HT1657 Everytime I try to downlaod a movie I have rented using the option Check for Rentals, nothing happens. Any ideas?
So I rented a movie using iTunes and my AppleTV device. I chose the option Rent and Watch later. I have been charged the rental fee. Yet, whenever I try and download the movie, I choose it on iTunes/Appe TV and am told that I have already rented it and I need to check the download status, via Settings, iTunes account, Check for Downloads.
Everytime I get to the Check for Downloads option, the system gets stuck. The cursor device simply spirals and spirals and spirals.
Any ideas as to what to do?

Same error message, I disabled tab mix and made sure I only have the newest version of Java, restarted firefox, now it seems to be fine no error yet on Pogo games or pictures upload to ebay which were the biggest problems besides hanging. I had also had disabled AVG secure search yesterday but that did not solve the issue. Now I will try to add back in AVG search...I have very few adds ons, also the note embedded about re- installing a toolbar went away, my old one did not work with FF4, so I installed Yahoo toolbar but the message still did not go away until I applied this fix. Hopes this helps someone..

You would have to rent it again.

No, you will still need to pay the full price, whether you've previously rented it isn't taken into account.

I rented a movie on my Apple TV and did not download it right away. When I try to retrieve it under iTunes and check for rentals like it says to do nothing comes up
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
When I try to play it it says error but has no code and its not showing up in my check for rentals
Your phone needs more storage, buying storage on iCloud.com doesn't change that.
Delete some of the stuff off of your phone, it's full. -
When I try to update my software it just cuts out after a few seconds and asks if I want to restart the process. Any ideas on this?? Also, I am unable to add any attachments to outgoing emails. Just freezes and I have to force quit my safari???

When I try to print a picture from iPhoto, all of the detail is not shown...any ideas?
So I design a nice card in iPhoto, and then I try to print it - all of the design disappears and only the text is visible.
To view the full card design do I have to purchase the card and have it delivered?Tried. If I directly print, or save as a PDF, the design is either:
a) lost
b) replaced with the design of another card
c) just goes blank

I have purchased several TV shows (12) from the i tunes Store and it will download only one at a time, ( and at a rate of about 5 hours per episode using broadband. On my ipod, I currently have 2 TV shows downloaded approx 506 MG and on i tunes 306 songs,taking up 1.20 GB. )However now a message comes up.
"There was a problem downloading The disc you are attempting to use is full.Removing files and emptying the recycle bin will help free up additional space."
My C drive and D drive have some space.My C drive says total size is 13.9 GB and free space is 335 MB,my D drive is 23.2 GB and free space is 23.2 GB ( this is where my itunes software is stored) I have deleted all unneccessary files and photos and cant see how I can make any more space for the TV shows/movies etc.
Please tell what space is meant and where can i free it.? Also is it possible to download more than 1 movie at a time?

You should always have at least 15% free space on the boot drive for the OS to use.
Windows likes to download stuff in to a temp file (ont eh C: drive) before putting it where it goes so this may be causing the problem.
Not sure if iTunes Windows download directly to the iTunes music folder -> Downloads. It should.
Also is it possible to download more than 1 movie at a time?
I don't believe so. If one movie is taking 5 hours, it would simply slow down that to half speed. Better to get one completed in 5 hours than two half completed. -
I have been trying to watch PGA Championship and every time I open the video link it says "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed". I do have the current Adobe Flash and Mozilla Firefox. Any ideas of how i can get this up and running. Thanks for your help. See link below that I'm having issues with.

Apple Tv keep saying widescreen I rented and brought the movies I don't get widescreen I have to open up the screen with another remote there was only one movie that was widescreen? Can you fix this? Do you have any advice?
Virtually all iTunes movies are widescreen, so it is difficult to understand what you are referring to, could you explain a little better please.

I have 2 concerns, first my Canon 5D MarkII is not showing up in the input source when I download to lightroom. I have to use the card reader to do so. Then there is no File Handling Section listed anywhere. Please Help. Thanks Jim R.

Everytime I try to download a movie I purchased on itunes, I get the network timed out msg. I am using my verizon internet card with my ipod touch. For some reason, it will not recognize the wireless connection we have in places we travel to. My computer connects to whatever wireless connection but my ipod says not found. Never lists available networks around us like my computer does. Also, I can't seem to find a number to call the itunes store for help downloading the movies I purchased. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I probably should add I have no problems downloading music from itunes, just the movies I purchase.

Can't seem to finish a movie on AppleTV. It just stops in the middle of movie and returns to menu. Try to check for rentals under settings like it says to when we try and download movie again and all I get is a spinning wheel. At least the second this has happened in the middle of a movie. Beginning to think AppleTV is junk!
