My I-phone won't sinc now since I have upgraded my I-tunes...:(
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

It is on your old computer. Restore your whole hard drive with all your irreplaceable things like photos in about 20 minutes from the backup clone you make on a regular basis.

Select the iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes if you have the sidebar displayed, or with the button at the top right.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
You can re-download your available previous purchases.
If the above doesn't work, it is reported iTunes Support occasionally permitting a second download when asked nicely, but they are in no way obligated to do this. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column; 'iTunes Store' in the second column; third column click 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption' and proceed from there.

I was trying to add an itunes library to my computer, and now my itunes library can not be found. An ipod can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. How can I find my Itunes library, complete with playlists ?
I have the same problem too and tried alot of things like time zone , restarting or changing DNS of wifi connection to 8.8.8.8 still nothing happens .. !!

I updated my iPhone 4S and now my iTunes (10.6.1) won't read it. It said to update, but 10.7 won't work on my computer because it's a Mac 10.8. I can't find the iTunes 10.6.3 anywhere. What can I do to be able to sync my computer and phone?
iTunes 10.7 does indeed work on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. Do you mean you have Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard? If so, and you updated your iPhone 4S to iOS 6 on some other computer, then you may be out of luck synching to your 10.5.8 system, but you can get and try 10.6.3 here:

Itunes can't find my itunes folder
I put my itunes music in a folder on an external hard drive a while ago. No problem, til I downloaded the latest version of itunes. Now itunes can't find my itunes folder. How do I tell itunes where the itunes folder is if itunes doesn't even open up?
What you want to do is hold down Shift as you double click on iTunes. It will then tell you that it needs your iTunes library file in order to continue. Browse to it and select it. Your music should all be there.

I need help can i find out what device request a password reset.
I dont check my email very often and when i did i had a email from apple saying how do i rest my password. they sent it to me on 8/15/13 at 2:30pm. also i went to my icloud account and noticed i only have 1 ipod and my sons iphone registered. i did have 2 ipods and my sons iphone. so i need some help finding out if i can get that email tracked back to the device. Your Apple ID, was just used to download Paper Run from the App Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID. You may also be receiving this email if you reset your password since your last purchase. that is what the 2nd email said. so now i am worried. if anyone can help lead me in the right derection. thank youI do not think you can find out on what device the purchases was made.

Can't find my iTunes library on my laptop.
Can't find iTunes library on my laptop. Daughter's library is there, but mine doesn't seem to be. When I plugged my ipod in, got a message indicatng my ipod was synced to another library and asking if I wanted to erase it and sync with this one. Can 2 iTunes libraries be stored on the same laptop? (I'm not tech savvy - appreciate any help offered.)
Is this the computer the device was syncing with previously?
If not, where is that library? The library will only be where the user puts it.
Syncing is one way, computer to iDevice.
Multiple libraries can be stored on a single computer... if that's what you really want.
