it just says restore failed error 3194 but i can't find anything useful on google or anything i can understand, i don't get technology at all.

My phone randomly shut off. When I turned it back on it said it needed to restore, to plug it into itunes. When I did, and tried to restore it, it failed with a code 21. I have followed all the instructions, it still isn't working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all that the steps told me to, I've updated everything in my computer. I don't know what else to do. If I understand correctly, your iPhone cellular data is dropping periodically, but you can still make calls. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help resolve the issue here:
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad
Follow these steps, testing after each.
Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Restart your device.
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.
Check for a carrier-settings update: Connect to a Wi-Fi network, tap Settings > General > About, and install any available carrier-settings updates. If you can't connect to Wi-Fi, connect your device to a computer that has iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues.
Restore your iPhone.

It is usually given as a communication error between Apple, iTunes (your computer), iPhone. Somewhere they are not communicating, so the iOS you are trying to install cannot be approved by Apple. Trouble shooting steps include, making sure you have Current iTunes installed, make sure your Hosts file of computer is not blocking Apple. Try restoring on another computer.

The way you download older apps for the older, original iPad 1, as I understand it, is if you have iTunes installed on a computer, you purchase / download the new, current app, in the iOS App Store in iTunes on your computer. Then, go back to your iPad and go to the App Store app on your iPad and find the same app there and download it.
When You select app to update/download, a message pop-up window appears asking if you want to download the last compatible version for your device (if one still exists ) tap OK and that should be it. -
I tried updating my iPod, and ever since it has not worked at all. If I hold in the lock & home button, it will tell me to plug it into iTunes. Once I do that, it says it will restore but every time, restoring it fails. My iPod is not working at all, and I really have no idea what to do. It is just a black screen, and occasionally the white apple will appear as if it were turning on, but it won't turn on. I just need some suggestions on what to do!
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I am trying to use my adobe premiere elements 12 and when I go to click on a "new project" it takes me to the sign in page. Once I type my information in and click on "sign in" a little 'thinking circle' pops up and it just keeps spinning but it never ends up doing anything. Please help me with this issue. What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Did you have the opportunity to update 12 to 12.1 Update yet using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so when you get the opportunity.

I have tried to log into clash of clans on my iPad and it just keeps going to a new game rather than the one saved on my iPhone. I have been using the game centre and same user name and password ?
I have the same problem.. EXACTLY. . When phoning Apple Support they had trouble understanding my problem and couldnt find any type of solution. No one seems to take responsibility for GameCenter issues. The assistant escalated the problem but no one could find an answer. .
The only idea was to set up a new apple id, hence a new GameCenter account. . But that would loose all the itunes data. Anyone got ideas ? -

Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.
Sign into iCloud on your device with the correct Apple ID and password -

im trying to connect my iphone to itunes, and now it says it cant be detected. I synced some songs into it two nights ago,and now it wont work. i've been googling stuff for 2 hours and nothing helps. i've uninstalled and installed itunes, turned off my computer and back on. I've reset my phone like 2 times, and still nothing. When i plug it in, you see the little lightning bolt next to the battery then it disappears, and it just keeps vibrating or beeping.
