Error 1015 is typically related to downgrading software.
Is your iPhone jailbroken or hacked? If so, it's likely "bricked".
If not, the highest iOS the iPhone can use is version 4.2.1. -
Hi all, please help me reinstall Itunes onto my PC. When i did a pc refresh, it deleted my itunes and microsoft office. I am now trying to reinstall itunes and am getting the following message each time i try run the new downloaded version ( i have tried a few older and the latest one and all show the same message)

AndrewTell us some version numbers please, of your Mac OS versions and iTunes versions on both computers (two eMacs yes?).

Text messages are included in your iPhone backup. Before switching over to the new phone, back up the old one, then restore this backup to your new phone. Frozen iPhone. ANd yes I have read the troubleshoots on this website.
I have an iPhone 3GS 16gb and recently while using an app my phone started to lag and I lost service so I turned off my phone. When I tried turning it back on the Apple logo would appear but would just be there for minutes and then the load wheel would appear over the Apple logo, then eventually my phone would turn itself off and try rebooting again. I have tried to plug my phone into my computer but it will not launch and iTunes does not even pick up that my iPhone is plugged in. I cannot even get my phone to fully load and turn on so I can factory reset it. Any suggestions?
I have done a hard reset using the wake/home buttons and it just brings it back to the apple symbol which wont go away. My phone cannot load, like as is fully turn on, or connect with my PC. All out of nowhere. It did this once the other week for about 2 hours and then randomly connected to my PC after being plugged in for 2 hours. right now my phone has been in this cycle of frozen Apple symbol, frozen load wheel, self reset, frozen Apple symbol, frozen load wheel, self reset, etc. for over 50 straight hours. I have let it completely die down and I get the Red Battery symbol showing for my to connect to the power source and when I do it goes right back to the apple symbol cycle. Sound like a software or a hardware issue? I have had my iPhone since Sept, 09, do you think the warranty would cover this?

The last 2 songs I purchased, Treasure and Take Back the Night, are not downloading from the cloud on my iPhone 4 or my iPad2. I have tried previous suggestions on the support page. Can anyone suggest further solutions?

Check your purchase history by going to the iTunes Store and then click on purchases. From there you can see all your purchase history and download what you are missing.

I get intermittent failure of home wifi. My iPhone 5 shows full wifi signal but I cannot connect to the internet. I just get a message saying " Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding ". I do not have this problem with my iPad mini which is connected to the same router. I have used the apple troubleshooting guide but still cannot fix the problem. Does anyone else have the same problem?
If you have carefully follow ALL of the steps in that article, you are using a USB port directly on your computer and not a USB hub (don't use a front port on a tower or desktop either, as they are an internal hub) and you installed iTunes correctly using an Administrator ID and you have tried disabling your antivirus and firewall then there is no hope of it ever working. Look at the tip again, and go through it carefully, not skipping any steps.
Note, BTW, that an iPhone will not show up on a computer, only in iTunes. If there are photos in the Camera Roll then it will appear in Windows as a digital camera only. -
Is anyone else having the same problem... My iphone 5c will be working fine, then fade away and the apple will appear. It takes a minute and then the phone is back up and working? What is causing this to happen?
Phone is under warranty. Take it back to the store for exchange.

I really don't want to have to restore default settings by connecting my phone to my laptop every time this happens!! Surely if my 5 year old Nokia didn't lose contacts my iPhone should be able to manage the same.

I have the latest version of iTunes. Whenever I click on the iTunes store section on iTunes the loading bar reaches half-way then stops. I can access my acount on my ipod touch however. i have tried reinstalling itunes but no help. I do have an internet filter but it is not doing any pop-ups(as it always does when it blocks content) so I am very sure that is not the problem.

Why have I lost radio 4 on my ipad, iphone and ipod. I have tried lots of different british radio apps.
I can't tell you how it happened, but if you want to get them back on your other devices, download the app My Contacts Backup on your 4S and use the app to back up your contacts as a vCard attachment to an email. Send the email to yourself. You can open the email on your iPad and tap the attachment to import the contacts to your iPad. If you want them in iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud on your iPad and turn Contacts to On before importing the contacts. If your computer is signed into your iCloud account this will also make them appear on your computer. If not, import the vCard attachment to whatever contact management program you are using on your computer.
