HT201209 Why doesn't a gift card amount show in my account? When I try to re-enter it said code already entered. How do I get to the gift card amount?
A couple things,
First I redeemed a gift card I have and yet it doesn't show in my account. I tried re-entering the code again and ofcourse I was advised the code had already been entered. What do I do?
Also, I entered another of my gift card codes and advised it was redeemed yet when I go to use my gift card credits it takes me to my regular billing information; credit card, etc. How do I get the store to accept payment by my credits instead of my other billing information?

By 'redeemed points' I assume that you mean that you've redeemed an iTunes gift card onto your account (?). If you do then are you trying to buy songs for yourself or are you trying to gift them - you can only gift items from a credit card, an account's balance can't be used for gifting. If you are buying for yourseflt and you are being asked to enter/verify a credit card number then are you currently in the country where your iTunes account is based ?

I'm trying to buy a game using a gift card but the only options that come up are ones for credit cards. It says redeem giftcard but I have already done this, so when I try this option again it says that this gift card as already been redeemed which is obvious as I did it earlier, so where is the buy game with gift card on the app store?!?!?!?!?!?!
The iTunes/Mac App Stores use the credit from a gift card first, but if the credit doesn't cover the full total the system asks for a credit card. The US store's prices don't include the local sales taxes, so if the system is asking for a card, then your total most likely is exceeding the amount of your gift card credit.

How do I get to the airport card in a Nehalem?
I'm thinking my airport card may not be connected correct or something but I cant figure out where it is to check. I have the 2.66GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon "Nehalem" I can't find any videos or images of this model mac. When i go to about this mac the card shows up under airport but Airport Utility doesn't show up anything just says rescan.

I have a Linksys WRT160N. As of right now my airport card wont even find it. My iphone and psp and ps3 connect to the router network just fine.
Two things that I can think of that might explain what you see: (1) The AirPort card is bad. (2) It's not connected correctly to its antenna(s). (I've seen stories about such problems.) I wonder if Apple Hardware Test could help you eliminate the first possibility. -
Why doesn't my E4200 wireless router show all attached devices when viewing the DHCP Client table?
I recently installed some wireless IP cameras and when attempting to re-install a camera I went into the DHCP Client table to verify which IP a camera was using to set it up, but I could not...and still cannot see any of my cameras in the table even though I can access three of them directly through the IE web browser. I initially power cycled both the E4200 router and Motorola cable modem, and then later just the wireless router...but I still do not see the devices connected. I currently have 2.0.37 firmware even though I was told by Cisco support that there was a later version available, just before being informed that I do not have support available and could purchase it. I attempted to locate a newer version, but the online upgrade portion of the Cisco Connect software searched the net and then states that I have the latest version available. I also opened a Firefox browser to see if maybe my browser was causing issues, but the same limited table appears without all entries available. I even opened the Cisco Connect software on another laptop with the same limited results.
Other than a factory reset, any suggestions to get me E4200 dual band wireless router to show all attached devices through the DHCP Client table as it previously did approximately two weeks ago? Thanks!barrysegal wrote:

It is strongly recommended that you upgrade the firmware to a smart wifi, which may resolve lot of bugs. You can also download the firmware here:

Whether you can get an iTunes gift card depends upon what country that you are in - they are not available in all countries and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue and only onto accounts that are based in that country. If they are available in your country then you might be able to get them from Apple, or from electrical stores, supermarkets etc

it's also likely that you used two different apple IDs to purchase apps. if that's the case then you simply have to log out of your app store, and log into the other account to update the apps.
from experience it's not possible to syncronise purchased content from two different accounts. but you can always give Apple a call. -

Why doesn't my TestStand deployment installation show up under my Windows start menu of my target machine?
I have successfully installed working deployments to target machines. However, I was expecting to see the installation listed as "My TestStand System A" in my start menu, but it is not. Am I misunderstanding something here?
Also, if I peform a different second deployment to the target station like "My TestStand System B", all of the LabVIEW files from my previous installation for "My TestStand System A" disappear from the target directory (c:\Program Files\My TestStand System A).
I am using TestStand 4.2.1 Professional on the development station with Windows XP and LabVIEW 2009.

That solved my second problem and inspired me to search deeper for the answer to my first problem. The answer is in the "Distributed Files" tab, "installer properties", "Create a Program Item" checkbox:
Wouldn't it be nice if this was automatically checked by default for the main sequence files? Wouldn't it also be nice if "Upgrade Code" was automatically regenerated by default whenever we saved the *.tsd file under a different name?
