    Not sure why you did this.
    You can change the e-mail address associated with an account.
    All purchases will always be tied to the account form which they were purchased.

    What is a light grey color? The "Download More Sounds" from the GarageBand menu? Is the "Restore Purchase" option active? Then try that option.
    Are you signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to upgrade to GarageBand 10.0? Check the "Store" menu in the App Store app, if you are signed in. And check the "Purchased" tab of the AppStore, if you need to "Accept" GarageBand.

    The option to send reset info will only appear if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting the option then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use.

  • Why can I not make any in app purchases?  The two games I have tried are game of war fire age and candy crush.  They both tell me that my device cannot connect to iTunes.  I've tried on my iPhone 5s as well as my iPad mini2.

    I've tried restarting both devices, I've reinstalled the apps, I've reset both devices, I've logged out and back in, and I've tried on both wifi and cellular.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Also, I have purchased other apps and music on iTunes since the problem started.

    Same thing... I used a app card I bought from the country I study at the moment and I had o create an account without a visa or any other card.
    I can purchase everything else but in apps... The answer by the service? You ar not authorized to purchase anything from the X iTunes Store.. But I already have used it!!!!! (The correspondence stopped there from their part, talk qoutes awkward...)

    No. An in-app purchase can only be made through the same iTunes Store account that the game was originally purchased through and will be linked only to that account. Receipts will be mailed only to the email address associated with that Apple ID. What Game Center account the game is linked to will be, to the best of my knowledge, irrelevant.
