HT1937 My iPhone 4S is frozen with the iTunes logo in the middle and a small arrow pointing to it with the iPhone connector showing at the bottom

My iPhone 4S is frozen.  I had it plugged into my PC all night trying to update to the new iOS 7.  This morning my iPhone was frozen with a connection cord and above it an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo.
