I have two charges to my credit card for the same dollar amount at two different times. First on 2/27/14 & second on 3/25/14 for $4.34. today's is pending payment and last months has been removed from my account. I have not purchased anything.

My computer (Win 7) recognises my ipod but when Itunes is automatically started the ipod is removed from "my Computer" and is not recognised in itunes, my device manager states he device is being "uninstalled by window" error 21, what is happpening.
Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?

What a depressing experience I've had trying to upgrade to Maverick. I have the minimal requirements 10.6.8 Mountaim Lion,.. It is a continuous rerouting from Itunes store to Apple store.
I have not purchased anything from the Apple store in the past and it is not allowing me..upgrade to Maverick
I have even went so far to purchase a credir card hoping I could purchase an item and get an upgrade in return.
I'm in Taiwan and have tried to be faithful to the apple brand ..***?This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. (also will not let me download even free apps.)

It should keep asking for the password, because it's trying to check for purchases... As soon as you login, it will see you have pending downloads and create the downloads section on the left below Purchases under the Store section. Then it will start the music downloads there, as they will be listed one below the other.
You could just try to check your account balance or view your account and that will trigger a password request too. You can just click on that and say that now iTunes keeps asking for the password and ask him to help you with that. Trick would be to interrupt him so that he carries on with another task after, so he doesn't notice the download. Or you carry on with email or browsing which you were "busy" with when iTunes interrupted you for the password (stupid iTunes) -
Okay so I just got an iPhone 5. My first iPhone. In the past I've had two different iPods, an iPod Touch 3rd Generation, and an iPad 2.
I only have 87 cents in my bank account so I paid cash for a $15 iTunes card so I could get some applications on my new iPhone 5. I realize that iTunes won't let me download updates or buy new applications when my bank account has a low or insufficient balance, so it will ask to verify the code on the back of the card. After entering the code, it says to please enter valid information. The information is valid, but won't be accepted because it has a low balance.
I tried selecting "None" as my payment options to see if that would allow me to make purchases using the $15 balance I just redeemed from the iTunes card. It doesn't seem to help the situation.
I went to contact Apple, but I had to schedule a call (this is the first time I've ever had to contact support for a problem - ever). I also sent in an email hoping I would get a response sooner. I want to play with my phone now, not in a few days when they can finally call me back...
While trying to figure out a solution to this, I ran into a couple of security questions that aren't even mine... They can't be because I don't have an answer for them. These security codes are not mine. I tried putting in an answer and it didn't work - obviously, because the questions don't apply to me. What the heck is going on Apple? Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful. -
Earlier today I imputed my new CC information into my iTunes account so that I could update some previous apps that I had purchased. Apparently due to my previous CC Information having expired I was not able to update my previous purchases (why is that)? Also, I noticed a charge on my account from Apple iTunes but I have not make any recent purchases and I have not received any email receipts stating otherwise. Obviously I will have to cancel my debit card to prevent any further fraudulent charges. Who should I notify at Apple about this to prevent any further criminal activity against myself or others?
You've checked the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, and have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ?
If the charge is on your newly entered card, then each time that you add or change your credit card details on your account then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Did you ever get this settled? I just found 3 charges on my bank statement from the last 3 days and I haven't purchased anything in over a month. Even the ITunes store shows my last purchase as being back in early May. But yet there are 3 separate charges on my statement dated June. I changed my password and deleted my card but I still wnt to know how I can get my money back and how this happened.
