HT1688 Iphone 5S screen keeps turing solid blue

I just got the new Iphone 5s in slate grey 32GB and i have At&t. when using my phone going in and out of apps, my phones screen will suddenly turn solid blue for about 2 seconds then the apple logo will appear and it restarts my phone. anyone else having this issue? it seems to happen more when i am exiting apps back to the home screen.

Well it happened to me after an upgrade to iOS 7.0.4 . The phone would try to boot, get to a blue screen and start all over again. Here's the solution to get out of this loop:
Hold Home and Power button together until a completely black screen appears. Then make sure iTunes is running on a computer. Plug the USB end of the sync cable into the compter and while you hold the iPhone Home button pressed plug the 8pin cable in and wait a few sec until a screen with the iTunes and cable logo shows up. Release the Home button. From here on iTunes will guide you on how to recover the phone.
From this story I've learned one thing: iCloud back up is actually useful since it's done automatically over WiFi in the middle of the night when the device is not in use.

My AT&T iphone 5 screen keeps suddenly magnifying and I cannot easily get it to restart. Because everything is so huge I cannot get to the power off or unlock slider and the touchsreen barely responds, has anyone else seen anything like this? Someone said it was maybe connected to a new camera feature but I cannot find anything to change. It has all the latest updates and is only a month old.

It's possible you have zoom enabled and are inadvertently using a gesture to toggle it on
check your settings, go to settings > general > accessibility. Is zoom on? If you're not visually impaired, you'll most likely want to turn it off
If it was on, it's possible you were toggling the feature by double-tapping with three fingers on your screen at any point. When zoom is activated, the gestures of the phone change, even for normal navigation. You have to use 3 fingers to move around the screen when zoom is on.

IPhone 5 screen went green and blue and then faded to black?

I was on my iphone and had messages open and than the screen just froze and turned blue and green and than slowly faded to black and now won't turn on. When i plug it into the wall it doesn't do anything. The phone is still on because my dad called the phone and it still rings. It has a glow to it too when it is in the dark so the screen must be on or something, i don't know. Any help please!!

Iphone 4 screen keeps changing

im now totally unimpressed with my iphone 4, not only can i hardly ever delete text without getting loads of additional characters instead but now when i pick it up it changes screen 6 or 7 times, or when i try to input the password it flashes the screen on and off several times as if im inputting the password and then says incorrect password, PUK required - its almost as if someone is touching the screen and selecting options without me knowing, very spooky!!
Is it me or is there something wrong with the phone - i was told it was easy to use but im struggling to see how - much prefer my old nokia

Iphone 4 keeps freezing even a lot of times resetting it...

If you still have warranty, yes you should be able to replace it. My ipad mini speakers had a rattle to it, and they just gave me a new ipad on the spot.

Did you try using iTunes to update your iPhone?
If that isn't working, just try simplying restoring your phone. It will then automatically update it.

No, you can't roll back. But you can probably fix the issue you are having with iOS 6 with a little searching the forum and support articles.

Why does my Macbook Pro keep flashing to blue screen randomly?

I bought my Macbook Pro last August and have used it for four months now. It's still new. Everytime I check on it, the screen keeps flashing to blue in like 5 minutes and I push Command + Shift + Q to log off and the screen goes back to normal. It keeps happening a couple times since I got my Macbook Pro. Does this mean I am under warranty?

This is a known 2011 Macbook Pro 10.6.8 problem. Occasional blue screen when quitting applications due to graphic card switching. Temporary fix is to turn off graphic card switching. Under Apple, system preferences, energy, uncheck box. You can also close your display, allow sleep, re-open. Should return to desktop as if nothing happened. We are waiting for Apple to fix the problem?

My iPhone 5 screen keeps going completely dark and I have to struggle to see the icons and navigate to brightness and fix it , but when I get to the brightness seething it is where I left it ( not on lowest setting ) also have have a issue with my sound not working ? The way how to make the screen not DIM AT ALL, is to go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock > Never
This makes the screen never dim, please tell me if it works!

Specifically under Display has no backlight or dark screen -
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

Texting in Landscape - Screen keeps shutting off

Ever since I updated to 7.1 i am having trouble texting. I normally text in landscape mode becuse my fingers are large, and now the screen keeps turing off everytime my finger goes in front of the front-facing camera. It is as if the phone things I am putting it to my ear, and shuts off the screen. I understand this happens when making a call, but not sure why this now happens when texting? Any one else having this issue?

The symptoms you describe could be those of a battery being completely drained. When this happens the device will shut down and not respond even after attempting to charge. The usual cure is to plug the device into the wall charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes. Then reset the device. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot. If the device restarts let it continue to charge until the battery is 100%. If the device does not restart make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

IPhone 6 screen blacks out

My iPhone 6 screen keeps shutting off and the phone does not respond, until I do a reset (home/power button). This started happening after the 8.1.2 upgrade, and now happens very frequently. Sadly, it didnt work. Went into a lot of trouble restoring from the iCloud (I have about 20GB of music and it all had to be downloaded all over again), and the problem is still there. I also did a restore, setting up the phone as a new phone, and the problem is still there. One thing I noticed is that the phone is heating up a lot more than it did earlier. Based on whats on the forums, it seems that I have to get the phone replaced, but I can do this only when I am in the UK next time. Till then, I guess I'd have to suffer in silence
