When i try to purchase something on itunes it says I need to entrer the security code on my card and when I do it says i need to enter a valid one.
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

CC 2014 saying I need to sign in as a trial – even though I'm a paid up CC member?

Made my updates but now mu packages default to CC (2014) versions of InD and PS – and when they try to open, it asks me to start trial.

i got the new iPod for christmas and to buy an app it says i need to answer the security questions however i do not remember the answers....what should i do?
You need to use your "emergency email" that you used to set up your iPod to change the security questions and answers.

Can i change them or somehow find out what my answers were?You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.

Hi Team, I am fairly new at this & I'm trying for the first time to download a movie, however its not allowing me to play as it says I need to download quicktime which I have tried to do, I have this application now but its still not allowing me to play movie, any help please for someone who hasnt got a clue
where did you download the movie from?
what is it doing when it wont allow you to play the movie?
since you downloaded quicktime is it still asking you to download quicktime? -
I'm a new user and learning, I bought and installed Premiere Pro cs6. I got a nice video clip but has a baby cried in the background and very annoying. I have tried all of the sounds in Prem cs6 but didn't work. My question is, do I need to get a separate sound software download and install to be able to use it?
In the CS versions, there was some audio capability in PrPro but you needed to get a separate audio program for major work. Lessening a baby definitely qualifies as major work. That's lessening, i dont mean eliminating. Adobe's audio program is Audition. There are others "out there'. In the CC versions one just downloads Audution also.

My iPhone V will not connect to a Microsoft Exchange server. It says that the User Name or Password are incorrect even though they're not and I can log on directly to Exchange with the same parameters using the web browser.
I bought the phone when it came out last October. The connection did not work at first, then started without warning in December. It worked perfectly for 2 months then stopped again when IOS 6.1.2 was Installed.
Help please!I have forwarded these questions about the version of Exchange server that is being used and whether Microsoft host the mai themselves to the IT Dept but I will not get a reply from them until tomorrow.
In the meantime I have also tried:
Deleting and re-creating the account AGAIN!
And re-setting the phone (recommended as a solution to a similar problem with an iPad in another forum.
But please remember that:
The phone would not connect for 2 months after I bought it
Then started working unexpectedly in December
Then stopped working again when IOS 6.1.2. was installed
Also why am I the only person affected by this when colleagues with iPhone 3s and 4s who use the same mail system are not (I am still trying to find one with an iPhone V to see if their's works).
Like I said I think that there must be a fault, either with my own phone or with iPhone Vs in general. -
whenever I try to sync my phone with itunes, it prompt with a window saying that this computer is not authorised. Although I again authorise my computer through store option but again while sync it shows the same window. I have reinstaled itunes also but invain. I am unable to sort it out pl help

I'm tried to enter my credit card info but it keeps saying declined I had this issue a few years ago but I forgot how I fixed the issue
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

10.7.3 does not show up on my system update and it says that all system is all up to date even though my mac is 10.7. all updates do the same thing.

I am now unable to print pdf documents. The message on screen says I have not selected any pages to print, even though the bullet point saying 'All' pages has been clicked. I have recently upgraded to adobe reader XI, could that be the problem? I also cannot sign in to Adobe Export pdf now either. It says 'error occured while signing in'!
Open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences | Documents: change View Documents in PDF/A Mode to Never.

IPod says "disabled connect to itunes"... wrong pass code from my 10 year old. I put to recovery mode and 10 minutes into restore it tells me to put the pass word in but the iPod is still locked... help I can't put the pass code in and I can't recover.... He feel awful!

My second iPod is a 5th generation and when I try to buy something it says it needs make sure I am who I say I am and it makes me answer security questions. But the problem is I don't know the answers to them. I did not choose them. And if I can't find an answer I can't buy anything!!! Help!!!!

Pacman says i need kernel26-2.6.13.4-3 even tho i have .....
Ok so i did today my daily pacman -Syu and with some other packages that it says i need to update also is listed kernel26-2.6.13.4-3 even tho im running arch with kernel26-scsi-2.6.13.4-3 , i have no idea why this his happening but something tells me it isnt rite and if i update to that package my system will get bad .
So i my guessing is this needs to be reviewed maybe somo bad dependency or some like that

Ok so i started updating package by package until i got to the mono-debugger wich is the package that is asking for the kernel26, maybe this will help more to see the problem. dependency check on mono-debugger ??

I installed mono-debugger omiting dependency check and also monodevelop and now im fine, pacman doenst ask anymore for the kernel update.tomk wrote:

Regardless, no packages should depend on the kernel. That's part of the design (at least according to Xentac).
