i was buy a iTunes redeem card, and success enter the code in my iTunes account(this account), but when i click to buy song, app,
iTunes force me to update the billing form everytime (i dun have credit card, i clicked none)

    I am unable to download or upgrade any apps because my phone says my billing is incorrect when its the exact card i been using for over a year. im wondering if someone has hacked into my account and purchased items and not knowing i have no balance on my card.

    I am having this exact same problem! Two days ago I got an iTunes email saying that it couldn't renew my Pandora One subscription due to an error with my billing. When I went to investigate, all my info was accurate-- billing and address, both on iTunes and with my bank. Tried to update and it still said my billing info didn't match my bank's records. I even tried to switch my iTunes payment to PayPal so it would be deducted straight from my bank account and it STILL says there's an error. What is going on! Been using this card/address for a year, just like Mjose94 and suddenly there's an issue. FIX THIS, APPLE!

  • Itunes purchase and billing info problem

    when I try to purchase music, Itunes tells me my zip code is wrong and that I cannot purchase music until this problem is solve. It then prompts me to correct my billing info. My zip code is correct and has never changed in my lifetime. What should I do?

    hello i just purcased a new imac and i cant make a pyment in app store ... it says your payment method was declined .. i am clicking on billing info to edit payment and i input again my visa but an error appears again ... i am sure all the information i am filling is correct ..

    Was this VISA card issued to you by a bank in the same country where you live and whose Mac App Store you are trying to use? Do you have a verifiable billing address for this card in the same country? Or is this a VISA debit card that you bought in a local store?

  • First use of i tunes - billing info problem

    I tried to enter the billing information, so that I can use i tunes, but my country isn't in the list of the states available. As this is the first use of the account, there is no "none" option. How can I use i tunes.

    answer: didn't get a reply, maybe i created the topic in the wrong place. I know there is good advice out there just couldn't find it this time.
    I did have a session with apple chat support, the problem
    was addressed by the supervisor not the tech.
    Not sure if the issue is solved haven't been able to check it out.

    I've tried putting my bank details into my apple id about 10 times now and every time its declined it!! The information is all right and i don't know what to do??? Help!!!

    If it's a debit card then I don' think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined.
    If it is a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • HT1918 I went and tried to change my billing info , but it says that there is a problem with a purchase and to update my billing info. Is this why it won't let me delete my card info to none?

    I'm basically locked out of the App Store from downloading and up dating. When I try to update or download anything a window pops up saying to check my billing info or that there was a billing problem, so when I tried to delete my NGO and cha ge it to none there was no option for that. So does this mean that I need to correct the problem first before I can have access to the App Store?

    Yes.  You need to correct the billing descrepancy before you can use the iTunes store.  Write down what error you are getting, and open a support request at expresslane.apple.com for the iTunes store.  They can check the issue and get a solution for you.

    In Itunes i'm unable to update my credit card info. It won't take the security code, but it did before. It also isn't accepting cards at this time.

    the security code error is actually generic and just means the card is being rejected, double check your billing info to make sure it matches the card exactly or contact the card issuer to make sure they arent blocking it because of a fraud filter or something similar

    If you had money in your account when you purchased a paid app and Apple didn't claim on the payment to your bank until after the download it maybe that there was insufficient balancce in your account to complete the purchase and therefore you'll need to wait until you have the funds to make the payment, when you have billing issues it won't even let you download free apps.
    If that isn't the case then give iTunes store a call or email them and they can tell you exactly what is wrong with the account

    Settings > iTunes and App store > Apple ID = Sign Out... Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.
    It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

    To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
    As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
    The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
    By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
    Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have.

Maybe you are looking for
