HT201210 since july of 2013, i lost my Apple ID password. i follow all the instruction to reset it. but still no luck until now. can somebody advise pls?
this happen on my iphone5 since 11th of July 2013. i try to use other ID. it works. but the old one keep pop up on the screen. it's so awsome. can somebody pls give me a hand to solve this problem pls.... thanks alot
I no longer have access to my Primary email address so I can't change the password on iCloud or on my iPhone. The secondary email address have also been changed as I have been with Apple from day one and Apple 3. I can't format the phone I can back it up to new ITunes ID but can't restore it. Here we are now back to the original ID and password problem . How do I get rid of the old ID and Password ? Change to Samsung ?

In the last Apple Itunes update it deleted the file Msvcr80.dll, how do get it back so I can download Itunes again?
Uninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer files from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

But... if the Device has been Modified / Hacked / Jailbroken... this will Not necessarily work. -
How can i stop loosing all my videos, music, pics etc after an IOS update? PLEASE can somebody help me as i've lost everthing the last time i proceeded with this update so this time my mam thought she was doing the right thing by updating my phone!! :C
everything should be on your computer.
If you do as you should and make sure that everything is on your computer, then you should lose nothing. -
I have an iPod Nano generation six, and since I had to get a new hard drive on my Macbook pro, the nano no longer registers in iTunes. My other devices show up fine. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice,and nothing works.

I was updating my software on my iphone 4 and it crashed so it recovered it and i restored it from its back up. However I have lost all my music and my apps but not my pictures. How can i get my music back. I did not remove my phone from the computer until it had said it had finsihed.
Media and apps are not part of the backup. They need to be re-synced from your itunes library or re-downloaded from the store.

i am unable to set up my iphone 5 after reset since am getting a error stating 'unable to reach server' . i tried restoring the same from my computer but i get a error stating server unavailable' . please help me as my phone is stuck at the set up page. so i have already tried recovery mode as well.

I have an iphone 4.I upgraded it to 5.0.1 and so I have lost all the data from my iPhone,but i have a backup in my computer.How do I use the backup file ? i.e How will i get that backup file in my iPhone ?
Connect phone to computer.
Select Restore.
Tell iTunes which of the available backup files to use, let iTunes restore it.

I have just come back from morocco where my phone worked ok using the morroco network, but since returning to the uk I can't get it to pick up a signal from the 'Three' network, have tried resetting etc but still wont work, any suggestions

Quit Safari, find the com.apple.Safari.plist file in your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder, drag it to the Desktop, log out/in or restart and let us know what happens.

I had my photo stream on and my icloud all set up, i just had the screen replaced and they somehow lost all the photos off my phone, but why wont the photo's reload back on to my iphone now that im connected to wifi again, where are all my photos???
When photos are added to the photo stream album on a device (either due to a new photo having been taken or having been synced from another device using the stream) they remain in the album. However, the syncing process involves copying the photos to the photo stream server where they are kept for a maximum of 30 days, up to 1000 photos. If a device is reset or the stream is turned off or turned back on again (or in your case, the device was repaired), the photos that were on the device's photo stream album are gone and the only ones to appear are those that are currently on the servers (recall the 30 day limit).
If some of your photos are older than 30 days, then they are no longer stored on the cloud and hence are not synced down to the iphone.
Recall, photo stream is just a syncing service, it is not designed as a storage service for photos. Always sync photos to a computer for archiving. -
so i have some open work from the night before on my computer and left it on, closed the top, the computer restarted it's self and lost all the work to what was added.....where can i find it....was it auto saved?
If the application supported auto-save, yes, if not, then no.
If you were creating a mail message, it might be in the drafts folder of the e-mail program.
What evidence do you have the computer restarted itself? Did the Apple logo come up? -
My Ipod has an error code of 1604 when trying to restore. I have followed all recommended instructions...any ideas.??

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

Hi, sill no joy with my sound on my iPad .the sound only works on one app ( Annie ) and the ring volume and it works for about 5 seconds after I switch it on . Was talking to apple and they said the reset my iPad and this will fix it .done this and it is still not working only with earphone and Annie. What next ?As they said this is unheard of as it was the upgrade to iso6 that caused this problem . Help
